Ylang ylang is the most dominant note with a hint of mandarin, and there is some floral spice in the background. Mmm.

This.does.not.work.on.me I get a gingery plastic with a hint of cocoa. Scorched plastic. BOOOOOOOOO.

Oceans of Love and Millions of Kisses Bath Oil

Orange blossom and honey. I find this a tad too sweet for me, but damn, it smells delicious. Mmmmm. -
This was a warm, musky masculine blend. It had what I'd call a certain dark effervescence, and it smelled as a whole, like manly root beer with a touch of all spice. It dried to a slightly woody, manly musk.

This one was surprisingly wearable. I got almond cookies, slightly fruity with the apricot and not that buttery OR sugary. Just right. Very tasty and yummy. Only problem - it makes me hungry!
-
Oh lord, this so didn't work out. It was musky cedar and caramel on me. Musky, heavy and just... some things didn't play out well with my skin...
-
This one is an odd blend on me, I get a peachy floral. But on wet, there's a very green/vegetable/plant-like base that almost smells like when you cut up green pepper. It dries to a honey magnolia, which is sad, since I love peaches.

Diable, I don't know what's in you but its MAGIC. Yes. MAGIC. I get the same smoky tobacco note from Voodoo Queen (probably helped out by the clove) and the black currant is this bright juicy purple fruit that brings just the right amount of sweetness to the blend. I do get some red musk, but in combination with the redwood and the tobacco, it isn't too musky. In fact, you end up smelling alot like the Queen of Spades, as the black currant combined with the red musk makes you almost 'plummy' on me.

This one is peppermint candy, with more menthol in it than mint. It dries down to a very sweet Halls candy though. Meh.
-
Oh god. This was horrible on me. Sour yellow florals - like sour lemon, and sour jasmine. I am surprised that it doesn't contain either, but that's what it smelled like to me. EPIC FAIL.

Quick Grope Under the Mistletoe

Spiced apple, pine, clove and allspice. This sort of smells like a Christmas candle. Tasty, but then again, I like this kind of clove. -
Thanks to the superduperultrakind bpaler who loaned me a tester of this. You know who you are. I can, but echo, the feelings of those that have come before me. Dark Chocolate is dark, rich smooth cocoa/chocolate. Big throw, takes an EON to dry, the oil is very thick, and has a very large throw. It smells pretty tasty. The chocolate is more the baker's chocolate type, the kind that comes in a brick and you have to melt. But better. Testing this was ultradecadent. There's no other way to describe the experience. (In my dreams, this is what Thomas Keller's chocolate desserts smell like).

I am going to have to retest this again, because I get this super sweet citrus gum from it... which turns slightly dusty (frankincense is that you?!). And just ends up smelling 'off' on my skin. ETA: Yeah, the clove in this is bitter clove and totally overpowers the orange, which is there maybe for one hot second and then it turns dusty. Ultra SAD.

Gin, slightly ginger, fizzy scent. It sort of reminds me to PP416, with the same effervescent note.
-
Eucalyptus, hint of juniper, slightly sweet, kinda light and lemony. And it fades to SOAP on me.
-
For me, this one was warm, musky, slightly spicy amber. I can see the touch of honey in it. Perhaps vanilla?
-
Metallic tang (I get a fair bit of lemongrass when wet, actually) and BPAL's linen/cotton note. Definitely the inside of a purse.
-
Definitely on wet, it smells like hazelnuts and powdered sugar. As it dries, the cherry comes out , and on me it dominates the blend. So yeah, cherry, soft hazelnut and a swirl of Dorianesque lemon tinged musk.
-
Interesting. I got some pine at the beginning, but this has dried to orchids with a hint of cinnamon. Tropical jungle time.
-
This does smell like cologne. I get the uberfloral of dragon's blood resin and a tiny sweetness of fig. Well, that's that.
-
ORRIS attack! So this is white floral sharpness. I got a hint of juniper and violet on wet, but then the violet and orris combined into this sharp, sour, sort of pearlescent but kinda high pitched white floral that is attempting to stab my nose every time I take a whiff of it. Made.of.fail.

This one is a resinous musk with a good bit of wood. *ough cough* What I mean is, dark-brown sort of musk, and some pine on wet, but it dries to cedar and perhaps cypress. Slightly incensey and slightly dusty.

I Fell in Love with a Floating Brain v1

This one definitely started with a lemon/lime fizz. Sugary, and with a hint of ginger. Not as ginger as gingerale, definitely more citrusy. It sort of reminds me to PP416 and Old Man Ackerman's Instructional Toys. It is in the same vein. It definitely gets a little 'fuzzy' when it dries. Which is odd to me. -
Agreed with the aquatic assessments - but it's not cool but rather the sort of warm river water, slightly brackish and very plant like - be it reeds or herbs. A very 'green' aquatic in my mind. Soft, slightly sweet, and clean.

This one was definitely light and airy, slightly sweet and grassy on wet. And then, the sweetness I think comes from the lily of the valley and plumeria actually. There is a certain 'coldness' that I equate to Ice Queen. In fact, it kinda reminded me to IQ without the berries, and more along the 'floral' component of IQ.
