This one is a sexy red dress smell on me. In the bottle it had a rubbery note to it that was strange. But once I smeared some on it turned into a sweet, Indian incense, smoke, & musk smell. Galangal & opoponax have to be what creates that sultry scent. My favorite thing about this is my wife said she didn't like the bottle smell, but she couldn't stop smelling me after I put some on! ?

I feel so sad that I don't like this. I had to wipe it off cuz it smelled like I hadn't bathed in weeks, & I bathe maybe 1 to 3 times a day... & I love dirty hippy, incense smells, but this one was a nasty no no. Maybe it was my chemistry that day not working well with something in the blend. However, like with An Excerpt... from Luper 2018, it aged amazingly. Perhaps this one will too. I smelled it again, two days after first application, & I can tell it is starting to blend together. I think this just needs to age in the dark in my box. Love you, BPAL!!

Glad to own a second lily of the valley perfume in my life. First one was a vintage Avon bottle. This smells so exotic, like a spring floral with a crisp melon blossom, & tea. Those stand out most to me.

It is a slippery scent to me in the bottle, & I love the sandlewood note that makes it seem like a beautiful floral with a naughty center! Plays with the nose. It is mostly minty when it dries on my skin.

I added myself to the restock list & finally was notifiedaybe 5 months later. I bought this immediately! Lol I wore this to work one day & someone said I smell like a brand new car, complimentary, mind you. I don't smell that but whatever. Lol It's a deep, warm scent, with a vanilla hint. The sage & cedar blends so well with the vanilla. This is my go to scent when I want to make a first impression.

2018 edition: I smell maraschino cherries with a lemon verbena note in the bottle. On my skin dried it smells like cherry incense, syrupy sweet, but not sickeningly sweet with the lemony note faintly cutting thru. It has exceptional throw too. Applied to my inner elbow it will stay a good 6 hours.

Love it. I get the impression of fresh laundry or if grandma's linen closet had a designer musk note. Soft incense smell & clean fabric with the lightest kiss of musk. I'd say this scent was a little outside my normal choices & I'm glad I picked it.

Salty, but I'm salivating over the hinoki wood, & kelp. I can barely smell spice & a touch of lime, but mostly I smell SALT. It's sexy & manly.

So simple but delightful. I like blending this with Vasilissa. Alone I smell like a field of carnations. I don't pick up much of the oudh tho.

On my skin this smells like sex!! So erotic. I also have a few lovely memories attached to this scent, especially certain songs I swear I can smell it when I hear the song.

I bought this for my wife & she loves it. Smells like a ripe peach almond croissant to me, minus the baked smell.
