    Bittersweet Chocolate Bath Oil

Bittersweet Chocolate is absolutely delicious, and is my favourite bath oil now after Snow White. It smells like a mix of dark and milk chocolate, or brownie batter as others have said, with the tiniest hint of oude wood. It reminds me a bit of Velvet, which is one of my favourite GC scents. I most definitely want to upgrade to a full-sized bottle, or possibly a giant vat of this. YUM!

    Bourbon Vanilla Bath Oil

This smells like pure, not-too-foody vanilla to me. I didn't detect any sassfras. Its really nice but its the lightest bath oil I've tried yet - I could barely smell it in the bath. So I don't think I'll need a full bottle, but I'll hang onto my decant.

    L’Essence de L’Engouement

I get a hint of orange blossom in the beginning, but this is otherwise mostly strawberry candy floss with an extra helping of sugar, and a little vanilla in the drydown. The throw is moderate-to-light and it lasted for a few hours on my skin. This reminds me a bit of Beaver Moon 2010, but much sweeter, or a strawberry cousin to Bloody Mary. I like it, but I'm hoping a little aging will tone down the sugar and bring out the orange blossom and strawberry.

    L’Eau de L’Engouement Bath Oil

I used this as a bath oil and it was all strawberry candy floss with an extra dose of sugar. Its very sweet, but not as much as the perfume oil, and quite delicious. The throw wasn't overly strong but lasted throughout the bath. Yum!

    Scent for Halloween?

I wore Peach Champagne last night, and today its my beloved Yvaine in hopes that she'll come back this year.

    Peach Champagne

This is the first (and only) exclusive champagne scents I've tried, and I love it!! It has the same fizzy ginger ale-ish base as my beloved Geek Goth, mixed with a fresh peach note. The throw is moderate and the staying power is excellent so far.

    Ice Princess Bath Oil

I was a little iffy about this when I first received my decant as it smelled very musty in the bottle. But once I poured it in the bath today, it really blooms! Its mostly peach and tart berries with a little cream and to sweeten it up. The throw in the bath is moderate. ETA: Once I had this for a while, the mustiness completely disappeared and this became more creamy and fruity. Its become a favourite bath oil of mine, and I'd love a full-sized bottle. I also wouldn't mind seeing this as a perfume next Yuletide.

    Figgy Puddin'

I didn't think I would like this scent, as I don't care for fig. But much to my surprise, I love it! This starts off fruity rainsin, then settles into a juicy fig scent. The fig fades out and I get a yummy spice and brown sugar scent. The dry stage is a slightly boozy pudding. I think this may be bottle worthy, yum!

    Gingerbread Poppet Bath Oil

Oh yum! This is very similar to Gingerbread Poppet perfume - gingerbread cookie dough - but less spicy. I used this as a bath oil and had no spice-related irritation. Its got moderate throw in the bath and the scent lingered even after I drained the tub. Gingerbread Poppet is one of my favourite Yules, so I will most definitely need a full sized bottle of this to go with it.

    Konditorei Atmosphere Spray

This is the first atmosphere spray I've purchased (I have a decant), I couldn't resist something with both coffee and hot chocolate. And its as delicious as I hoped! It starts off candied fruit and coffee, a strange but yummy combination. I can smell spiced apple after a few minutes as well. Now, about an hour after I sprayed it, my room smells of tarts, fruit, and a little marzipan. A little squirt on my pillow was all I needed to scent my room. I most definitely need a full sized bottle of this!

    Black Cherry Amaretto Christmas Puddin'

I wasn't sure if I liked this or not when it first arrived a few days ago, but after letting it settle its quite nice. This is a lot of sweet cherry, a little vanilla, not much amaretto, and no spice, with a light Christmas pudding background. The throw seems to be on the moderate-to-light side. Yum!

    Scent for Halloween?

I wore Sugar Plum Fairy for Christmas Eve, and today I'm wearing Maison En Pain D’èpices and Gingerbread Poppet.

    Blueberry Peppermint

This is the Imp Sack scent I was most looking forward to - I love peppermint - and it doesn't disappoint. It starts off sugary peppermint, like any of the Lick It scents, but then the blueberry kicks in. It dries down to a sugary blueberry with a hint of mint. Love it!

    Lick It Discreetly

I'm a huge fan of the Lick It series, and have tried all of them. Lick It Discreetly is the sugariest of the bunch with a lot of peppermint and just a drop of vanilla. Its not my favourite of the bunch (that would be Lick It Like You Mean It of a few years ago) but its still very good, an extra sweet candy cane scent. Yum!

What do bottles and labels look like?

It looks kind of like a Victorian-style mansion.

    Maison En Pain d’Épices

This is yummy! It starts off gingerbread with extra spice - which I assume is the spice drops - and lots of candied fruit, which mostly smells of cherries and maybe a hint of citrus. There's a hint of chocolate and a light sweetness in the drydown. This isnt' overly sweet though, all the spices really balance them out. The throw and wear-length are moderate right now, but I suspect this will age well. Très bon!!!

    Yellow Snowballs

I was hoping this would be citrus Snow White but alas, its not. I get a lot of pine - even though its not listed, I can smell it and its giving me a bit of headache as usual, with a little tart citrus. It does get more citrus-y as it dries but I'm not enjoying it. Very disappointing. This is a fresh-from-the-mailbox review so I'll update it if anything changes.

    Sugar Plum Fairy v3

This is all spiced gumdrops and sugared fruits, with a hint of sweet fizziness. This is the children's version of Sugar Plum Fairy, while the released version is more grown-up. The proto is cute, I like it, much more prefer the released version.

    Marshmallow Pumpkin Bath Oil

This is similar to the perfume oil, but its more marshmallow than pumpkin with no spice that I can detect. As a bath oil, it has moderate throw and the scent lingered through most of my bath. This is quite delicious, and I actually like it a bit more than last year's perfume oil.

    Beaver Moon 2011

Although honey is often a tricky note for me, I really wanted to try this as I love lavender and like cheesecake as well. Strangely enough though, I get none of the above from my Beaver Moon. It smells strongly of a cologne-y, slightly incense-y musk (black and/or red musk maybe?) No lavender, no honey, no cheesecake, just potent musk.

    The Waltz of the Flowers

THE WALTZ OF THE FLOWERS White musk, Madonna lily, jasmine sambac, ylang ylang, bourbon vanilla, and clove. This is a pretty scent that is for the floral lovers. It starts off ylang-ylang, then a well-behaved jasmine, then lily, all sitting on a very light base of vanilla. The vanilla comes out a bit stronger as it dries, with a touch of clove, and soft musk. This is quite pretty so far, very graceful and sophisticated. It starts off a very potent floral but the drydown is so soft and pretty!

    Spun Sugar Spectre Bath Oil

This is lemon candy floss with a hint of caramelized white sugar. Yum!!! But its a light scent and didn't last overly long in either the bath or on my skin. Even so, I really love this scent.

    Ghosts In Love

When I first got my decant of this, I was very iffy about it - too much wood, not very floral. But even so, I brought it on my trip to Salem, MA and wore it out one night on a trip to The House of the Seven Gables. And it smelled so wonderful now! Ghosts in Love does start off with a lot of oude, balanced by rose, and in this stage it reminds me a bit of Pumpkin II 2009 (without pumpkin, of course). As it dries, it gets a bit more floral with a touch of carnation-spice. The dry stage is a soft, slightly-smokey floral. This has good throw too and lasts quite a while. Its become one of my favourites of the 2011 Halloween scents.

The Glittering Apple Of The Stars

I decided to seek out a decant of this based on some comparisons made to Snow White and Snow Glass Apples. Glittering Apples doesn't not remind me of either scent, alas, but its very pretty anyway. It starts off with a rich apple note that smells a bit like yellow apples with a hint of floral (mostly the ylang-ylang). As it dries, the apple and florals fade and it dries down to a clear musk with a hint of vanilla and bergamont. Its a soft scent and doesn't last long. I wish I got a bit more tiare and vanilla from this scent, but its still lovely as it is and I'll be hanging on to my decant.

    La Calavera Catrina

This starts off autumn leaves, marigolds, and mums and reminds me of an early autumn afternoon. Very pretty! Alas, as it dries, the marigold note becomes a bit "dryer sheet" on me but disappears by the drydown, which is a soft vanilla with a little rose and chamomile. This is a lovely scent that is bringing me back to the lovely warm autumn days we had earlier this season (not the freaky, snow-covered autumn we're having now.) I'll be hanging on to my decant of this, but don't think I need a full bottle.
