Poenari Report post Posted May 5 This arrived on Friday and this is my first wearing. I'm reviewing for lotion info over scent. But the scent is true to the hair gloss and perfume and this is highly scented. This is another beautiful red musk/red patchouli blend, with a hint of myrrh on my skin. A little more powdery from the myrrh than the hair gloss and perfume, which are very red musk on me. 🥰 The lotion is thick and creamy, easy to spread and soaks in without leaving my skin feel oily, but definitely moisturized. I had to take the entire cap off to get enough squeezed out of the bottle for my lizard skin. The bottle is similar to the ones the Lab uses for bath oils and massage oils. I would prefer it to have a pump top, and am going to see if I can find any to purchase that will fit it. I think it will be more functional with a pump applicator. As for scent, it's highly scented with Garnet and since I'm also wearing the hair gloss today, I don't feel the need to add the perfume. But I'm also a slatherer so sometimes I know I'll wear the perfume too, like on a date night when I want to be smelled before being seen. 🥰
Andalei Report post Posted May 9 I'm incredibly picky about lotions and find most of them too sticky or greasy but I took a chance with this and it's fantastic! On my skin, it's much more floral than the perfume is but it compliments the perfume perfectly. As Poenari said, the lotion is decadently thick and creamy and absorbed quickly with no stickiness or greasiness. I could not squeeze anything out of the bottle though and had to scoop a little bit out of the neck to apply. I have bad arthritis in my hands and the bottle is fairly thick. I think the texture of this lotion would work better in a tub or a tube.
