Frills Report post Posted September 11, 2021 First on, this smells like cream. Like a bowl of cream with a touch of vanilla in it. I've never smelled any perfume that smelled so spot-on creamy. I like it a lot, but I'm wondering where the Snake Oil is! After it's been on a little while, there's just a hint of Snake Oil's spices but it's still bowl of whipping cream waiting to be made into a dessert. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dancingchair Report post Posted January 14, 2022 2018 version Snake Oil smothered in sweet cream with a hint of honey. The musk and spices of Snake Oil keep this from being cloying. It's not as strong as other Snake Oils or BPAL honey perfumes so it's pretty wearable. It's very snuggly, I like it! I tried this next to Womb Furie, and Womb Furie is way more honey with less Snake Oil. They are different enough that I'm happy to have both, but I slightly prefer Womb Furie because I love the honey note. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

The honeycomb is strongest for me, then sugar, then cream. The Snake Oil is barely there. Unfortunately, my skin eats the heck out of this, and I get no throw or longevity. I have taken my bottle with me out on the town, and find that I need to re-slather every 20-30 minutes to get even the faintest whiffs. dirtysugarglider Report post Posted July 2 (edited) On me, this starts as a fainter version of Snake Oil, with frustratingly little throw. A couple hours in, now it's a sweet, creamy honey with a smidge of Snake Oil. It's beautiful, but I still have to be inches away from my skin to smell it. carrioncupid Report post Posted 7 hours ago (2018 ver) (arrived today, will update if there' a big change) i agree with others when they say there's a hint of something lemon-y in here! and i also agree with others who mention that this is a rather light and delicate scent, completely the opposite of the notes list and frankly the label art (although i'm a fan of it of course). i don't get any of the honey i think, but i really don't mind as honey notes tend to go grossly, overwhelmingly sweet on my skin. i think it's mainly the snake oil and the sugar that's coming through for me. really, really love it as it is now, i hope they bring it back for this year's lupers!
