Hang in there, hon! Deep breathing always helps me when I get impatient/restless because it slows your heart rate. Also, I try to cut back on caffeine when I'm anxious (HARD!!). I'm def. gonna be that way waiting to hear about the Brazil program, too. haha! Sending loving, calming thoughts your way. <3
