Bloody Apple Tart

An unreleased prototype for a holiday frimp that was bloodied by accident. Think Sweeney Todd if it was fruity, meatless, and more of an “oops.”

So I’m not the most advanced with my sniffer, but I really like this! There’s definitely apple, though it’s kind of more of a candied apple in my opinion, but there’s also some kind of spiciness to it that I can’t quite place. I like that it has a little spiciness, but it’s also not cinnamon, so that my skin reacts! I think it might be that extra Blood - I can definitely get cherry, and I could see the spice being myrrh and clove. I feel like it’s a perfect late summer to early fall transition scent. Really yummy!
