Vanilla-soaked sandalwood, apricot mash, brandy, and white ginger.

Dude, I love BPAL's apricot. This is bright and fresh apricot-tinged ginger, and I feel like this would make an ah-mazing variation on a mimosa. Not particularly alcoholic right off the bat, but the sandalwood starts moving in after about 1-2 minutes, and yes, that is vanilla *soaked* sandalwood - this is not vanilla-sweet, but it's there as a supporting note, and I find it's more apparent on a really deep inhale. It's 80 degrees today and this is just a great warm-weather scent - while it is not cool, it is definitely refreshing. 

 

Downside, it seems to fade pretty quickly. I've had this on for five or six minutes and my skin started eating it around minute 4. It's still there, just cool apricot and ginger left. I am definitely going to hang on to this and test it over the next several months to see if it gets stronger with time.

In the Bottle: Vanilla, apricot and a little ginger

 

On the Skin: I actually do get Brandy right off the top for a brief moment before it merges with the other elements. As @marared says this seems more spring and summer.  It's rich but not heavy and not especially sweet.  The vanilla soaked sandalwood aspect is gorgeous.  I almost get white chocolate vibes at times.  Very nice.

On me, this goes on with what I believe is the white ginger, which is reading as a sweet floral on me, followed by a rush of brandy and the apricot mash. It is very sweet and boozy at first, but then the brandy wins out, and the sandalwood joins in, so that it is mostly a sandalwood-infused booze scent on me. The vanilla wasn't noticeable on my skin, but maybe it just needs some age.

 

In any case, of the two apricot Shungas in this update, I prefer Apricot Vulva, since it doesn't contain any booze.
