galahad Report post Posted 5 hours ago In the bottle: Giger, carnation and what I assume is the scarlet silk. This does smell red but more burgundy. On the Skin: This veers into wintergreen territory at the start but quickly morphs into a ginger-forward scent (note that this is definitely candied ginger!). I have no idea what ube is supposed to smell like. Interestingly, I do get a lot of red carnation which with the ginger makes for a spicy blend. There is a subtle milkiness to this keeping the whole grounded and not too sharp. Lavender is there. This is just a fascinating thing that, I believe, will surprise with each wearing.
