Imp: Very fresh, citrus and a white sorta smell. On my skin: I didn't realize the Earl Grey would smell so citrusy. It was an unexpected and LOVELY suprised. On my skin the citrus is still strong, but the leather warms up in the background and helps to round things out. Dry: I agree this doesn't have much staying power. Although it's hot here and really any oil has been trouble keeping around with all the dampness. It's a warmed citrus and still very fresh and clean. It isn't what I expected from the notes at all, and I am in love! Jenn

From the bottle: A dry sweet, rather light smell of candied fruits and grapefruit. On my skin: Wow, there are like a hundred different notes in this and I don't think I am familiar with any of them. It's very light and sweet, but the smell is strong on me and the throw is pretty impressive! It smells foody, but in a way you wouldn't eat. Like artful sugar and pretty fruits mingled with woods and I think I can detect the aloe and ginger. It's 'pretty' and juicy, but dry, maybe it's the wine that makes me think like that. Anyways Jenn

This is a lovely complex sweet scent that I bought because there was an imp available on the forum! I'm not always a fan of the foodie scents, but Underpants definitely is a cut above the rest. I get a boozy vanilla at first which drys down and the saffon and sandlewood round it out amazingly well. It does last a long time and has a good throw! I won't be pursuing a bottle at the current market price, but it's a supremely tasty little blend. Jenn

My Casanova is VERY VERY lavander, it has some more masculine notes definitely lavander is predominate. (At least to me straight up from the imp) Jenn

I'm not quite getting a grapey feel from this. Mostly on me and from the imp it's been a perfumed, faintly fruity smell. It's crisp and sweet but I can't really say in an edible sort of way. Something like wet flowers comes to mind, but it's plays really nicely on my skin. A dry white wine is definitely closer to what I get, but still rather floral in a way. It's a brand new imp from the lab and I wore it today 'cause I needed alittle "Oomph!" This was it. 4/5! Jenn Edited to add: Oh! After a few hours of wearing this here at work, I smell the grape!! The perfume I dabbed on my wrists smell more floral, but the swipe I put on near my throat is DEFINITELY grape, not a strong one but I smell the note now.

What a perfect name for this scent!! The smell is sweet, smokey, and exotic. It's a dryness that hits the back of my throat covered blended with a musky kinda of sensual aroma. It's not pretty and it's not dainty!! Definitely Smutty, gritty, sexy. I couldn't wear this during the day, but for nights on the prowl this would be perfect. Jenn

This is definitely a lovely adult floral. I find the flower smells are balances amazingly well with the tonka and Laudanum which help to ground the notes for me. It's very light and suprisingly loveable! I didn't think the notes would agree with me but it's so delicate and complex. The throw definitely isn't much on my skin, but that's just the way I like it! From an awesome forumite! This was a very heady floral on me. The descriptions of gramma's perfume to me are definitely in line of what I get. Not in a bad way though. There is quite a bouquet and it really doesn't change much from the imp to my skill. Smells much more like a main stream perfume from the counter. Not bad overall! I preference doesn't lean towards florals, but the smell is pleasant. Jenn

I ordered this for a decant circle I ran. It smells so strongly like a chai tea I make when I'm settling down to get some work done. That really make me smile!!! It's very spicy sweet just like Chai tea. I was trying to get everything done for the decant circle, not realizing how long it could take and by the time I got to Catalyst I had a burst of delightful energy. I seriously had trouble sleeping afterward 'cause I knew there was stuff I could be doing. I can wait to use this when I start Art School in the fall. Awesome stuff! Jenn

This was one of the few LE's that didn't really work well with me. From the imp I get a really strong burnt sugar smell. It's not really that bad, but when I put it on my skin it wasn't really a pleasant smell. I was surprised 'cause believe you me, I love sugar and sugar smelling things! This one just was alittle to burnt, dry smelling for me. Ah well you win some you lose some. Sorry Sugar Skull! Jenn

Another WOW. I ordered this on a whim just looking to try some new things and *swoon* IMP: I get a strong leather with a hint of something complex and sweet in the background. Most likely the wine rounded out by the other notes. On my skin: The sweetness grows but it hangs on to the leather which I LOVE. Who knew I'd love scents with leather in them (WTF?!). It's dark, it's sexy, and I'm so glad it's not too too manly for me not to enjoy. LO the man who wears this the right way!!! He'd not have a chance of escaping a room I think lol. It's confident and darkly charming and the imagery is just perfect. 5 ML please! Jenn

Imp: A hard-up cinnamon smell. Rather strong but nice 'n spicy. Wet: Once it hits my skin the cinnamon is still really strong, but in a great spicy way. It's got hints of the myrrh and honey, oh man.... Dry: HEAVEN! This is so warm and sexy and bad-ass cinnamony. It doesn't change much over all just grows slightly more complex. Urgh, definitely a 5 ML is coming home with me next order. Jenn

In the imp: Minty cold with a hint of sweetness. On my skin: This really does not stay minty on my skin in a good way. After a few seconds it kinda started to smell like "Double-Mint". Dry: All the mint has vanished and I'm left with something really surprisingly sweet and wierd. I was alittle disappointed, but I know it's not the oil's fault as it smelled perfect in the IMP! My skin tend to makes alot of things smell REALLY sweet and this was the first Minty one I tried. I love mint too. *Sigh* Oh well! Jenn

This smells perfectly like a bunch of cold roses sitting on your table. It doesn't change much on my skin which I'm thankful for and when I wear it, I can definitely get the "haughty and vain" vibes from it. It's such a pure rose you really don't need anything at all with it. I have to hunt a bottle in my next pay... Jenn

I'm really digging this scent! From the imp I get a green smell laced with frankincense. On my wrist this warms slightly, but not much, and the florals bloom. It creates a lovely layered effect with the front being the florals, but they're tamed by much more serious notes. From the imp I can't say it smell the best, but once it's got a chance to warm up on the skin....it's really hard to resist! 4.5/5!!

Blood Countess and Bordello get my vote for their pretty plum as well. I find Countess alot more stronger on the plum note specifically, and Bordello is a more ripe boozy version. I love both! Jenn

This is a really powerful blend. I'm getting subtle and exotic spices, with a sensual dribble of exotic flowers and lush smokey fruits. This is really complex and sometimes I think it smells like cinnamon and other times I get that fresh bite of melon or a brighter fruit. That fresh note I think is what went horrible wrong on me when I tried Delight. Here it stays true without turning sour. I've already received compliments on it just from testing. The throw is really wild! I walked into a room and people instantly looked in my direction and several asked what perfume I was wearing! The Sacred Whore is an oit that really demands attention. It's on my bottle list for sure now. 5/5!

OMG! This makes me want some CAKE! It's rich vanilla cakey goodness! In the imp it was deceptively quiet, but once I had it dried on my skin it was like a freshly baked slice of yellow cake. I agree I couldn't wear this all the time, but a light little dab. This is an awesome scent. 5/5!!

In the imp: All I could smell was a bright bright cherry and it turned me off alittle at first. But I know things don't always stay the same! Wet: The cherry was still really strong, but I can smell the strawberry, musk and Vanilla in the background. Dry: Much nicer! The musk is now the top note, rounded really nicely by the cherry and the barest whisper of floral. This kinda reminds me of Smut without any of the smokiness. YUM! I am glad I put this on my skin!!! 4/5!! Jenn

I've had a martini and this scent just blows my mind. I'm reviewing this one with a bit of a head cold, so my smell isn't 100% today. Hee hee! From the imp I get a very sharp ozone type note that almost makes me sneeze with just how much bite it has! I love it! It's just like taking that first sip of a martini and realizing how strong that sucker is. On my skin it mellows, but still keeps that juniper/pine gin quality while remaining as luscious as the drink. 4.5 outta 5! Jenn

I got a lovely frimp of this and I am just floored. The reviews I'm sure have covered the notes in far more detail than I ever could, but I thought I would add something! I put this on last night at about 9:30 pm. Went out for awhile, came home, went to bed...got up HAD A SHOWERand put on different perfume. Now I'm at work at 10:30 the following day and I held my wrist to my nose and I still smell Snake Oil! And it's not very subtle now either! I have never had an oil hang around so long, this stuff is rightly awesome. It's so sexy, sweet, and seductive...It's like my little secret here at work! The throw is something awesome too... Need 5 ml for sure! Jenn

The smell of this is so light and fresh, barely there but when you do get a hint of it you can get an idea of the genteel side of it. A get a crisp mint tea with a whisper of musk. It dries down to a rounder scent that's much softer and muskier than the start. Definitely a like as I'm a fan of the light teas, citrus, and lighter musks. Usher. Jenn

Fall under the spell of our Green Fairy! An intoxicating blend containing wormwood essence, light mints, cardamom, anise, hyssop, and the barest hint of lemon. From the imp I get a very lemony rounded scent, very fresh and strong with maybe a small hint of the wormwood or a more solid note in the background. On my skin the lemon dies and the anise comes out really strong. I'm not normally a fan of the smell but the complete mixture is intoxicating! I wore it to work today because it just seemed that light, sweet, with something alittle different lingering around. Love this scent! Jenn

Straight from the imp this was one that was hard for me to take as well, but I dabbed a bit on the back of my hand and let it sit. There is such a strong memory linked to this one that I just can't get beyond the olive leaf I think. My skin can't make this one round at all and it's the first one I can say I officially do not like. Not bad out of 20 or so tried so far!! I also got some oil on the label...so now it smells extra strong. lol. Jenn

In an effort to create a pleasing environment during a surprise trip to Yuggoth, we have created a soothing yet stimulating blend of pink pepper, peony, jasmine, mango, kiwi, pomegranate, pineapple, white ginger, serene white tea and light musks. Bon voyage! It didn't really have much throw from the imp itself and I almost couldn't smell it! However, on my skin it was a fruit explosion and the mango, juicy goodness really got alot stronger. It dries to a lovely sweet, but not sticky sweet smell. It reminds me of an adult fruit-punch, fresh and vibrant but minus the sugar. This was a frimp to me from a forumite and WOW! Awesome stuff.
