Wet this is sweet almonds. When first on this is light almonds and cream- yum! Very quickly a musty/dusty/grain note develops- similar to that same note in Midway and Beaver Moon. This smells very similar to Midway on me. It stays pretty much the same throughout wearing. This is a lovely, sweet, creamy blend. This is like a lighter version of Midway and would be a good substitute.

    Medea

Wet this is sweet myrrh mixed with florals. When first on it's bright, crisp aquatic notes mixed with myrrh. It's a bit mossy and thick too. After a few minutes some dark fruity notes come out. I'm not sure what those notes are but so far this is a nice blend. This is similar to something- maybe Day of the Dead mixed with Arachne? It's also reminding me a bit of Snake Charmer. If this was a color it would be a deep purple- almost black. This is a dark, mysterious and moody blend. I really like this and will use up the imp for sure.

    Glasgow

Wet this is sweet florals mixed with a sharp green note. When first on this is fresh green grass and aquatic notes, breezy. After a few minutes there's a sweet floral note- hyacinth maybe? After about an hour this has become a lovely soft rose. This is a soft, feminine, wispy scent. This is quite nice but not very long lasting on me.

    Rakshasa

Wet this is woody, warm and sweet floral notes. When first on there's a sharp woody note and almost a faint lemony note. After a couple of minutes I can smell rose. This has a damp, mossy quality to it. I also get hints of the patchouli fading in and out. This is a nice blend but is similar to others that I have so I don't need to keep this.

    Intrigue

Wet this is cedar aka pencil shavings and maybe vanilla. When first on it's faint cedar mixed with grapes maybe? I'm not really sure. The grape/fruit note starts to develop quickly- maybe it's plum. After a couple of minutes I can smell fig- nice. It's also a bit floral now. This is light and soft and starts to fade after only an hour or so. This is nice but Eden is my #1 fig blend so far.

    Snow Moon

Wet this is sour fruits or berries, evergreen and mint. When first on strong evergreen and sweet berries, almost cherry like. This is icy and cool. The evergreen note starts to mellow after a few minutes and a blend of floral notes comes out. After about four hours a creaminess develops. This is really lovely- like a floral version of Snow Bunny!!

    Devil's Night

Wet this is musk, smoky and sweet. There's alos a sour fruity note. When first on it's a bit similar to Samhain, sweet and smoky. There's also a sharp tang underneath. After a few minutes some floral notes begin to develop. There's also a very faint "mossy dirt" note like in Zombi. This is a warm, sexy, eathy blend- love it!

    Sudha Segara

This was a freebie from the Lab in one of my recent orders. Wet this is sweet citrus notes and white florals. When first on it's very light- almost no scent at all! After a couple of minutes a powdery ginger note develops. This reminds me of The White Rabbit and Honey Moon but not as sweet. This is very light on me. I was hoping for more honey and cream notes. This is okay but I decided to swap it.

    Beaver Moon 2005

Wet this smells just like cheesecake- yum! When first on it smells like cheesecake with a hint of baking spices and a graham cracker crust. After a minute or two it develops a slight musty smell like the sawdust note in Midway. That note fades after several minutes leaving a lovely sweet and creamy vanilla. Yummy!

    Red Phoenix

Wet this is a bit spicy and sweet. I can smell the red musk with a hint of warmth beneath it. When first on it smells the same- a bit spicy and warm and almost dusty too. It mellows into a warm, earthy, sweet blend. Very sensual and comforting, quite nice. I'm not crazy about the spicy stage in the beginning but love the middle and dry down stages so I'll keep it.

    Snowblind

I was lucky (or naughty) enough to receive this in my Inquisition and am so happy I did. This is the one I was hoping I'd get- yay for Puddin' and the goblins! On to the review- wet this is creamy and sweet vanilla. It's also a bit sour like the cheesecake note in Chaste Moon and Beaver Moon. I also get fleeting hints of mint. When first on this is sweet, frosty, sparkling mint. It warms into a creamy vanilla mint. This is a very light and soft blend on me. It's like a more mellow and warm version of Lick It. Absolutely beautiful!!!

    Nuclear Winter

Wet this is sharp and sour fruit mixed with evergreen. When first on it's something cool mixed with evergreen and maybe some florals in the background. I think this might be an aquatic I can actually wear! It's a bit hard to describe the notes. It doesn't really change much on me. This is similar to Snow Bunny but without the strong citrus note. I really like this one a lot! It's a very different type of blend and quite wonderful. Another great Yule blend.

    The Peacock Queen

Wet this is pure old fashioned tea rose. When first on it smells the same. This doesn't change too much on me. It does mellow and warm up a bit and definitely feels warmer than Rose Red. This dries down to a soft, sexy, close to the skin scent. This is a really beautiful, pure classic rose. A must for any rose lover!

    Midnight Mass

Wet this is a blend of sweet resins with a bit of bite to it. When first on it is warm, sweet resins. It's light and not too heavy which I thought it might be. There is something comforting and calming about this blend. After about 15-20 minutes this really blossoms and opens up on my skin- gorgeous! At this point it smells like the incense in a Greek Orthodox church (I was raised Protestant but my dad's side of the family is Greek Orthodox). This is what I had hoped Cathedral would smell like- which unfortunately smells like pencil shavings on me. Midnight Mass is also a bit similar to Athens due to the resinous myrrh note which they both have. This is very long lasting on me. It's solemn and sensual at the same time. Wonderful!! This is the perfect incense blend!!! Another winner. Thank you Beth! * And I have already ordered a second bottle with my last order and am considering ordering a third before it leaves.

    Lick It

Wet this is bright chilly mints with a sweet greeness underneath. When first on it smells the same- bright and very frosty too like crisp newly fallen snow. There's a sugary note that comes out too- but it's powdered sugar not granulated sugar. After about an hour it develops a lovely creamy base note. I really love this one! Wonderfully minty and wintery yet comforting at the same time and not too sweet- brilliant!! I will be getting another bottle of this one in my next order

    Snow Bunny

Wet this is sour fruits- citrus maybe- and is lightly sweet. When first on this is powdery florals with maybe a hint of pine or evergreen underneath. After a minute or two smells like pink grapefruit- interesting! It doesn't change too much after that. On the drydown it's soft and the pine/evergreen note is mixed with a general "perfume" note. I really like this one a lot- especially the pine notes! It definately embodies winter and snow- another winner

    Ave Maria Gratia Plena

Wet this is roses and lemon. When first on this is full bodied roses. After about an hour it develops a warm and powdery base. This is very soft and feminine, quite lovely. It has a similar quality to Psyche. I'll probably use up the imp but might not need more after that.

    Lampades

Wet this is sweet dark berries and reminds me of Scherezade. When first on it's still sweet but lighter and mixed with some herbal notes. After several minutes I can smell the cranberry note. After a couple of hours it develops a warm undertone. This is sensual, dark and mysterious- very earthy. I think I'll use up the imp but I'm not sure if I need to get a bottle or not.

    Saturnalia

Wet this is herbal, musty, sharp and bitter. When first on it is very woody like tree bark and also sour. After a couple of minutes I can smell violet. After about ten minutes the woody note (which is vetiver I think) is gone and it is pure powdery violets. There's a fleeting hint of lemon that comes and goes and adds an interesting sweetness to the blend. I think I'll keep the imp to use up but probably won't buy a bottle of this.

    Verdandi

Wet this is white florals and grapes I think. When first on it smells like a fresh and clean floral with high, crisp notes. It's also a bit herbal like fresh cut grass and reminds me of springtime. After about 30 minutes it has sweetened nicely and smells like yellow apples. It reminds me of The Hesperides. This is feminine and pretty but I don't need to keep it.

    Pumpkin Patch V (2005, 2006)

Wet this is buttery pumpkin and dry woods. When first on this is woody with a touch of sweetness in the background. After about 30 minutes it develops into a lovely sweet floral! This is surprisingly sweet on the drydown. Just like #4, I was sure I wouldn't like this one but I think it might be my favorite in the Patch. Amazing job Beth

    Pumpkin Patch IV (2005, 2006)

Wet this is buttery mixed with something sweet and sharp. When first on this is spicy sweet cinnamon and sort of a dried potpourri note. Luckily after about an hour the potpourri note fades leaving a lovely floral blend, warm and exotic. I really like this one too! At first the spicyness worried me but this turns out beautifully on me, complex and gorgeous! I thought for sure I wouldn't like this one but was pleasantly surprised.

    Pumpkin Patch III (2005, 2006)

Wet this is buttery pumpkin and juicy pomegranate! When first on this smells the same but there's something else in here giving depth to the blend. I'm not sure what note this is but it's lovely so far. This one doesn't morph much on me but it's absolutely lovely throughout! This dries down to a very soft, lightly sweet, close to the skin scent. Love this one too!

    Pumpkin Patch II (2005, 2006)

Wet this is cocoa and something sweet. When first on this is light cocoa with a hint of spice and pumpkin- warm, cozy and sweet. After a couple of hours I can smell the hazelnut. This is really lovely! A soft, comforting, warm scent. It makes me want to cuddle or sip a nice cup of cocoa and watch the snow falling outside. Simply wonderful!!

    Pumpkin Patch I (2005, 2006)

Pumpkin with apple cider and mulling spice. Wet this is sweet fruits and spice. When first on this is spicy apple cider with a funny bubblegum note! It also smells like very sweet potpourri and I'm not sure about this stage of it. This softens a bit but is still quite sweet. On the drydown it's actually very nice- creamy and softly sweet. I'll have to try this again and see if it really is too sweet for me.
