The Gourd of Deprivation Hair Gloss

I was not at all expecting to like this as much as I do. It is a lovely autumnal scent. At first, I was concerned that the dry scent of leaves and hay would smack me in the face, but it does not. Gourd of Deprivation smells like pumpkin, autumnal spices, some baked good ( possibly sugared and spiced donuts), and a subtle hay note. It is not too overwhelmingly sweet, hay-like, or spicey. It is very balanced and pleasant. This has taken over as my regular hair gloss of choice. If you've never tried BPTP hair glosses, please do. They are brilliant. I will also add that the bottle art is so nice on the Pumpkins of the Apocalypse bottles.Go get yourself some!

    Elegba

I totally agree with the person that said this is Jack Sparrow in a bottle! Elegba is such a great scent. I smell all the notes listed (coconut, tobacco, sugared rum). They are blended together quite nicely. If I had to put another description on it, it would be sexy pirate voodoo. Captain Jack Sparrow indeed! I believe a bottle is called for.

    Blood Popsicle

At first sniff from the bottle it was "holy grandma Batman!" like my great-grandma who has been dead for a few years type of strong grandma scent. I was like yuck this is what I get for impulsively ordering a bottle (but, you see, I love all things vampire. just couldn't help myself). On the skin, I will definitely agree that it does indeed smell red. It's unlike any perfume I've ever had or sniffed. I can't pinpoint the notes, but there is some type of red fruit in there giving it a grown up sweetness. Maybe some wine and clove too? Smells of indulgence and is not for the faint of heart. There is a definitely a note in there that insinuates blood. Something a tinge salty. I was unsure and even grossed out by it at first, but the more I smell it on my skin, the more I enjoy it. It is strong, but it does calm down after a bit to a more fruity scent on the skin. It would be good for the coming autumn. Warning: it will stick to your clothes, sheets, and furniture for ages. Not an every day scent (most suitable for night time wear), but I am impressed. Still not sure if I will keep it though.
