I get this high voltage of citrus notes, mainly lemongrass and blood orange, enveloped by the geranium, geranium leaves to be more specific. I smell no frank or ginger. It's a well rounded citrus herbal scent a tad sharp, but very wearable and finally frankincense shows up and acts more as a fixative base.

Imagine Snow White putting her arms around Dorian. It's much more of a subdued Dorian, only the lemony musky notes peek here and there, while the frostbitten aspect dominates, like a clean blanket of fluffy sweet almond snow.

This one of the more tamer grassy scents, unlike Venus Murcia, which was an overload of freshly mown grass dipped in oakmoss. It's inevitably green, but with a cleaner edge. The throw is medium, but very pleasant. I wish the white pepper asserted itself more.

What a beautiful combo of notes. I get the blast of chilly mint against the dark chocolate. The mint fades in time and i'm left with a non-boozy dark chocolate, a bit sweet and soothing,

This blend has nothing in common with the GC Blood Amber. The frostbitten blood amber is so opulent and flamboyant. It asserts itself and takes no prisoners. It's a boudoir scent, powdery, oozing carnal lust and an unspoken invitation to engage in acts of fornication.

This has gone terribly wrong on my skin. The black currant smells like nail polish remover, very chemical and drowned out the other notes. This black currant note is the same one as in Blackcurrant Sufganiyot, which doesn't make the blend tolerable to me at all :(

It's a rather quiet scent, but dense and oily in texture. The balsams sort of meld together and you get this viscous blend with some woodiness to lighten it up and cognac to give it a gentle bite. I expected this to be dirtier and heavier, yet still it's not something i'd reach for that often.

Right from the start, cardamom is the star of this perfume. The cardamom is not sweet, rather more fragrant and rounded. It has some zing from the pepper and some kind of "mintiness" or "frost" note (not the Snow White one). It's like a frosty cardamom chilly scent. A clean white spice scent, if i may say so.

Watery pine needles and violet leaf. Kind of mellow and subdued.

This smells like flower stems-infused water, a bit green and clean around the edges. Reminds me of a floral chypre.

This is a dark gritty tobacco musk with a smoky touch. If you want to dial up your masculinity, get this.

This is so beautiful, but so short-lived on my skin. The frostbitten element and the grapefruit are gorgeous! Very dainty and refined. A very good variation of the GC.

This is a I Too Beneath Your Moon flanker. The green apple-patch combo is so reminiscent of the Beneath your Moon, but there the patch has a caramelized quality and the vanilla cream makes it so gooood. La Tentation is fruity fresh void of any sweetness or oriental vibe. Very easy breezy.

This reminds me A LOT of Omen from the GC line. I can't get the similarity out of my head. Not to mention Omen was one of the first BPAL oils i owned.

This a gentle floral herbal blend. The greenery shines in the beginning, but it's rounded out by the jasmine and turns into a lush floral, but sadly with limited longevity.

A beautiful aromatic swet ginger-centered blend with nuances of white tea and amber. Reminds of a perfume that Cartier would release :))

The mandarin is just afterthought, while the vegetal musk is soapy and perfumey and reminds me a lot of myrrh. Soapy musk verging on myrrh.

This is a fail on my skin. It reminds me so much of the 2007 Hunger Moon. Slushy pine/snow note mingled with lemon.

This is LOVE!!!! It reminds me so much of the Red Spotted Purple from the 2014 Metamorphosis line, minus the herbs and the hinoki wood. If you ran out Red Spotted Purple get this!

This is a musky earthy scent with a citrus touch, bergamot i presume. It's quite fresh and airy. This one's a nice smelling mushroom.

This smells on my skin like The Black Rider, only gentler and less leather. I'm impressed!

Hello chrome! You are one persistent little fella! This turns into a clean sweetened metallic musk.

The white fir needle note is the main start on my skin and it reminds me a lot of The Old Goblin.

It's a floral milky coconut on my skin and i get no tropical vibe from it. Over time the almond mil/ coconut combo takes center stage.

The combination of notes conjures up a smell of vinyl leather with an almondy touch, not bitter at all. Smells expensive and refined, although this scent fades fast.
