galahad Report post Posted April 17 In the Bottle: Definitely cream and honey with incense making the whole strangely savoury. On the Skin: the incense note is pretty dominant, initially, and doesn't play well with the cream. As the cream moves to the back this become more likeable, with the florals starting to emerge. The whole smells very new age store (not necessarily a bad thing). No obvious cherry or apricot. I need to do a full wear. I find it oddly compelling. theseagrows Report post Posted Thursday at 09:50 PM the frothed cream is reading as kind of nutty and herbal...not really liking the beginning stage. i think the 'honey dust' note smelled similar on me. it stays this way on my skin for a long time, then i notice a hint of champaca. the cherry and osmanthus/apricot only come out when it's been on the skin for 30+ minutes and add a sweetness, but don't take over. if this hadn't had such a strong nutty note i might've liked it more, but the frothed cream note with honey just takes over.
