THIS is what I wish every description that contains vetiver would smell like on me but doesn't. This smells like pure smoke, a touch of sweet, just a touch... but smoke smoke smoke. And I love it!!

oh!! my gods this is sexy!! Its a creamy orange blossom, but so much more... it just oozes sensuality. It has a ton of throw, and lasted all night. (wore this last night and well... hubby attacked! hehe)

I knew I would love this before I even sniffed it, and looked forever for it, then in a weeks time.. TWO bottles came my way *hoards* mwahahaha! I'm not upset that I bought these two without knowing the scent either. It is fabulous and perfect. It does in fact smell like fur. My hubby who is a wolf lover to the nth, adores it (although he says it smells a lil too flowery on him?) Its soft, with good throw, lasts well. Not enough good I can say about this lovely!

I finally got around to trying the famous snake oil. Unfortunately, the snake oil I got to try, was a few drops of extremely aged oil. Oh. My. God. I am so unbelieveable hooked on the smell of this that I carry the empty bottle around with me everywhere just to sniff. It is the single most sexy scent, and I swears when I wore it everything goes my way. Problem is: I dont have any aged and noone wants to come off of thiers. Dammit!!!

light creamy florals.. while this didnt smell too promising in the bottle, it blooms lovely on the skin. It doesnt have much throw, but does last a while. Its a pretty, soft scent.

Black Rose- a blend of roses, with a touch of amber and musk. Lilith- Red wine, myrrh, black musk, and attar of rose Wanda - deep red merlot with a faint hint of leather, sexual musk and body heat over crushed roses, violets and myrtle Wicked - A sophisticated, womanly scent: rich myrrh and jasmine draped in the subtlest rose. all perfect for that outfit!

This is stunning. I can smell magnolia, a bare touch of the trademark graveyard dirt and moss, all seperate, but blending together so very well and so beautifully. Its an upbeat scent, not very funeral at all I think. Something that would be good for every day wear. Winner!

I smell patchouli and vetiver in this, also a background citrus, very faint. Its a very dry blend, very woody. Nice, but I dont think I'll be wearing it. ADDED July 31: This on me is a pretty basic patchouli. Which reminds me of my mom, cause she was a hippie and wore it. Dont wanna smell like my mom though.

This is a bright floral, very clean almost soapy. Its a very green fresh scent that I think would be good for hot days, waking up. Its very refreshing and while I cant pick out any notes, the mixture that it is is simply beautiful

This starts off stinky vetiver but surprisingly quickly morphs into an interesting burning grass smell which is actually pretty pleasant. After a bit it morphs again into a powdery vetiver, which just kind of makes it smell like a general mens cologne. Not for either of us.

This was all aquatic, high white flowers on me. A smidge of pine, with some juniper berry thrown in the mix. Nice for colder weather.

I'm not sure which version I have because the oil leaked out a bit in the mail and the label slipped off and is illegible, but its in a cobalt bottle, so I'm guessing an earlier year... anywaysss... I'm not much of a foodie person, but was wanting to try this anyways, the idea of candied fruits and sugar just sounded so nice. I however got burnt sugar and nothing but, not just sugar but burnt brown sugar. It would be nice I'm guessing, in colder weather but in the summertime, its just making me queasy.

I keep going back and forth as to whether I think this is purely masculine or unisex. Its a very nice blend, incensey... with HUGE throw, its mainly woodsy and musky. Im giving it to hubby... I think itll smell better on a boy!

did anyone say this smelled like ylang ylang?? is it just me?? Its initially like a ylang ylang frieght train hitting me in then face. Then softens to a vanilla-ish soft ylang ylang. In the far drydown, its a light lily-ish scent. Fades really fast.

I love the labs dirt scents, but theres no dirt to be found in this one on me. Initially its sharp and tangy, like a freshly broken piece of greenery... Then it turns into my grandfathers cologne. Which isnt unpleasant, but not what I want to smell like.

This is all vetiver and orange in the beginning stages stank like A Countenance Forboding Evil was on me. the vetiver calms down though and turns into what I was hoping A Countenance wouldve been.. a nice smoky orange, quite sexy. A tad bit of teak peeks thru but mostly smoky orange.

Theres something just off in this on my skin. I love both jasmine and ylang ylang which Ive heard mention.. Im definately smelling ylang ylang... But I get something in the background that smells like stale pee and I just cant get around it. Im thinking my chem. might be momentarily messed up, Trying it again later.

I wanted this for the yarrow, and someone kindly frimped it to me! There arent many bpals with yarrow in them, its one of my favorite scents.. this doesnt dissapoint. I get yarrow right off the bat, blended with lavender, its a wonderfully herbal floral. On drydown a bit of peach comes out, but not enough to temper the bitter of the yarrow, which I'm glad of. I love this!

This is one strange scent, at first on skin, I swore it was something very familiar, something fleeting that I couldnt quite grasp... But that was gone rather fast and I was left with powdery resin, quite beautiful, I'm thinking amber resin, the dry kind that you get in chunks, must be the myrrh and musk. This doesnt strike me as being masculine like so many reviewed.. I would wear this myself. Love it.

This was all sugar sweet to me in the beginning then went highly soapy. A very strong soapy with massive throw. I had to wash it off I love every single one of the notes in this!! I'll have to try it out again later.

I'm at work reviewing this and its making me miss my daughter so much! This smells like her face when shes eating a lollipop... shes 1, so its never a neat thing, its lollipop babyskin in the warm sun.. heated candy drool... I love it!

Oh wow! a vetiver that I can tolerate! This at first goes on like Chanel No. 5. I thought it was going to be a match for that, which isnt a bad thing, I like that scent, but hubby doesn't so it wouldve had to go... But, on drydown out comes a peach, and more rose... it has that chanel vibe still but more playful. Mind you, this is still a grown-up lady perfume, but a grown-up lady who lets her hair down. Very nice!

I dont get any of the paticular notes in this, maybe Ive been sniffing too many things today. What I do get is a gorgeous fresh from the oven buttery spiced pumpkin pie. None of that icky crust mind you, just the good parts. These pumpkins are making me long for fall!

Usually to me a rose is a rose is a rose... But this rose is different! At first applied on skin, I was getting the rose, with something that, oh no, smelled vetiver-ish... I dont know what the hell I was smelling because it went away in seconds and is drying down to this super amped rose/musk. Rose amps on me, its huge. Im not so sure everyone else appreciates that, but I sure like it. This rose is amping as well but its bringing the musk along for the ride. Gorgeous.

I was frimped a small tester of this and was quite excited to try it out based on the notes, It starts out a delicious spiced cider scent, that has a huuuuge throw, but in later drydown turns into an almost retail-ish candle smell. It still has tremendous throw, and I'm not sure if its the trigger, but I'm getting a heck of a headache.. *sigh* cant win them all.
