    Cacao and Tomato Leaf

Regrettably, I don't find this to be an accurate tomato leaf note.

    Caramel Vulva

I agree with Geminirubyshoes, the cacao isn't as noticeable as the oud, which is a bit sharp but smells great. It really does take the lead on this one, as the amber peeks out from behind. I think this is a great scent that may be a bit strong for my skin chemistry. Still, it's really growing on me as it dries a bit.

    Passionfruit Creme Brulee

Gorgeous. Instant multiple bottle order. A blast of bright scent that reminds me of the sharpness I love in Phyllocrania Paradoxa v1, which quickly calms down into a gentle wisp of passionfruit cuddled into a creamy, sugary embrace. Winner winner BPAL dinner!

    2003: Cotton Phoenix

it's PERFECT. the sweet almond/marzipan perfectly brightens the Snake Oil, it's so sexy but also adorable, I even kind of see where the Snow White is fitting in. this is ridiculous. I keep thinking she's winking over her shoulder, beckoning.... What! ❤️

    Lavender Marshmallow Sundae

First straight up win of the season. Lavender forward while wet, quickly morphing into a sweet vanilla ice cream with a hint of cone as well. I agree that this worked for me when D. Putrescence didn't.

    With Care and With Joy

The initial wet impression is... yeast? Rose petal jam? It quickly becomes a light, gentle sweet scent that gets a bit milkier as time goes on. If it's honey it is a very delicate honey rather than the HUNNEH I usually get from BPAL honey scents.

Coffee Beans, Caramel, and Golden Amber

I don't get coffee beans from this but a sort of subdued patchouli? No, not quite. There's something going on in the background but I'm not sure what it is. I wonder if this is my nose experiencing the amber as slightly balsamic. Not detecting caramel at this point. It reminds me a little of Trick #2. I'll try it again in a week and see if I can pick up the listed notes. ETA: not finding it, alas

    Dulce de Leche Sufganiyot

There's an initial blast of something sharp and... high? thin? flat? that quickly recedes to reveal a more recognizable coconut and, over the next half hour, a gentle, delicate caramel blend. Once that initial ba-bam dissipates, the scent is sweet and lovely and hard to stop sniffing.

    La Dame Aux Pamplemousses

I am not, or did not consider myself, a grapefruit enjoyer. Shows what I know. The grapefruit is so dead on without being that STRONK overpowering yuck I was expecting. And it's beautiful this way! What? Now, of course I love the marshmallow. This is so good.

    Dahlia

If Hod and Vanilla Bean Marshmallow and Benzoin had a child, Dahlia would be that child. So yes. I do love it.

    Findom

The butterscotch is syrupy, not light, and blends with the pale (faint) mint. It reminds me of butterscotch syrup and a York peppermint patty for a bit, fades quickly. Pay up if you want to smell again! 🤑

A Record Book of Ships Entering the Harbor

Kiseru lovers, I find this strongly reminiscent. And I guess that's not hard to understand (red sandalwood, vanilla husk and tobacco smoke.) I'd say this is a sweeter vanilla (relatively speaking.) The blackcurrant bud is giving 'fresh Kiseru.' It's a light, sophisticated, friendly blend.

Beaver Moon: Violet and Vanilla Chiffon

it goes in the cloud of wistful, light sweet days-gone-by scents and is very pretty. Agree the vanilla is a sweet one. Gonna be popular.

    Nice

ooh, that's a sweet little musky delight. Sexy! I didn't expect sexy and a bit impudent. BARELY any clove. It almost reminds me of the 'chord' note I mentioned in To A Wreath Of Snow (re-release) but with a sweet vanilla musk... yeah I'm loving it Edited to add: I wrote this in my car driving away from the post office and I stand by it!

    Pink Fuzzy Handcuffs

Wow. Sweet, but not too sweet, and a perfectly jammy but very unique rose I really like! I never, EVER go for rose scents. Pretty unprecedented. Fun, cute, and settles down to a nice not-too obtrusive rose skin scent. Absolutely a mood elevator. Impossible not to feel like this is fun.
