Wwindy Report post Posted 16 hours ago Does exactly what it says on the tin -- if you've ever had lavender mead, this is it! The honey is well-rounded, with just enough of an edge to let you know that yes, the alcohol is lurking in there somewhere; the lavender floats on top, leaning slightly more towards the herbal than the floral side but just enough so to balance out the honey.
