Would you like anything from Future Primitive? (It's fine to mention OOS things) https://futureprimitivesoap.co.uk/ The Four and Twenty Blackbirds soap looks so pretty!  The Opium Den bubbling bathing grains or conditioning hair rinse sound very nice, too.  From the scent catalogue on the site, Witch Cake sounded like something I’d want to try, but I didn’t see any products listed for it.   Does anyone have a favorite horror movie that they love? Need a copy/DVD of?  My favorite “horror” movie is probably The Raven, even though it’s not really horror at all.  I already have a copy of that, though.  I don’t really follow what’s new in the theaters or go out to the movies, so I tend to rely on what I can find at the library.  Thanks to the library, I just saw Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, which was better than I expected and pretty funny. I also watched Suck after getting from the library and not expecting much (gave it a try just because of the cast), and now it’s on my Amazon wishlist.  The library tends to fall a little short on non-comedy horror movie choices, though, and if my Witch has any favorite horror movies to share I’d definitely be open to that.  I’m fine with gore, but please no sadistic torture stuff or cruelty to animals.   Do you like smallish knitted stuff (hats, fingerless mittens, scarves, toys, etc. -- be specific!)?   I’m not really familiar with knitted toys, but I do love little crocheted amigurumi toys, so I think I’d probably like small knitted toys also.   Do any of these knitted items appeal to you? Easy Fingerless Mittens Pfeilraupe Asymmetrical Scarf Odyssey Shawl Close to You scarf Rikke Slouch Hat Simple Yet Effective Cowl Knitted Pumpkins Little Bear Stuffy  Definitely the knitted pumpkins!  I don’t know if I could actually pull off the look, but I do like the Pfeilraupe asymmetrical scarf, too.   How do you feel about thrift store finds (assuming they're in good condition and have been thoroughly cleaned before shipping)?   I’m generally fine with it.  Books, records, decorations, jewelry, teacups and glassware and the like are all fun thrift store finds that I have absolutely no problem with. I’m a little pickier about clothing type stuff from thrift stores, but I’d trust my Witch’s judgement.   9/20/19   I may have bought several full size Rituel de Fille makeup items in a frenzy over their whole vibe. If I tested something once or twice (and it can be sanitized), would you be interested?  Sure, they have some beautiful stuff!   Are you interested in trying different skincare products from higher end, clean brands?   I’m kind of stuck in my ways when it comes to skincare.  That said, most of the few products I use are from Bella Lucce, which has gone out of business, and Villainess, which I don’t buy from anymore after the ownership change.  I’m stocked up enough to last me a while, but I’ll eventually need a replacement for my Bella Lucce grapefruit foaming cleanser and multifruit regenerative face cream and Villainess Slick!, so if you know of something comparable to any of those, I’d be interested in trying a little.   Any interest in anything from Torrid, noting their "fangirl" and Halloween collections are updated?  Not really.     What on the following list would you like to receive something related to (or have something donated to in your and Joni's honor?) ·         animal rescue ·         pie ·         dogs ·         bears ·         turtles ·         inappropriate candies (either in shape or in contents—ex., boozy candies, creatively shaped peanut brittle…) Animal rescue and turtles would be my first choices.  I donate to two rabbit rescues in my area (Midwest Rabbit Rescue and Great Lakes Rabbit Sanctuary) and to Bat World Sanctuary as well as the Michigan Humane Society and other such organizations myself, so I’d be totally on board with anything animal rescue-related.  I really like turtles, too.     I'll be going to Seattle, London and Paris during this round- anything you'd love to have from any of these locations? I always love getting postcards from different places!  From London, if you happen to run across any music magazines or such with articles about Marc Almond, I’d love that.  He’s my favorite musician, but I almost never see him mentioned in American media.     Is there anything you would particularly like from Japan? Stationary, bento supplies, a particular snack, etc. The fall flavors for kitkats this year are Chestnut, Sweet Potato and Apple Pie. I’m pretty sure I’ve answered this question in detail many times over.    There should be a complete answer already in my 13 Nights of Halloween blog entry (and other past entries). In short, lucky cats, stuff pertaining to my favorite animes and manga, cute stationery stuff like stickers, notepads, washi tape, etc.  I’m happy to try snacks, as long as they’re not seaweed-based or too weirdly flavored.  I haven’t been to my local Japanese market lately, but I’ll have to hit them up and see if I can find the Chestnut and Sweet Potato kitkats, since I think I’d like to try those.   9/22/19   Thinking about really good natural food stores like Natural Grocers or Whole Foods, if you could have ANY bath and beauty or body care items, what would you love?  Nothing really comes to mind.     Also what kind of treats, snacks, foods, condiments, bulk items, teas, housewares from the same natural food stores would you love?  I like the Panda black licorice bars, and natural food stores generally have those. There’s no shortage of good natural food stores within easy driving distance of me, so there’s probably not anything that I’m really longing for that I couldn’t just pick up for myself (and probably already have).  But if my Witch has something in mind, please feel free to surprise me!   Also, are there any particular sustainable kitchen or household items you would love to receive?  I’m interested in beeswax food wraps.   9/23/19   Did anything catch your eye from the Liliths?   I didn’t see anything that I wanted a whole bottle of, but out of curiousity I wouldn't mind trying tiny bit of Generation Spooky, She Sauntered Vaguely Downwards, Social Justice Paladin, The Scottish Princess, Con Questions, or Lillith’s First Concert.   Would you like anything from Lush?  No, thank you.   9/26/19   So, there's a Euro coin of some denomination coming out with Asterix on it for the 60th anniversary and, while I'm not a coin collector, I've loved Asterix since before I could read and therefore really want one or two of the coin just to have.  Is there anything kind of weird and niche about which you feel this way, fellow witchees?   Hmm, nothing I can think of like that.      Kickstarter (and similar):  Any thoughts, witches?   I’ve contributed to a lot of Kickstarter campaigns, so my thoughts about them are good.  I’ve done Kickstarters for a new MST3k season, Hal Hartley movies on DVD, a Marc Almond record based on Huysmans’ book À reboura / Against Nature, various books and card games (Necronomicards, Unstable Unicorns, etc.), a maple tree “adoption”, and more.  I don’t mind making a pledge if it’s something that interests me and seems worthwhile.   9/28/19   Do you have an Etsy/Goodreads/Amazon or anything else wishlist you’d like to share?  Mine are all in my signature.   And what’s your preferred wrist/necklace size?  I think I wear about a 7 ½ bracelet.   Does anything from Bird & Blend take your fancy?   The reusable bamboo straw, oddly enough.  I have a weird habit of always using one of those tiny stirrer straws with my tea, and I feel guilty every time.  I bought an office size box years ago and I’ve been working through it, but I would feel so much less guilty if I wasn’t tossing out a tiny plastic straw every day. Tea-wise, I wouldn’t mind trying Campfires & Vampires, Dark Choc Chilli Chai, MojiTEA, Toffee Chai, or Rainbow Chai.   Knitting questions have have been asked, but how about wash cloths, anyone need any?  What colors??  I don’t really need any more wash clothes.      is there anything from World Market that tickles your fancy?   I love the Addams Family stuff! (The ones for the classic tv series, not the other versions.)  I adore both Morticia and Gomez, and together they’re kind of my model of the perfect couple. I also really like the vintage Halloween collection stuff and the vintage pumpkins with witch hats string lights.   9/29/19   There's a special thing happening over at Rituel de Fille this weekend, where some gorgeous makeup items are coming back for just a couple of days. I'll be placing an order Sunday or Monday- anything that might strike your fancy, either from the special sale or from the site in general? (https://ritueldefille.com) Andromeda looks amazing, and Serpens looks right up my alley, so either of those would be beyond lovely.  Honestly, a sample of the Fornax or Lyra eye soots or the Bloodroot lip sheer (I’m always looking for the perfect orange lipstick – everything I find that I think is going to be orange always ends up looking more coral on me for some reason)  would be more than enough.     How do you feel about tarot or oracle decks?  Would you be interested in any (for artwork or for mystical purposes)?  New or used? I have a small collection of tarot and oracle decks (mostly oracle) that I’ve gotten either for the artwork or as gifts from friends who are more mystically inclined.  I don’t use them often, and I don’t know how to read tarot cards (although I’d like to learn someday), so they’re mostly little collections of art for me.  I own a couple of Jasmine Becket-Griffith’s decks already and have a couple more on my Amazon wishlist.  Although it’s not on my wishlist, her Myths & Mermaids one looks nice, too.  Gently used decks are fine with me.   Would pigment samples from companies like M.A.C. or Notoriously Morbid tickle your fancy? If so, what colors catch you eye? I’ve never actually looked at the Notoriously Morbid website before, and wow, their multichromes look amazing!  Autumnal, Destiny, and Desire are probably the ones I’d get the most use out of, in that order, but they all look fantastic.   9/30/19   do you have a favourite saying or quote?   The one that occurs to me at the moment is “Just be true to yourself, if it lands you in Hell well at least now you know” from the song “If You Had a Bad Time” by Alkaline Trio.   How do you feel about spicy foods, and where on the Scoville scale do you hit your limit?   I generally avoid spicy foods.  On the Scoville scale I’m probably at the 100-500 level.  I’ll eat sweet peppers, but that’s about it.  The one exception would be with beer, since if I’m at a beer festival I will generally try the ones made with hot peppers, but that’s just because I want to try them at least once, not that I’ll ever buy an entire bottle.

I think crocheted equivalents would definitely be acceptable.  I know that knitting and crocheting are different things, but I don’t know that I could tell the difference at first glance, because I don’t do either (despite trying to learn how to crochet on multiple occasions – I always fail).  The only fiber issues I might have would be that I’m somewhat allergic to both rabbits and cats, but I don’t think that people usually knit or crochet with rabbit or cat fur, so I should be ok.  I generally prefer soft fibers, but I think that’s probably true of most people.       About the Weenies: please list what you've bought or are definitely purchasing for yourself *as well as* what you would like to possibly receive from someone else!   I don’t see anything that I’m definitely purchasing for myself.  I usually at least get Devil’s Night, but it looks like they’re not offering it this year. I’d like to get decants of Flesh of My Flesh and Voluptuous Wantonness, but I’m guessing that I'll probably be too lazy to join a decant circle to get them.   Dear Witchee, are you at all boozy?  Anywhere between hard cider to straight whisk(e)y?  And any interest in the "unusual" stuff? Whimsical & Cute?  Elegantly modern?  Totally Traditional?  Precise, maybe? I’m not sure how to describe it, really – just that I like crafts like cross-stitching and card making with stamps and diecuts – crafts that result in a clean, specific look rather than stuff like mixed media that require more creativity and can have a “messier” look. I like cute stuff - my favorite stamp company is Lawn Fawn.  That and my Etsy wishlist should probably help give some ideas of what I like craft-wise.      So....we are about to process a metric f*ton of green tomato relish, which is basically bread and butter pickles but with sliced green cherry tomatoes.  Is this relevant to any witchees?  No thank you.   How do you celebrate Halloween/Samhain?  Do you dress up?  Would you like something for your costume?  And am I the only person left on the planet who wears socks?   I usually celebrate by watching old horror movies, reading some Poe, and passing out candy.  This year I’m trying to wear a different Halloween-ish shirt every day of October – I think I might just have enough Halloween-related tee shirts to do it!  I probably won’t dress up other than to throw on the old vampire cape for when I’m passing out candy.  I LOVE socks, especially Halloween socks.  Today I wore red socks with black bats.  I ended up spending time at the urgent care clinic and then the ER, and had to get a EKG both times, and each time the nurse attaching the wires on my legs complimented me on my socks.    ?  (As an aside, my Witch, today's official diagnosis of high blood pressure pretty much cements that the answer to the earlier question about salt is that I should probably just completely avoid it.)   Are you interested in anything from Art Of Tea or Adagio Teas?   From Art of Tea, the ones that stand out most are the Passionfruit Jasmine, Bright Eyed, and Dark Chocolate Peppermint.  From Adagio – oh my gosh, those Wicked Teas look so fun!  I’d love a sample tin of the Bat Brew especially! Just from the landing page, the Bonfire and Jasmine Phoenix Pearls look good, too.  I’m sorry, there’s just so much on the site and I really don’t want to spend hours going through it all, so I’ll leave anything else up to my Witch.

10/10/19   what is your T-shirt/shirt of choice Size?   I usually order an XL from woot.com and TeeTurtle and an XXL from Sick On Sin.  XL is generally the best way to go for standard shirts, or 2XL if the brand is known for running small.   10/11/2019   OCTOBER LUNACY!  I know turn around time is unlikely, but just saying (JUST SAYING), dear Witchee, did anything catch your eye?   I don’t know that anything caught my eye enough for an entire bottle – Lime & White Musk, maybe, since I love lime, but then again white musk is iffy.  I wouldn’t mind trying a tiny bit of Bourbon Vanilla & Yellow Carnation or Palo Santo & Sandalwood, just out of curiosity, if you happen to order a bottle for yourself and are willing to spare just a smidgen to sniff.      also I took some beading classes and have been making bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.  Would you be interested in any?  If so, how big is your wrist or how long would you like your bracelet?  Any preferred styles of beads?   I don’t really know.  I’ve made some beaded bracelets and necklaces for myself in the past and I don’t seem to ever wear them.  I wear about a 7 ½ bracelet, I think.  Maybe something in orange and black?  Something Halloween-y?    10/13/19   If I was to donate to an animal rescue on your behalf as the "lucyboo" component of this swap, is there one in particular that you would choose?   Any of the ones I mentioned in my initial questionnaire would be great.  Probably the two rabbit rescues could use a donation the most, I suppose.  I don’t know which specific animal rescues that lucyboo favored, but if my Witch does, I wouldn’t mind if the donation went there instead of to one of my favorites.   10/15/19   What is your very favorite Halloween candy? It has been suggested that I have a salt problem ( hubby).  I would love to try any interesting salt.  I'm currently working on a jar of citrus blend salt & one with chili.     I am infamous for baking (shortbreads savory and sweet, poundcake, various cookies and bars), butter caramels (flavored or plain), and catnip.  Are any of these relevant to you or your household?  My furbabies would love to taste  your catnip.  We love shortbread and would love to try any flavors.  Something to nibble  with a London Fog latte perhaps?   Do you like to cook and do you need/want any spices for such pursuits? Things that would help or that you've been needing or wanting for work or whatever? The only thing that comes to mind is lunchbox type containers that are not trash waiting to happen- I'm trying to break my zip bag addiction and create less trash.   What kind of vegan snacks do you like? And vegan chocolate...favorites? My favorite vegan snack is nuts, especially deeply roasted spiced ones.  Many dark chocolates are vegan, & dark is my fave chocolate especially with nuts or orange.

I make light-weight hairfalls, doll-style, using a variety of fun stuff, like ribbons, lace and soft batting. Would you be interested in receiving a set in the colors of your choosing?   Future Primitive--never tried it, but Four and Twenty Blackbirds, Dust Witch, Opium Den and Pumpkinhead sound especially nice from the fall line! Rook and Raven sounds glorious, and White Witch and Maple Pecan sound great.   Knitted things--Y'all know I do that too, but love other people's work, especially fingerless gloves ❤️ I don't really need stuffies though, I make way too many of them for myself. lol   Horror movies--I can't think of any right off. My bff's mom makes homemade Kahlua and gifts me a big bottle of it every Christmas, and I love it in chocolate milk. Wines, I'm picky about, I dont like them very dry; moscato is my favorite of those I have tried. Liquor-wise, I like rum, bourbon and whiskey (Jack, specifically) best.   Nail Polish: Do you need or want some?  If so, what colors and brands are you interested in? I don't NEED it exactly, but I do like it, particularly blues and purples, and some greens. I like sparkly ones, but more the ones with fine glitter than the ones with big chunks. I like sea salt, and the pink Himalayan stuff.   I am infamous for baking (shortbreads savory and sweet, poundcake, various cookies and bars), butter caramels (flavored or plain), and catnip.  Are any of these relevant to you or your household? yes to any and all of the above.   Do you like to cook and do you need/want any spices for such pursuits? i do like to cook, and I am kind of addicted to Penzeys spices  I do need some cumin, right now; I'm running low and my aunt loves my chicken shawarma which takes a fair bit of it.   Would you wear any of these?  Fern , Nuada, Manannan, Duleek Abbey  or an infinity scarf or tube cowl tall enough for a hood (like this scarf or this cowl for shape example)? super pretty, but I'm not crazy about cowls--having to put on and take off over my head gets on my nerves and I get makeup on them.   Do you have any utilitarian needs for everyday life? Would you like anything from Future Primitive? (It's fine to mention OOS things) https://futureprimitivesoap.co.uk/  I'd have to be careful here.  I got a bar of Festival at one point which smelled amazing, but even the after-shower soap smell was so strong it made my super-sensitive boyfriend cough.  That said, all of the spring scents sounded amazing, as well as things like Lime Cooler,  Rook and Raven, Orange Mallow, OM   Does anyone have a favorite horror movie that they love? Need a copy/DVD of?  Don't do horror for the most part, the closest things to horror on my movie shelf are Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Sin City, and 13th Warrior   Do you like smallish knitted stuff (hats, fingerless mittens, scarves, toys, etc. -- be specific!)? yes!  all of it honestly,  and a hat that covers ears without looking totally doofy would be awesome   Do any of these knitted items appeal to you?  all the ones left in the list.  ? If I tested something once or twice (and it can be sanitized), would you be interested?  possibly?  tested makeup is totally fine, I just don't know much about their stuff other than that people are nuts for them.  when I wear makeup, it's mostly eyeshadow pigments (which get used as liner, I don't have separate eyeliners), and lipstick.  I tend to gravitate toward warmer tones or bright colors for eye makeup, and lips can be either warm or cool toned reds, or more neutral tawny shades (like warm nudes, terra cotta, etc., but I can't wear pinks or peaches)  I don't wear blush, and my foundation is custom concocted from like 3 different shades, so I'm a lost cause there.   Are you interested in trying different skincare products from higher end, clean brands?  As long as it's not some long complicated routine.  I'm a 'remove makeup if I'm wearing any, wash face in the shower, slap on some moisturizer' type person.   Any interest in anything from Torrid, noting their "fangirl" and Halloween collections are updated?  The Pooh Bear raglan was kinda cute   What on the following list would you like to receive something related to (or have something donated to in your and Joni's honor?) ·         animal rescue ·         pie ·         dogs ·         bears ·         turtles ·         inappropriate candies (either in shape or in contents—ex., boozy candies, creatively shaped peanut brittle…)   Honestly, any...dogs and animal rescue are the things in that list closest to my own heart, but I think I know all the stories to appreciate any category.   I'll be going to Seattle, London and Paris during this round- anything you'd love to have from any of these locations?  I collect pins to stick on my knapsack, so ones from various places are awesome.  Otherwise, dunno.  I love good black tea, so that would be a London thing maybe?  I know I drank a whole lot of tea when we did our England/Scotland/Ireland whirlwind a couple years ago.   Is there anything you would particularly like from Japan? Fun, I like to color once in a while to just chill out.   10/1/19   A few questions have been asked about knitted items--are crocheted equivalents acceptable?  (crocheted fingerless gloves, shawls, etc.)   Any fiber issues?  I think 90% of things work just as well in knit or crochet, and I can be rather militant about that, lol.  And no fiber issues, but I do like soft things.  (and yes, if what you can afford to work with is acrylic, I LIKE ACRYLIC JUST FINE, seriously, I will never ever yarn shame anyone, and I'm pretty militant about that, too)   About the Weenies: please list what you've bought or are definitely purchasing for yourself *as well as* what you would like to possibly receive from someone else!  I caved and got some decants along with ones I ordered for my own witchee.  The ones I'm interested in sniffing and didn't order are That 'Ere Wolf and the wilderness one, I did update my w/l accordingly.   Dear Witchee, are you at all boozy?  Anywhere between hard cider to straight whisk(e)y?  And any interest in the "unusual" stuff? (unusual as in non-mainstream, local craft ciders or meads, regional fruit wines, experiments from local distilleries, etc) Why yes, yes I am, and I'm pretty varied in my tastes.  I live in a pretty booze-happy location, hell, we're going to a 'Singing on Tap' event next week (the local chorale does them quarterly at various breweries and bars here). I like beer but tend toward the malty/grainy side rather than the hoppy, so no IPAs, etc. My favorites tend to be things like Belgian and Scottish style ales, fruity wheat beers, and the occasional stout or porter--one of our local places does a coffee stout, among their other excellent offerings, which is amazing (https://www.horseanddragonbrewing.com/).  I like ciders, sweet stuff (fruit wines, mead, liqueuers (sp?)) in small doses, wine on occasion (but we're super classy and drink the boxed version mostly, because it tastes perfectly fine, and cheap), and for hard licquor, I mostly hang in the Irish whiskey and Scotch realm.  Most of the rest only exists in mixed drinks.   10/2/19     Nail Polish: Do you need or want some?  If so, what colors and brands are you interested in?  This is definitely not a need, I just offloaded like 20 bottles for $2 at a yard sale to get rid of it. General Goddessrobyn Gifting Guidelines (and some suggestions):
PLEASE do not feel limited by this list... I will love whatever you send... really... I'm just thrilled to get mail!
I don't really shop much except when I need something (or when I'm up late and stupid stoned and buy random shit on Amazon I don't remember until it gets delivered)...so when I say I  ANYTHING I really mean it... BUT... if you need some concrete, traditional ideas or a direction to go into... here it is:

I don't take baths; I'm strictly a shower gal... my usual go to is Dr. Bronner's Liquid Soap in either peppermint or lavender I also shave daily... I'm really into Public Goods shaving cream but I also love to shave with bar soap so if you have a favorite bar of soap feel free to enable me. I've found that for shaving natural soaps which use clay are EXCELLENT so bonus if your favorite brand makes a "clay" version. I do NOT really wash/condition/style my hair, ever so products to do so are lost on me. I DO braid my hair a bunch (its super long) so some decent hair elastics are always a great gift. TARTS!!!! I have several tart burners in my house and can always use more tarts... My favorite brand at the moment is The Rustic House and my fave flavors are Red Currant, White Tea + Ginger, and Signature Scent, but I'd be happy with any of their scents. Dark Candles Tarts are AWESOME as well. Faves include: Nag Champa, Nosferatu, Dracula, Coffin, Patchouli**, etc... Would love to try Corpse**, Ice Queen, Graveyard, Amber Velvet, Exorcism, Apparition, Absinthe...   COFFEE!!! I make my own cold brew so I go through several POUNDS of coarse ground coffee each month. I will ALWAYS love a bag of coarse ground coffee... (I have a fancy schmancy coffee grinder too... so whole beans are amazing as well)

MAKEUP I don't wear much makeup... daily look is Urban Decay Perversion liner (usually the pen version but haven't been able to replace mine for a bit so currently using the regular pencil version), some sort of eyeshadow, and black mascara... no powder, blush, foundation, etc.
I LOVE MAC... especially their brushes and I'm trying to work on a good brush collection. I do really like Bare Minerals Buxom lip gloss - I like Dolly and Alice but will try anything once! Trixie and Stella are also on my must have list. I definitely could use some good lipgloss of any kind. I love false eyelashes... the more outrageous and drag queen-esque the better... I LOVE lotions, especially pure/ semi-pure shea butter lotions/ creams. I love anklets, bracelet and earrings and other funky jewelry. Some assholes kicked in my door last year and stole EVERYTHING so I literally only have 3 necklaces and about 4 bracelets to my name... *sad* (note: this was a couple years ago... but I still have barely replaced my jewelry...)

I spend most of my days in cowboy boots so socks are a great gift. I really like funky socks - both thin ones made for running/ hiking in and crazy patterned knee hi and OTK socks - but my favorites are Pride Socks, World's Softest Socks in black or green and SockDreams Military Boot Socks in Black and Olive. I wear a Women's size 10-11 in shoes so... size accordingly

I also LOVE cute panties that say funny things on them (but I realize that for some of you that may be totally weird to buy for a stranger... but... if it's NOT totally weird for you, lemme know and I'll send style and size info if you want to take that route) I collect dragonflies (not real ones...), skulls, bones, "wet" specimens, and framed/mounted bugs and insects (yes, real ones)...

I also collect Dia de los Muertos stuff... my living room/kitchen looks like a giant alter...

I love pirates, ninjas, and strange yet adorable stuffed animals (think biggerCritters, UglyDolls, giant microbes etc), "cute" zombie things, tattoo art, basically, anything out of the ordinary...   OH!... I love magnets, too. my refrigerator is covered in them...   If you want to see all the random particulars of things I like, I have an Etsy and an Amazon wishlist.   I have a cat and 2 snakes, and a tiny little cotton ball of a dog who we have named Biscuits (on instagram as @whitefluffybiscuits)... the cat (Maia... aka Smush) does play with toys and eat kitty treats; the snakes (Fluffy and Kai) don't play with anything and only eat live rats so... probably best not to send gifts for them.   IF you want to send clothing here are two things you should know: if it's not black I probably won't wear it. if it's a t shirt I will cut it up before I wear it.

They have these almond butter pb cups that are really good. Some swapping misc help!

Okay....here's some lemmings of mine!   Chocolate:  milk, *dark milk*, dark, with almonds/hazlenuts, plain...yep, it's all good! I don't like white chocolate, or fruit (esp dislike raisins). I love caramels. I like crispies - but, I don't like much of the Cadbury European chocolate range....go figure! However, I love love love Ritter Sport milk chocolate with whole hazlenuts, and milk chocolate butter biscuits. I also just adore fudge....yummm....chocolate, chocolate walnut and peanut butter. I like Peanut M&M's, Snickers, Peppermint Patties....it's pretty much all good. I got treated with chocolates from www.burdickchocolate.com and I'm in love - especially with their mice and penguins! I've had and adore Vosges Barcelona Bar and Goji Bar, but the others don't do much for me, like I thought they might. I like Godiva, and adore Ghiradelli. Lindt makes a sea salt dark chocolate bar that is the bomb, as well as milk chocolate sea salt truffles. Tim Tams are for the win, and I prefer a liquidy caramel to a chewy one. Did I mention I like chocolate?? If you live near a Trader Joe's, I am seriously addicted to their dark chocolate coated nutty bites as well as their chocolate covered butterscotch caramels!  I adore them, and my nearest TJ's is a 90 minute drive away!! I can also use a South African spice grinder as mine is all.  I love their different spice grinders!  My favorite non-chocolate candies are Smarties, Sweettarts, Spree, Pixie Stix and Swedish red fish. I don't chew gum.   I'm a knitter, and I'm absolutely in love with this! I can always use yarn, especially the 100% cotton yarn like sugar n' cream, stitch markers, needle protectors..... For knitting I need 6/0 beads, preferably with an iridescent shine to them....   Books - I love books. I read pretty much anything in print. My wishlist on Paperbackswap.com is always updated, and I'd love to receive credits there - I'm 'deazinn' there as well - and pretty much everywhere on the web I also adore music - haven't started an Itunes wishlist yet, but I'll get there - in the meantime, I've listed some music/book/dvd wants on Amazon - link is in my signature.   Agatha Blois Carnival Wax = I absolutely and totally adore 1965 and will devour any amount...   I really like Wyrding Studio's hammered copper/bronze shawl pins I have many of Alicia's (E&A) pieces favorited in Etsy. I am currently in love with the leggings/tunic trend.....I would be in a medium *size 10* in leggings, and Walmart has some fleece lined ones right now in the Halloween and Fall prints pretty cheap! In tunics, I need a 1X or 2X, depending - I have a 40C bust and don't like skin tight tops.   I love candles! Etailers are really welcome here...I've never ordered from any but Dark Candles. Love some of their scents, others are meh. I love Yankee Candles. I have tart warmers, and tarts are most welcome. I'd really love some unscented tarts, so I can mix oils into them. In the spring, I go citrusy and seaside scents. In the fall/winter I go apples and spices, strong evergreen/balsam, and creamy oatmeal and honey scents.   Yankee Candle had a candle called Merry Marshmallow which was a vanilla sugar and marshmallow scent that I adored and would love to have tarts and/or candles in that scent if you can find some!!  The Yankee ones are d/c but I've found some that are close........I also need a small pack, like 6, of unscented tea lights for my tea warmer.    I adore Calvin and Hobbes, and have all of those books - tho' not the really expensive leather bound editions which contain all of the comics. I'd love to have a C&H mug or Tshirt, but they're hard to come by. I also love Karen from Will and Grace, watch Sex and the City - I am SO a Samantha, and adore Friends. I watch a lot of medical dramas, and would love some way to watch all the seasons of Code Black without having to subscribe to the stupid CBS pay per view. I own Season 1 of Veronica Mars, and Season 2 or 3 would be great! I also need Season 2 of Dollhouse.......   I love tea, and drink a lot of it. All types, Red, Green, Black, herbal, you name it I'll drink it! Right now I am big time craving hibiscus tea, love the stuff in summer.  I don't like anything with a licorace/anise taste (or smell) or Earl Grey/bergamot, but I do love fruits and cinnamon flavors. Got Golden Moon's Vanilla Mint loose tea and I LOVE it! Other personal favorites are Stash's Christmas Eve, and Celestial Seasoning's Nutcracker Sweet, and Candy Cane Lane. I do have quite a bit of tea right now. We also have a Keurig, so K-cups of any flavor are most welcome as well! I'd also welcome a large pottery tea pot, my largest one is only good for 2 ish cups.  If you can pick up an electric teakettle somewhere that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, I've wanted one for a while now and can't quite convince the hubs we need one, he says the Keurig is good enough.....um, no?   I can also use well insulated tea caddys, one for my small Boden (I'll edit this with the oz size) and for any tea pot you may send along!!

Here's my Amazon wishlist: http://amzn.com/w/6D1ZI60Y3H6P Here's Modcloth (I know Modcloth's stuff is often expensive and sells out quickly, but I thought it might be helpful to give you an idea of what I like... no promises on updating this particular wishlist regularly during the round though) As for etsy, my faves are not public, so here are some examples of relatively-inexpensive stuff I like there: orgone pyramid, soutache earrings, more soutache earrings, even more soutache earrings, key earrings, 80s earrings, more 80s earrings, even more 80s earrings, poppy milk shower gel, blue sky necklace, infinity rainbow pin, rainbow resin ring size 6, crater lake socks (I know I said I didn't want socks, but just look at these!), cosmic jam pin, pastel shirt, neutral good pin, milk tea keychain, letter set.    Maybe for the in-thread questions I'll try this thing out where folks sort their answers out by date...   9/20 Will do condensed versions of certain questions because I think my original questionnaire was pretty equivocal on certain topics. With that in mind, I don't do horror movies at all and am not really interested in owning movies in general, I don't have much of a use for knitted things (exceptions will be noted when appropriate), and I am definitely fine with used items, of which thrift store items are a large subset.    So... what specifics does that leave...   Future Primitive:  The Cordwainer, Rook & Raven, Sparklebox, Sylph, Tombstone, and Marshmallow Eggnog sound like nice scents. As for actual products, I looked at the soap bars but many of them seem to be in scents that were not on the scent list. So I guess you can use your judgment about those, dear Witch! I can always use bar soap! Whipped soap seems promising too... again, any of the scents I listed, anything you think I'd like, or Opium Den.    Out of yewberry's list of possible knitted items, the "Rikke Slouch Hat" does appeal to me. Bath bombs are okay too, I love Hi Ho Silver but am open to others as well. So I feel like I was pretty clear about this in my original questionnaire. I will reiterate that I can definitely use bar soap (preference to ones that are somewhat local to my Witch, in scents/with ingredients my Witch thinks I'd like), and also enjoy sheet masks (the single-use packaged face masks that are available everywhere these days). And I know I mentioned my love for nail polish and went into specifics about that as well.   Also what kind of treats, snacks, foods, condiments, bulk items, teas, housewares from the same natural food stores would you love? The only specific beloved snacks I can think of that I didn't explicitly mention in my questionnaire are dark chocolate covered blueberries (we usually buy containers of these at Trader Joe's, but just found out they are also available in the bulk section of my local grocery store), and the stuff that's usually sold as "Giant Peruvian Inca Corn" or similar. It's another thing that we usually buy at Trader Joe's (I think they call it "Inka Corn?") but I have also seen a similar product at Whole Foods. It is sort of like the classic gas station snack, Corn Nuts, but the corn is even bigger and usually just has salt instead of whatever weird flavorings that are usually on corn nuts. Hmm... if you have access to curry paste (red or green) that is NOT Thai Kitchen brand, that'd be cool... I can only get that brand easily, and it's a pale imitation at best of real curry paste. Bulk items: if you have access to nutritional yeast as a powder rather than flakes, that'd be cool... even the health food stores here seem to only have it in flake form these days, and I prefer it as powder because I put it on popcorn before popping (yes, I know I could just whirl the flakes in my spice grinder or food chopper, but that's an extra step). Finally, I do need a new flexible silicon spoon and silicon spatula for cooking/baking, but I'm pretty picky... for the spoon I like a slightly angled bowl (I hope that's what the wide part of a spoon is called, anyway) rather than totally straight, and for both I'd like the handles to not be humongous because they'd be going into a holder with various other implements. Use your judgement but I could easily do a shopping spree there, and I have a hard time buying less than $50 of stuff every time I go. I can't think of any particular items and brands other than Clearly Canadian and New York Seltzer, but I understand that you may want to get something less heavy than those since we're talking about items to be mailed.

I do order my Indian food, etc., medium spicy, and enjoy eating plenty of salsa of various spice levels when I eat/cook Mexican food and such, but I don't enjoy eating stuff like hot wings or jalapeno potato chips or whatever, and generally only use Sriracha, Tabasco, etc. as recipe ingredients rather than adding them to finished dishes to up the spice level.    10/1: Also here to sing the praises of Greenwoodtree's penuche....   So for the boozy question, another one that I answered thoroughly in my original questionnaire. I don’t mean, like, salted nuts or potato chips. I mean straight-up salt, like alder-smoked finishing salt or Hana Flake sea salt.  I do buy fancy salt from time to time, but I'm not really interested in flavored salt (smoked, spicy, etc.), and have a big bag of flake style sea salt already that I use for topping baked goods and such, so I'm not sure if I really need any right now....   About utilitarian needs or whatever, I know I've already mentioned some (like hand soap and some cooking utensils and such), so I should be covered there....   10/7 So I thought of another thing that'd possibly fit in the spices/utilitarian area: vanilla bean paste.
