It is super realistic -- it definitely creates the visual of a bright red strawberry studded with lots of little seeds -- and it's also the same one found in this year's Strawberry Moon and its Wild Strawberries and Inky Musk duet. However, the strawberry note is so strong in this that I never get any of the other notes. If I were going to opt for a wild strawberry scent that's currently available, I'd go for Strawberry Moon 2026, because it is more complex. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
splendidissima Report post Posted 22 hours ago This is...also...oddly...reminding me of some other older BPAL, something with sweet apples and fruits...something from the 2010s era...this is what I get for dropping out of the BPAL scene for a decade, ahaha! I get sweet red strawberry + sweet crisp apple, more strawberry than apple, but I do get both. My childhood hometown has a Strawberry Festival, and this is like the sweetest best small ripe berry, no insipid grocery store imitations, please! Plus that sweet, not-at-all-tart apple. brwnpaperhag Report post Posted 3 hours ago I was so excited for this one, but as I huffed my elbow crook, I am disappointed by some note causing it to go sharply floral. I just took a look at the notes once I got here and I see now - it’s the apple. I forget that I have a love-hate relationship with the Bpal apple note: it’s always too floral on me. That said, the sweetness in here is really putting in overtime with my skin chemistry, and the longer I wear it, the more it settles into a really comforting apple base, with some creamy playful overtones.
