    Hi! I'm waiting on a package w/2 scents (School-House and Churchyard). I tried to send pms and emails but I heard you wee having issues w/both. Honestly, I prefer my scents to the refund.

    your inbox is full. I still have not received anything, nor any reply. I want a refund and will file a claim with paypal. This has been a horrendous experience dealing with you. i am sorry you have problems, but this is unacceptable.

    Have you shipped the bottle of City in the Sea to me? I would much prefer my perfume to the refund but if you know that there is no way to ship the bottle in the next few days, than a refund will do for me. Thank you for your reply.

    Checking in to let you know that if you're really not up to the sales thing for now, I'd be fine with a refund instead of the bottle of Haunted Palace. But one or the other sometime soon would be great.
