  1. I'm always amazed that chocolate perfumes can smell so different from one another! I have several, and each is unique. This one is truly a chocolate babka- smells a bit bready with decadent chocolate. Very small amount of almond, but it seems to blend in with the chocolate. This is realistic. Happy to have this in my collection!

  2. It smelled a little aftershave in the bottle but it is beautiful on the skin! Lavender is prominent, with the other dried flowers wrapped around it. It smells like dried herbs and flowers but isn't dusty or old smelling- it's fresh and it's a scent you want to close your eyes and smell. It's complex enough where you can continuously breathe it in and smell a different note. I wouldn't use this for sleeping but maybe wistfully daydreaming.

  3. Buttery pumpkin note, sweet spices, vanilla.. and.. MUSK.

There's unexpected musk in this. My nose is telling me black musk. Smells great in the bottle but musk hates me and my skin. I'm sad! I wanted a delicious vanilla pumpkin experience.

  4. This is giving me some Lights, Camera, Something vibes with the vanilla, cardamom and cream. Where that one had a sort of lemon/lavender tea, this one is a comforting oatmeal. Honey is not strong for those worried. I adore this. I'm ordering a second bottle for sure!!

  5. Mostly lavender!! An herbal, garden lavender. If you have ever picked some and rubbed it between your fingers for a sniff- it's exactly that. A bit of bergamot and a poofy backdrop of vanilla. Weirdly not getting anything else!

  6. Typical lab chocolate note (which I personally love), rich and Bliss like. VERY buttercream. If you are looking for a fattening buttercream scent, look no further. Probably as gourmand as it gets. Great throw. Careful! People might bite you.

  7. Beautiful, sweeeet apricots and cream. A faint touch of floral. Coconut milk and cream blend into one note, so it's not a fatty/foodie sort of cream but more balanced and refreshing. Not much fig for me. I love this! Easily a daily wear scent

edit: I smelled some magnolias that were blooming down the street and magnolia is definitely in this! Smells identical

  8. Somehow the addition of all the midway notes turns the usually bad, powdery red musk into powdered sugar! I'm getting carnival apple, cotton candy and a powdered sugar red musk. There's definitely a bubblegum myrrh in here. On me, this is like a different take on midway, and I'm enjoying it.

  9. I'm obsessed with this!! If you think of a note as having multiple sides to it, this perfume brings out the side you weren't expecting. In every single note. The candied ginger is rooty and earthy- not candied or spiced. The orange blossom is almost bitter- not sweet and floral. The clove brings out a crushed spicy element that doesn't read as "spiced". Even the benzoin is a harsher bark smell. Weirdly, it reminds me of a beach vacation I went on but I can't explain how or why. The whole thing together reads as a earthy green tea filled with malice and vengeance.

  10. Without reading some of the previous comments here I think I'd have a really hard time describing this. "Balsamic" is right although I don't really know how that happened. To me, it smells like I'm smelling inside of something. It's a scent that goes about as deep as one can go. Smoky and resinous and just deeeeeeeep deep deep.
