doomsday_disco Report post Posted December 1, 2025 The worst crime against man’s life was committed by the person who first put gold on his fingers, though it is not recorded who did this, for I deem the whole story of Prometheus mythical, although antiquity assigned to him also an iron ring, and intended this to be understood as a fetter, not an ornament. – Pliny the Elder Molten amber, gilded tobacco flower, and Mysore sandalwood. LavenderCoffee Report post Posted 8 hours ago this is a stunner. if you are a fan of the mysore sandalwood note you know already, but with the amber?! ugh! so great. I am not a beard-haver, but as with the DILF beard oil I am wearing this in my hair and on my person. I almost wish I had some sturdy whiskers under my nose to smell this more directly! there is a brightness to the scent suggesting something lemony sans sugar and acidity, and the amber reminds me of the Laurel Wreath perfume oil from the Kotinos release. I don't get anything especially floral from this tobacco flower, it brings a slight vegetal aspect, a subtle sepia harmony in this golden chord. just a perfect everyday personal scent, a sophisticated ambery sandalwood for anyone and everyone, suitable for layering with other blends.
