This is very true to descption. It starts out with a juicy peach note supported by the rice and coconut milk. My partner thinks that I smelt like popcorn wearing this. It must be the rice note translating to popcorn to his nose. To me it doesn't smell like popcorn but the rice does make this gourmand. The peach makes a nice balance to the rice. Overall, a juicy, peach dessert scent.

For me this starts out with the vanilla cream and caramelized cedarwood. The caramel aspect is coming through quite strongly for me. When I initially tried this I thought it must have a brown sugar note but then I checked the description and realized it must be the caramelized cedarwood. Further into dry down the Tonka and amber come out. This is a cozy, autumnal scent.

I've had this one for a couple of weeks and have worn it several times before writing a review. The first time I tried this it was like a poppy single note so I let it rest before trying again. The next times that I wore it, it still started out with the poppy note front and centre but the pomegranate and vanilla were there to mellow it out. The floral notes are very much in the background for me and I cannot pick out any coconut milk. The pomegranate and vanilla become stronger during the dry down and balance out the poppy. The gilded vanilla note is very pretty and blends well with the poppy. I think that these notes create a pretty, dreamy scent but there are some notes listed that aren't really making an appearance for me, like the coconut and apricot. For me this is all about the poppy, pomegranate and vanilla. I will be interested to read others reviews on this one.

A sweet, coconut scent. There is a decent amount of sugar present here too and it comes out more during the dry down. It reminds me of Elegba from the General catalogue, to me they are in the same scent family. My mind can't help but associate this (or any coconut scent) with Summer because when I was younger I'd wear coconut scented products in the warmer months. But, it's also kind of cozy with its Floofy sugar and coconut so would work for autumn and winter too. I can definitely see this being in my summer scent rotation though . This scent also works well for layering. This is more of a skin hugging, low throw scent on me.

Blizzard is one my favorites from this yule release. I get the ti leaf and vanilla ash on my skin. It's very soft and pretty. To me this is in a similar scent family as To a wreath of snow, this one has ti leaf instead of lavender but they both give off a similar - soft, grayish impression. The oud and amber are very soft here and don't take over the scent. I can't pick out the sandalwood. I personally love tea scents so I'm happy to add this one to my collection

On my skin the hazelnut, cream and vanilla are the strongest notes, so on me this does lean towards being more gourmand. The hazelnuts smell warm and toasty and the cream and vanilla almost create a caramel note. The hay and amber are in the background here, and I only get the tiniest hint of carnation spice.

On my skin the black velvet note really dominates followed by the amber with the floral notes in the background. I feel that this concert is more of the somber and classical kind. Something here makes this quite perfumey, I think perhaps it is the velvet note. This was a much stronger blend than I was expecting, it has alot of throw and lasts for ages.

Mmm ... cake and vanilla, buttercream frosting are the main notes I'm getting here. The lemon is also there but for me the cake and buttercream stand out the most. I actually find it quite hard to pick out the olive oil but I think that it is blending in the with the lemon.

On me this is all about the violets and the porcelain. To me the porcelain smells cool and clean and gives the scent the impression of being cool-toned. I also get a hint of red musk and the vanilla fougere. They add sweetness to the other notes. It is a delicate and pretty scent.

On me the balsam starts out quite strong but it becomes balanced by the juniper berries and lupine musk. I get the beeswax as a sweet, background. For me this is a wearable woodsy scent. Often balsam and sandalwood can take over on my skin but here I find that they blend nicely with the other notes.

When first applied the violet is the main note I get followed by the plum and subtle hints of black currant. Further into dry down I get the labdanum which smells incense-y to me. I find that this scent has alot of throw and lasts a long time. Something about it reminds me of Sybaris. After this has been on my skin for a while I get mostly the violet and labdanum with the plum in the background.

The black currant is the main note I get from this one from the start. I get subtle hints of the dried plum and scorched goats milk. The goats milk to me is quite sweet and almost caramelized. The first time I tried this one I was sure I could smell caramel but it wasn't as strong the last couple of times I've worn this. Later on I smell the rose infused Amber, which is really pretty and goes nicely with the black currant. I can't really pick out the red musk and I wouldn't describe this as a musky scent. To me it is primarily black currant with the goats milk, rose amber and a little dried plum.- 2 replies

I get a darker berry note combined with the starfruit and a background of watery florals. The berry note here is not overly sweet on me and actually reminds me of the blackberry in Glasgow. I feel like the fen violets and waterlillies bring in some light aquatic notes. The lily of the valley and rose create a backdrop to the berry and fruit notes. It's a pretty, summery scent.

I didn't notice this one when the weenies were first released but I decided to get a bottle before they were taken down and I'm so happy I did, because this one is very pretty. I get the violet grapefruit and benzoin as the main notes with hints of the mimosa and Orris butter. I can't actually pick up the musk or poppy leaf on my skin. This is so smooth and buttery, the grapefruit and benzoin really shine here and the Orris butter makes this so smooth.

On me this is a buttery lilac scent with a hint of moss. When first applied I also get a hint of smoke but it fades to the background as it settles into my skin. I don't get any vanilla here but it might come out more as it ages. It dries down to a smooth, buttery lilac scent, the moss and smoke stay in the background for me. I think this is definitely one to try for lilac lovers. This is a light scent that reminds me of Spring.

When first applied I get sugared cream and vanilla. The sugar cane stands out to me and makes this quite a sweet scent. After a while I can smell some of the fig in the background and the oatmeal becomes more prominent. The cream and sugar cane are still very present throughout wear time. The oatmeal also reminds me of the Nightingale but the sugar and fig in this blend make Precious beauty sweeter and possibly even more of a gourmand scent. I don't get very much almond here, but I think it may be a skin chemistry thing as I've noticed the same thing happening in a few blends I've tried with almond in it. Even though it's sweet it's very wearable as it is grounded by the oatmeal and cream.

Are there any similar scents to Glasgow? I haven't tried any scents yet that I think are similar, even though blackberry (one of the main notes) is a note that comes up quite a bit. -
This one is all about the floral notes on me. I've just figured out the the geranium note is quite dominant on my skin (I've noticed this with other scents with geranium too). To me the geranium note reminds me of a vintage perfume. I can also pick out the white rose as well and a hint of plum. I don't get any honey at all. I had expected this to be sweeter from the plum and honey dust but they don't really show up on my skin here. I can't really pick out the patchouli either. The plum is very subtle and I would describe this more as a floral scent.

I get raspberry marshmallow with hints of rose in the background. The rose peeks out behind the marshmallow after the scent has settled but the marshmallow and ruby chocolate are the dominant notes for me throughout. The ruby chocolate smells like berry or raspberry chocolate.

Mmm ... honey and coconut milk with hints of red currant. This is really lovely. I think that coconut milk softens the honey and red currant so that they don't become too sweet or cloying. The amber is subtle and comes out further into the dry down. The final stage of of this is a soft honeyed, coconut milk with a background of red currant and amber. It's kind of a comforting, happy scent, that I've been reaching for quite alot.

On me this starts out with the almond leading the way but it quickly fades and the rice milk, coconut and Jasmine cream become the dominant notes with hints of cardamom and hinoki. After the it's initial appearance I can no longer detect any almond. The rice milk note is particularly pretty and it adds a milky sweetness to the scent. The jasmine is well balanced by the coconut and rice milk and doesn't become high pitched here. Its more of a creamy note with hints of jasmine rather than straight up Jasmine. I've been wearing this one for the last couple of days and I'm really enjoying it. It's very wearable but also unique because I don't think I have anything similar in my bpal collection. It's light, milky and summery, it's also subtlety tropical with the rice milk, coconut and jasmine cream. I think this will be a go to for me over the summer months.

When first applied this starts out as a tart lychee scent. On me this leans very citrusy, I actually thought that it must have a grapefruit note but when I checked the notes it doesn't. After some wear time, the citrus element settles and I can smell the rosehip tea and some softer floral notes. The peony, ylang ylang aren't really standing out to me, I can't pick out the pink peppercorn either. I find the lychee to dominate over the floral notes. Overall, this is a bright and refreshing summery scent.

This is a warm, golden honey musk scent. My partner who has never commented on any fragrance I've worn in the last 10 years said to me this morning "That's where that nice smell is coming from" when I walked passed. I agree that the honey and skin musk here reminds me of Lady Una without the herbal notes. This is one of my favorites from my recent order.

This one is a morpher for me, on initial application I get the cream and teak wood notes. Over time I get more of the lotus and amber. Normally for me lotus is a sweet, watery note, here it is not watery but still very sweet. It dried down to being a creamy, pink scent with a hint of powderiness from the amber. I think it shares some similarities to Triumphant vulva from a few years ago. I was hoping that the teak would hang around a bit longer but this is still a lovely scent and I can see why people love it.
