    Blood Kiss

Hoooooo mama. In the bottle it wasn't great for me -- very dry, woodsy and syrupy-sweet. On my skin, wet: very strong woodsiness, with a complicated mix of milk, honey, berries, molasses and...something else...underneath. On my skin, dry: it's heaven. It's like a black berry-infued tea, sweetened with lots of unpasteurized honey and full of milk. There's wine in there and tobacco too. There is something musky and threatening underneath. This smell is PURE SEX!!!!! Without the mess.

This is just beautiful -- it's haunting, but sweet and innocent too. In the bottle it's honey and powder for me. The wax and smoke come out on my skin but disappear quite quickly. Dry it's back to the honey and almost a dusty smell. It is gorgeous.

    Horn of Plenty

Bottle: Hawthorn is all I can smell. Wet: Ugh. Hawthorn. Dry: I wish this had changed but it just didn't. Hawthorn. Too dry and woody -- almost make my eyes and nose burn a bit.

    Pain

Bottle: Pine Sol Wet on my skin: Pine Sol, black licorice maybe? Dry: I was thinking...What is this? I know this smell. I finally figured it out: Corsican mint. Lovely smell as a herb but on my skin it's way too astringent and chemically.

    Dove's Heart

In bottle: lilies. Just lilies. Not nice watery lilies, but 60s-era Avon Grandmother's bathroom lilies. Wet: Lilies and Ivory soap. Dry: Ivory soap. That's all I smell.
