Honey biscuits in warm cream. Biscuits in creamy honey. I don't really get cream - but there is a creaminess. Both the honey and biscuits are more present. Very foodie. Good throw.

Lotus blossom, cardamom, myrrh, agarwood, and frankincense. Lotus, agarwood, and resin. This one is a floral-resin blend, and its gorgeous. It's like a fancy spa water bath.

Caramelized grey matter with apple. OOH to be first... the pressure! In Bottle: Smells yummy... a "pale" caramel. Sweet, but not crazy sweet!! On Skin: Oh man... this is amazing! It warms up to a wonderful, candy-like caramel! Just like a caramel lollipop! Dry down: This has great throw on me, and I think this will be a hit!! Scent stays true... it is like a caramel apple hard candy! Something keeping the caramel from being a sticky-type scent, but this is great!! I am a foodie lover and I see this one being a true keeper that will get better with age! Want to add, any apple lovers out there, get this!! Also, after a few hours, it is still going strong and it reminds me of a stronger version of Sugar Slathered Candy Apple!! I am so in love with this!!

Pumpkin gingerbread with blackberry cream frosting. OOh to be first! Saw the notes on this one and HAD to get it!! Sniffing in the bottle, I get a sweet, yet light, gingerbread mixed with the blackberry. Not creamy as of yet...just straight up liquid blackberry and gingerbread. On my skin, the pumpkin comes out a little, but I still get mostly blackberry and gingerbread! What a fun combo this is! It has a light to medium throw on me...it goes back and forth. As it dries, it stays the same...not getting much pumpkin out of this, but maybe it is just a close scent to the gingerbread that I can't pinpoint it, but any bakery/foody/gourmad lovers out there, you will like this... and it isn't overpowering. It is just right... I catch whiffs of it...and that is from just putting it on my wrists. But it's fine if you work in close proximity to people and don't want to offend. I think this will age wonderfully!

Gleaming black and green! Dark chocolate rum and chilly mint! I think I am getting tipsy just sniffing this! Dark chocolate rum, the very best and most expensive; icy cold crème de menthe; mixed with the richest chocolate ganache. So delicious! I need a backup bottle or two.

Honeyed opium pod, blackberry, bay leaf, tobacco, and indigo musk. Bay leaf, opium, touch of musk and blackberry. This one is a little more floral than I expected. But the bay leaf is coming through. I enjoy both the blackberry and musk in this. This is like sinking into a pool with dark purple water.

Solar-powered electric melons and droplets of pina colada caught in an electrical storm. This is one sweet, cool creamy scent! Green melon, white cream, lime, cocanut, and the sense that it's cold. It's almost like melon pina colada ice cream. I do not get much in the way of water or rain or ocean or other "aquatic" smells, but those notes do very well for me, so they may just be blending into the other notes for me. I tested this straight out of the mail. If things have changed when I try it again after it has settled, I will update my review!

Type AB-, clove, laudanum accord, and cherry! Bloody cherry and laudanum resin, with a whiff of clove. This smells like a cherry/clove resin. Good throw and wear length

Because you might want to get a bit of shimmery color over the holiday without risking a moonburn, right? The scent of skin-softening moonscreen: coconut and sugared red patchouli. I expected this one to be super light and summer but was quite pleased to find the patchouli is glorious. This is beautiful.

Sweet red wine, blood orange brandy, summer honey, white figs, black grapes, Marasca cherries, and a twist of plasma. In the bottle this smells very much like wine, sort of like the red wine in Obsidian Widow, but on the skin the sweetness of everything else blooms. I love this one.

Sylvia was their ringer, natch. Weremusk and carnation with coconut oil, verbena, vanilla orchid, lemon peel, and clove. Super tropical! I get mostly a brown, furry, fuzzy musk (of course!) and it's very heavily tinted with a tropical coconut. It's definitely a meatier, creamier coconut (so, like truly an oil, as opposed to fakey artificial sunblock smell). I get the verbena and lemon as a bright sunny tone, and since it's not on my skin it doesn't amp. The citrus lends a very tropical drink feel, so it's like a colada (but no pina?) The clove makes everything cuddlier, and I think it's the slight smoky sweetness I get at the end of the musk. Carnation is probably there, but I'm not reading that as forwards. I like this very much. It'd be perfect for early spring, summer... NATCH.

An unfortunate electrical storm: lightning striking the tops of venerable oaks, Alpine moss tucked into dark mountain crevices, rain-drenched German chamomile and tulip, and a handful of wet, shy violets. Whoa. Like, this was totally unexpected for a Halloween update. I was thinking, beaches, pumpkins, blood, musk, yeah, Weenies! This instead is like a sprayable spring storm in the mountains. It seems light but there's a lot of complexity. Right off the bat from the nozzle it reminds me a touch of something piney, tree-like, resinous. In a way it's like Fae Forest but not nearly as lush, it's more the snap of lightning and rain spray over pine needles. The oak is not overpowering but it lends a very true forest-y feel to the spray. Moss is detectable as a roughness around the stormy rain. There's an element like Danube or Amsterdam in the moist aquatic tones. The violet is present, but it's not a violet-forward scent. They peek around, and with the moss and oak, really lend this a wild feel. I let it sit around in my bedroom for about half an hour, and it remains a complicated, airy, but extremely evocative outdoors scent. It lingers in the air like mist after tumultuous weather. Good god. I just bought four more. I haven't done that since Snow Bunny. If you love Fae Forest, Arkham, lighter versions of Black Forest, etc... you owe yourself this spray!

Saltspray on moonlit fur with a hint of palm, white fig, and lime. Salty aquatic. I get a little blast of lime in the beginning, but it burns off quickly. The sharp saltiness mellows out as it wear on. I'm not getting a fur note, but I do like this scent for sure!

Homemade blood clot-and-cherry ice cream plopping onto moonlit sand. In the bottle, this reminds me more of cherry candy (perhaps those Lifesaver lollipops with the swirls?) than ice cream. It's intensely cherry, but it is far creamier once it is actually sprayed (and kind of makes me think of red Starbursts). I'm not really getting the blood clot note. I thought it would mean dragon's blood or clove to accompany the cherry (like in the GC scent Blood), but I'm mainly just getting a creamy cherry scent from this. It definitely does not contain dragon's blood. I would never wear a scent like this, but I like it as a room spray. I'm sure it will get a lot of use during the summer months.

An elegant transformation: honeyed ylang ylang with black tea, orris, dark gum resins, lavender absolute, and a twist of white grapefruit. Lovely! As usual, BPTP has some of my favorite perfume blends. This reminds me a little of blacker than ravens wings, I think the black tea note is similar, but where that is smokey and rich, this is fruity, slightly herbal, with a candy like edge that I always associate with grape fruit. The resins are beautiful, I get something almost like plummy incense from that, and the honey ylang ylang is mostly honey with faint floral in the background. I initially grabbed this because I love lavender everything, and lavender + citrus is one of my favorite combinations. I figured this would be lovely and I was not disappointed. If you are afraid of lavender, it's not an overtly strong lavender smell. This is not a medicinal lavender, it's a sweet sugared lavender, and blends well into the rest of the notes. It doesn't have a ton of throw, but it has a good amount of lasting power. Overall this is a fantastic fruit-candy but sophisticated girly blend. definitely a keeper.

Crisp lime and mandarin, with a bit of scaly green mint and coconut. OMG, "A Fling in the Lagoon" bath oil is to die for!!! It smells like ... a pristine, white sand beach without any dead fish odor ... like your daydream about being marooned on some tropical island (where you have food, shelter, good water, and your favorite books/music) ... like the best mojito you ever had served by the sweetest cabana boy (or girl) ... like how your skin smelled as a kid after swimming in the pool and playing in the sandbox all day ... like some happy memory I can't place ... it brought tears to my eyes. Sun, sand, lime, and mint. I need more bottles of this ... or a vat.
