I got the ouchy burny reaction, but before I had to wash it off it smelled lovely, a not too sweet spicy resin

White tea and olibanum with tangerine rind, clove bud, white bergamot, and unripe poisonous berries. Both in the bottle and wet I get a lovely light citrussy scent, from the bergamot and the tea with a tiny touch of tangerine. Once it dries I immediately get hit with clove, lots of clove - like two planets colliding and Planet Clove completely squashes poor old Planet Citrus. The berries may be circling at a distance, but only make an appearance after a couple of hours to add a sour fruit edge to the clove.

The first note I get is almond but this vanishes once its dry and it turns into a really light and pretty rose with just a touch of citrus. After a couple of hours the beeswaxy note from the honey is the most prominent. If I dip into gender stereotyping for a minute, this would be great for a young girl.

This is beautiful wet and for the first half hour once it's dry - a tiny touch of pear, quite a bit of coconut and a little powdery amber, but then it goes to beeswax and plastic - so sad

First blast is definitely blueberry rather than any other berry. I then also get the lemon verbena, but no lavender. Once dry, I also get a full blown scent memory of hiding in undergrowth in the woods as a child, roaming around playing on my own, which has brought tears to my eyes. A keeper.

I use my oils in the bath and this is beautifully blended - nothing is overpowering, just lovely spicy incensey goodness

This is terribly strong when it's wet and drying down - almost all overwhelming musk. Once it's settled on my skin for an hour it is far more subtle - dry soft, almost ambery spices and peach that is definitely dried rather than juicy. Soft and beautifully melded. Another keeper.

Wet in the bottle it's fruity in a way that some strong fruit spirits are - that almost acrid note. Once dry, to me this is a dead ringer for Misfortune Teller V3 which makes me very happy indeed - fruity richness and very opulent dark incense. I will need more than my one bottle.

I absolutely hate most florals but this is lovely - a cottage garden type of scent that smells quite classic and old-fashioned, but only in a good way. I get nostalgia from it for some reason.

Killer Jasmine Of Doom I had to try because everything else sounded so wonderful but alas, floral cat pee is all I get. Damn.

In the bottle it smelled quite sharp and I worried, but once it has dried down it is sweet cuddly musk with a woody sharpness in the background. It very much smells of old hippy shop to me, slightly dusty and dry spicyness. I'd agree with Balame about it evoking the air just before it rains. It's beautiful.

The warmest, snuggiest way to tame a savage beast: hazelnut coffee with dark chocolate, sweet fig milk, warm brown amber, and terebinth pine. I am happy to report that this smells nothing like wet dog! It stays pretty true from bottle to bath - a lovely warm rich scent that reminds me of dark chocolate-covered lebkuchen. It's chocolatey and gently spicy and nutty and yum! This is a bath oil that picks you up and wraps you in a warm fluffy blanket before handing you hot chocolate and cookies. Afterwards I get the faintest breath of the pine finally peeking through. This needs to come in bigger bottles and they all need to live with me

This is strange, not what I expected. When wet I get a generic fruity scent, which dries down to a lovely creamy lemon tea scent. This fades after an hour or so and I'm left with a dusty, woody, tonka. I wish the middle stage lingered a bit longer, right now I'm not sure on it.

Reptoid Dominion or Al Azif?

I agree with Aviatrix - this is totally ethereal and beautiful. The vanilla musk is prominent, with just a whisper of florals. I do get a little almond but not the overpowering sort from something like Bastet, just a tiny hint of added sweetness. I can't detect mandarin but skin often eats this entirely so it's not a surprise. I'm so glad I chanced getting a bottle of this, and may need several more.

First blast smells like a spicy rich fortified spirit on me, I guess a combination of the bourbon geranium/vanilla and spicy carnation. As it dries the fruit emerges, the peach seems really juicy but there's also some raspberry in there. After it has sat for a while I get the bergamot cutting through the sweetness and really freshening the whole thing up. This is a lush, rich and rounded scent, with really good staying power.

I've worn this two days straight trying to work out how to describe it and I'm still struggling - it's pretty unique. There is definitely a sweetness, a little powdery but not overly so. It gives a sense of being luminous, but I usually associate that with the white florals and in this I don't detect much floral. It's how I imagine baby powder would smell if it was made from moon rocks! There is a tiny hint of greenness but no swampy mossy scent. I love it, it feels very ethereal.

Boundless Vista Of An Inner World and The Spell Of The Eastern Sea both come to mind - both aquatic but dark and evocative. I'd also suggest Hesiod's Phoenix is well worth a sniff and Mother Shub's Gingerbread Temples is a wonderfully rich foody.

Wet: I get a blast of sweet rose, not noticeably red or white, more like wild rose Dry: As soon as this is dry I get powdery granny-scent rose which is a shame. The honey makes no appearance until a couple of hours later but the powder rose lingers on and on.

On me this is very masculine at the moment - a really sexy high end woody cologne smell more than anything. it does remind me of Crowley but without the lift from the citrus. I get no bergamont, redcurrant or vanilla at all in this, which is a shame, but I'll age it for a while and hope those notes emerge.

This most reminds me of Morocco at the start but once it dries down I get no lemon or honey, just smoky vetiver, heavy musk and a beeswaxy scent which I presume is the saffron. I'd like this as an evening room spray but on me it just doesn't quite work.

On me it stays the same all the way through - soft peach, slightly powdery, with a hint of cherry in the background and a faint incense waft at the end. Light throw but still definately lingers. This is a really beautiful, grown-up and sophisticated scent, which is completely unlike me, and yet I'm tempted to get a bottle anyway.

From start to finish this is entirely soap on me. Naughty, naughty skin chemistry After a couple of hours the mandarin peeks out but it's barely there.

As soon as I apply it I get a massive blast of mint, but by the time it's dried that has vanished completely. It then starts with a delicate mandarin which is lovely but my skin eats it up, I have to put my nose to my skin to get anything. An hour later and it's a slightly citrusy musk which is beautiful but so delicate and close to the skin - far too light for me, I need something with a bit more punch.
