Champagne Report post Posted December 19, 2025 (edited) If you prepare at home a healthy version of the classic matcha kitkat, it would smell like this. Rich, buttery, matchy (is it a word?), and a breeze of ghost chocolate and mint. It is good, sophisticated and gourmand without falling in the ultra sugary territory. I love gourmand, I love matcha, it’s a complete win for me. Edited to add that there is a smokey tobacco leaf note in the dry down. It fits well and adds an adult sexyness to the blend. kittystryker Report post Posted December 22, 2025 (edited) This has very strong matcha on my skin, and I love it! It’s got that green grassiness, with a little bit of creaminess blending with it. It manages to somehow be refreshing and comforting at the same time. I can’t stop sniffing my wrists. And I don’t want to. 😁 Edited December 22, 2025 by kittystryker
faeriedust87 Report post Posted January 8 It smells like Matcha latte or some pure Matcha chocolate. Super realistic
doomsday_disco Report post Posted 6 hours ago This is very strong on the matcha, which isn't the same as the Lab's regular, lemony green tea note, and it isn't too bitter or vegetal. The matcha smells very similar to the matcha notes used by Astrid Perfume and Nocturne Alchemy (for those who aren't as familiar with BPAL but have tried some other perfume houses). I don't really get any pie crust from this, and it takes several hours before a light vanilla emerges, which I suspect is the cream part of the cream pie. I really enjoy matcha scents and will be hanging onto my frimp, but I do wish I got more actual pie from this!
