    Death on a Pale Horse

I put it on and the man I've being trying to land for two years is coming to my house right now. End of review. Well, for now!

    Hecate

It really didn't appeal when I sniffed it in the bottle as it brought back memories of a perfume my aunt Andrea wore in the 80's that she constantly reapplied. As in every four hours and it used to make me sick to my stomach. As the saying goes, don't knock it till you've tried it, so try it I did. The myrrh isn't as obvious as the almond and musk. It started off somewhere between sweet and marzipany on me, if that makes any sense, but it's settled quite warmly, more musky and less sweet. I'm 'on the fence' with this one, so I'm gonna have to give it a few more tries. It's nice, though. Makes me wanna munch on Battenburg

    Hell's Belle

I'm so gutted! So very, very gutted! Loved this in the bottle. I flaming LOVED it! Then I put it on! If anyone, man or woman, came over and sniffed this on me, it certainly wouldn't be sex they'd want. It'd be the nearest exit! It started off rather nice, then after about five minutes or so, it turned into bitter, rotten almonds. After listening to the advice of people on here, I left it for a while to settle. Sadly it didn't improve and since bitter almonds is how Cyanide is recognised, I think I'll pass Lovely in the bottle, but not for me.

    Intrigue

Sadly, I can't pick apart the different scents in each perfume, but never mind. I tried Lightening and Caliban first, then this and ohhhh!!! Yummy goodness in a bottle! My first sniff of this in the bottle quickly led to another and then another and then another. It was my housemate who said "Put it on for God's sake!" So I did. It was very overpowering and quite incensy on me at first, but settled down after about 20-30 minutes and then yum! The incense fragrance faded into something warm and comforting and lightly smoky. It fit with my skin so damn well, I've been sniffing my neck and wrists since I put it on. This scent just makes me wanna go mmmm everytime I catch it. I'm gonna try it a few more times before I decide whether it's bottle worthy, but so far? Oh yes! P.S. I've also put a dab of it on my jumper!

    Caliban

I opened the imp and oooh! Pretty smell! Another aquatic smell that's settled nicely on my skin. It reminds me of Lightening in the sense that it brings to mind water and sea and all things mariney. It's more tepid than Lightening and less warm, yet clearer and more green. The image that springs to mind is one of those fresh water pools surrounded by soft grass in the middle of Med. Like Lightening, I'll be keeping an imp on hand, but won't be buying a bottle.

My imps off Lucy arrived today and the first one I tried was this. It reminds me of something, but for the life of me, I can't remember what! It's settled nicely on my skin and is quite aquatic, yet strangely warm. If you can imagine those final few moments before the storm hits, then this is what Lightening is on my skin. I rather it like, but not enough for a bottle.
