    Pink Snowballs

A lighthearted winter scent: chilly vanilla rose snowballs! Dainty, soft, and certainly unfit for flinging! Pink Snowballs started out Snow White, with a hint of vanilla, and stayed that way for a while. After about two hours, I smelled it and snow white had wandered away, leaving the vanilla left with a single rose and a hint of her perfume. Rather soft, and pretty.

    Skytyping with Chemtrails

SKYTYPING WITH CHEMTRAILS Debilitating Biological agents Chemtrails are skydoom Those slashes of white vapor in the sky aren't harmless condensation trails caused by aircraft engine exhaust and wingtip vortices; they are streams of biological agents deliberately dispersed into the atmosphere by government agencies in order to destabilize society by diminishing the physical and mental capacities of the proletariat. The chemicals in these so-called contrails serve multiple purposes that all work to further the agenda of the New World Order: electromagnetic mind control and bio-tracking, low-level population culling, and inducing physical weakness and mental apathy. All these effects move towards the goal of making the world's people malleable and complacent so they will, in the end, prostrate themselves willingly to the One Government. Incapacitating poofiness: spun sugar, white amber, white musk, citron, and lemongrass masking a sinister, almost chemical undernote of elemi, zdravetz, and ravintsara. There were two things that struck me as I sniffed this on my skin. #1, This smelled like the same strong lemon that was in my lil decant of Tarot: The star. #2 It smelled exactly like Lush's Sexy Peel lemon soap. It was a very suggary strong lemon, and it took an hour before it even started to fade a lil, so it's good stuff. I want to say the lemon lasted about 2 hours, maybe a little longer. I'm definetly going to get at least a decant of this for when my Star runs out, it's so hard to find long lasting Lemon scents!!

    Spicebush Swallowtail

SPICEBUSH SWALLOWTAIL Brown sugar, sassafras, clove, and wild plum. This is really nice. It was spicy and sweet and very delicious. I dabbed a bit on me at the lab, and wow..... I would say it lasted for about two hours before the spice faded, but I still had the sweetness underneath. Definitely getting me some of this.

    Egg Moon

EGG MOON One egg's lower half transformed And became the earth below, And its upper half transmuted And became the sky above; From the yolk the sun was made, Light of day to shine upon us; From the white the moon was formed, Light of night to gleam above us; All the colored brighter bits Rose to be the stars of heaven And the darker crumbs changed into Clouds and cloudlets in the sky. The scent of Creation: frankincense, bdellium, sweet cane, cassia, cinnamon, and dammar gum. This was a creamy cinnamony and cassia blend. Wet and into the first hour I had it on, it smelled really strong, wiping out anything else I had in my hand. The throw wasn't huge, but you could definetly smell it if your hand was near your face. It mellowed a bit after about an hour and a half/two hours to be less creamy and more straight up spicy, but it was very nice.

    Lilith vs. the Giant Crab

The first scent in the Bean Birthday update was created by her Uncle Brian… I made this scent to commemorate the first time I played hooky with the Little Bean. I took her to the Long Beach Aquarium, where she battled a giant crab with her bare chubby fists. Needless to say, my niece was victorious. Deadliest Catch ain't got nothin' on her! Tangerine cream, benzoin, white sandalwood, white pear, tonka, and ambergris accord. I wasn't expecting this to be anything special to my nose, but I sniffed it at the lab and thought.......something in here smells kinda nice, lets give it a shot. It's one of those scents where the notes blend together, and you're left with something that smells really good, but you can't place any of it. I had this on my hands, marked, along with 11 other scents, so I was going between sniffing this, and Sachs, and a bunch of weenies, and Jack, and a few others, and every time I sniffed it, it was still there, and it was still smelling nice. It's been on for about 4 hours now, and it's kinda creamy, with something a little leathery and smoky underneith. I think I might have to find a decant of this, I don't like it enough to warrant a bottle, but it's definetly on the, this is nice vein. RE-TRY - I tried it again .............and this time, it had a dry-down of Dr. Pepper. O.o

    Womb Furie

WOMB FURIE In the middle of the flanks of women lies the womb, a female viscus, closely resembling an animal; for it is moved of itself hither and thither in the flanks, also upwards in a direct line to below the cartilage of the thorax and also obliquely to the right or to the left, either to the liver or spleen; and it likewise is subject to falling downwards, and, in a word, it is altogether erratic. It delights, also, in fragrant smells, and advances towards them; and it has an aversion to fetid smells, and flees from them; and on the whole the womb is like an animal within an animal. -- Aretaeus the Cappadocian Oh, that wily womb! Hippocrates and his followers considered the womb a mobile creature, causing mayhem as it writhed its way through a woman's body. Sometimes this ornery organ, due to lack of sexual activity, would create conflicts within a woman's system or would become blocked itself, causing anxiety, nervousness, water retention, and sleeplessness. With the assistance of doctors, nursemaids, hand tools, or, occasionally, self-manipulation, this vexing condition could be alleviated through hysterical paroxysms. Or, as we call it nowadays: orgasm. An itch that needs to be scratched: Snake Oil and three types of honey. To be honest, and snake oil have a less than great record. Straight up snake oil makes me deal with two hours of annoying spice before it gives me the soft vanilla, and none of the Snake pit were a success. This however, has PROMISE!!! The honey cuts out the harshness that the indonesian oils do when they're on my skin, and they're not taking over. I can still tell i'm wearing snake oil, but it's got some honey underneath. The honey and the vanilla also last for a long time, so i'm definetly not getting the disappearing act that I usually associate with snake oil blends. I highly recommend giving it a try!!

    Candy Phoenix

CANDY PHOENIX A dusky, yet effervescent mix of pomegranate and black currant candies, with a dusting of sugared pear and white apple. In the bottle: Pomegranate and black currant candy huzzah! It smell wonderful! This is smelling like blue sugar and ....... wait a minute....... This is ending up smells extremely similar to Sticky Pillowcase. Though, the blue sugar mix is with strawberry in Sticky Pillowcase, and in here, it's pomegranate, they smell extremely identical. And for those of you who have never smelled sticky pillowcase, it's a sugar foodie dream in a bottle. I would say that Candy Phoenix is Sticky Pillowcases Almost Identical twin sister. They smell different in the bottle, but the same on me. They probably have the same base sugar notes in them, and my devour anything foodie skin is probably amping those notes, which is why they smell the same to me. Not that this is a bad thing, mind you. *noms the candy phoenix* - Edit, You know, I think i've figured it out!!! Candy phoenix goes to sleep on the sticky pillowcase, that's why they're so similar!! *giggles*

    Peach Moon

PEACH MOON Smoke hangs on the stream, The peach-trees shed bright leaves in the water, Sound drifts in the evening haze Dew-covered peach blossom, white tea, moonlit musk, night-blooming jasmine, ho wood, and chrysanthemum. I was really hesitant about this, because me and florals often equal death. So, I went on a limb and tried it. SO PRETTY!!! It's a really soft peach, and it lasted forever..... so nice. And it's not like any of the GC's i've tried, I was wearing Aglaea earlier in the day, and it's my pretty bubbly peach scent, and this is such a different peach. It's so warm and soft, i'm definitely getting this.

    The Arabian Dance

THE ARABIAN DANCE Leather, coffee, hazelnut, tobacco, and Middle Eastern spices. I was looking at this and going...omg.... leather, coffee, hazelnut.....TOBACCO!! NO!!! Cause I amp tobacco in a horrible way......but I decided to gird my loins and try it. In the words of one of the fellow will call goers "You smell like sex."

    413 U.S. 15 / Miller Vs. California

Leather, cognac, fig, ripe berry, and cream, stuffed into a plain brown paper bag. I read these notes and thought to myself, well, i'm a foody, I'll probably get the berries and cream as the dominant notes, and get fig and cognac and leather underneath. I put it on at the lab, and then drove home, and sniffed my arm an hour later. And I get leather, from this, very sexy dirty leather. The cognac and fig are underneath it, and it's really really nice. This is a seducers scent, and wow it is delectable. It's one of those dig your nose into your arm and can't drag it away scents.
  11. INVASION OF THE FLESH-EATING REINDEER FROM URANUS Trampled gingerbread cookies, scattered rum balls, and indestructible, rock-hard fruitcake and a gargantuan squirt of musk. In the bottle - it's really yummy smelling, very bakery sweet. Wet - gingerbread cookies galore. Sort and nice and yummy. Dry. The gingerbread cookies last alone before I start getting a almost smoky scent creeping in, probably that gigantic squirt of musk. Its now kinda odd, very..... reindeer form another planet ish.

    Joulumuori

JOULUMUORI Old Lady Christmas, the sweet, smiling wife of Finland's Joulupukki. Her scent invokes the comforts of Christmastime and the warmth of love and cheerful companionship: a glowing hearth, luumukiisseli, riisipuuro, and sima. Ok, so luumukiisseli, riisipuuro, and sima translate to prune soup, rice pudding, and mead. I had to try it. It was so nice!!! Very warm and foody and boozy. It's just starting to fade on my skin, and I put it on 4 and a half hours ago, so it's got a decent longevity. It's kinda what would happen if Hellcat came over for christmas dinner, got drunk on mead, and passed out in the rice pudding. I will be getting some of this, most definetly. Oh, and I have no idea what happened to the prune soup.

    Mr. Fezziwig's Ball

MR. FEZZIWIG'S BALL “Yo ho, my boys!” said Fezziwig. “No more work to-night. Christmas Eve, Dick. Christmas, Ebenezer! Let’s have the shutters up,” cried old Fezziwig, with a sharp clap of his hands, “before a man can say Jack Robinson!” You wouldn’t believe how those two fellows went at it! They charged into the street with the shutters—one, two, three—had ’em up in their places—four, five, six—barred ’em and pinned ’em—seven, eight, nine—and came back before you could have got to twelve, panting like race-horses. “Hilli-ho!” cried old Fezziwig, skipping down from the high desk, with wonderful agility. “Clear away, my lads, and let’s have lots of room here! Hilli-ho, Dick! Chirrup, Ebenezer!” Clear away! There was nothing they wouldn’t have cleared away, or couldn’t have cleared away, with old Fezziwig looking on. It was done in a minute. Every movable was packed off, as if it were dismissed from public life for evermore; the floor was swept and watered, the lamps were trimmed, fuel was heaped upon the fire; and the warehouse was as snug, and warm, and dry, and bright a ball-room, as you would desire to see upon a winter’s night. In came a fiddler with a music-book, and went up to the lofty desk, and made an orchestra of it, and tuned like fifty stomach-aches. In came Mrs. Fezziwig, one vast substantial smile. In came the three Miss Fezziwigs, beaming and lovable. In came the six young followers whose hearts they broke. In came all the young men and women employed in the business. In came the housemaid, with her cousin, the baker. In came the cook, with her brother’s particular friend, the milkman. In came the boy from over the way, who was suspected of not having board enough from his master; trying to hide himself behind the girl from next door but one, who was proved to have had her ears pulled by her mistress. In they all came, one after another; some shyly, some boldly, some gracefully, some awkwardly, some pushing, some pulling; in they all came, anyhow and everyhow. Away they all went, twenty couple at once; hands half round and back again the other way; down the middle and up again; round and round in various stages of affectionate grouping; old top couple always turning up in the wrong place; new top couple starting off again, as soon as they got there; all top couples at last, and not a bottom one to help them! When this result was brought about, old Fezziwig, clapping his hands to stop the dance, cried out, “Well done!” and the fiddler plunged his hot face into a pot of porter, especially provided for that purpose. But scorning rest, upon his reappearance, he instantly began again, though there were no dancers yet, as if the other fiddler had been carried home, exhausted, on a shutter, and he were a bran-new man resolved to beat him out of sight, or perish. There were more dances, and there were forfeits, and more dances, and there was cake, and there was negus, and there was a great piece of Cold Roast, and there was a great piece of Cold Boiled, and there were mince-pies, and plenty of beer. But the great effect of the evening came after the Roast and Boiled, when the fiddler (an artful dog, mind! The sort of man who knew his business better than you or I could have told it him!) struck up “Sir Roger de Coverley.” Then old Fezziwig stood out to dance with Mrs. Fezziwig. Top couple, too; with a good stiff piece of work cut out for them; three or four and twenty pair of partners; people who were not to be trifled with; people who would dance, and had no notion of walking. But if they had been twice as many—ah, four times—old Fezziwig would have been a match for them, and so would Mrs. Fezziwig. As to her, she was worthy to be his partner in every sense of the term. If that’s not high praise, tell me higher, and I’ll use it. A positive light appeared to issue from Fezziwig’s calves. They shone in every part of the dance like moons. You couldn’t have predicted, at any given time, what would have become of them next. And when old Fezziwig and Mrs. Fezziwig had gone all through the dance; advance and retire, both hands to your partner, bow and curtsey, corkscrew, thread-the-needle, and back again to your place; Fezziwig “cut”—cut so deftly, that he appeared to wink with his legs, and came upon his feet again without a stagger. Mince pie, dark beer, a well-loved spruce wood fiddle, and bow resin. I tried this at will call, and it was a very strange party. It started out with kinda a bubbly alcohol scent, and then 30 minutes later, it was gone. And I thought, well, crap, and went on sniffing other things. And then i'm like....why am I smelling ginger on my hand!! And there was a sharp ginger coming from my hand. It stayed for another 30 minutes.....and then it was gone. 15 minutes later, I had bubbly orange. So, be prepared, Mr. Fezziwig is going to have ball on your hand, and you won't know what happens next!

    White Chocolate and Strawberry

White chocolate and strawberry. Tried this at will call, and it's really pretty. Wet and after drying, it smells literally like white chocolate and strawberries, and it's decently balanced between the two, neither was overpowering the other. It was like a sugar rush on my hand, and I had just eaten some delectable strawberries covered in a nice thin coat of white chocolate, enough to taste, but not overpower. I would recommend this scent for a night alone with a nice bottle of wine, sit up in a nice chair, and sink in the richness. Or, rather, for you men out there, for your lady. Trust me, this will be far cheaper than getting actually white chocolate covered strawberries. Dab some on her, and let the night go from there. ^_~ Also, it lasts! It's been on for 4 hours, and while it's faded a bit, I can definetly still tell it's there.

    Tomoe Gozen

A "warrior worth a thousand, ready to confront a demon or a god, mounted or on foot." Tomoe Gozen was a fierce, noble, and courageous samurai, first captain, as well as a renowned beauty. She was an excellent swordswoman, famed for her riding ability and her skill at archery. She fought for Minamoto no Yoshinaka at Battle of Awazu, and her forces were defeated. Legend says she was seen holding the severed head of one of her foes on the battlefield, and vanished, never to be seen again. Red currant, golden amber, blackberry, honey, and pink pepper. They had these out at will call *dances* Tomoe Gozen was the only one that my nose liked, as they didn't have Fau Mulan out. I was a little worried about the golden amber note, since Gelt gave me a horrible headache, but thankfully, no headache zone! In the bottle, this smelled really really pretty. And it was definetly asian, but not like earth ox or fire pig. On my skin, swoon pretty. It smelled so nice!! I can't really tell that one note took command, they all blended together. Now, this was around 4 that I put it on. Then I went to dinner with my parents, and afterwards went to a friends for poker. As I got to his house around 8, I was sniffing my hand and thinking, this is like Thalia, but softer. It's got the same regal pretty vibe to it, but it's a little different. And now it's 11 at night and i'm still sniffing it, this lady has STAYING power! WHOOHOO!!! You know, I put on Lovers in a rice field today, and wet, it's really like Tomoe Gozen, but Tomoe is more fruity. I think my original thought of Thalia is correct, take Thalia and Lovers in a ricefield and you have Tomoe Gozen.

    Gluhwein

GLÜHWEIN Warm red wine spiced with cinnamon sticks, cardamom, vanilla beans, honey, clove, lemon and orange rind, bay leaf, and honey. Wow......... no pressure being the first to review. Wet: When it says warm red wine at the beginning, they mean it! It's a very thick wine scent, and all the other ingredients blend together in a rather spicy but still foody kind of way. Serious wine. WOW for the spicy fruity wine. And it's STRONG. Dry and after an hour and a half: The serious wine note has faded into the rest of the scent, it's not nearly as significantly wine-noted, I can't even smell the wine anymore. It's difficult to describe what exactly it smells like........ take everything that the scent description says the red wine is spiced with and blend it into something very............nice. Give her some time when you try her, the wines strong but the hangovers great!!!!

    Calaveras

Clever little satirical poems in the style of epitaphs written to tease the living and ease grief over a loved one's passing. Xocolatl, tequila, copal incense, smoke-dried jalapeños, vanilla pods, and cajeta. I was initially afraid this wasn't going to like me, because peppers and me have a bad history, but such a surprise!! It was a strong vanilla, with a bit of pepper underneath. I kept sniffing it going.....wow.....does this seriously work, and it does!!! But the decant circle i'm in is full on this scent......;_; I will have to do some digging to get this!!! I need it!! It's soft, and spicy, and that usually doesn't happen!
  18. I FELL IN LOVE WITH A FLOATING BRAIN Spongy grey and pink cake, with sweet strawberry cream, giddy carnation, and electrical pulses of white grapefruit. I picked up a bottle of this for a friend, the bottle they had for sampling at Dark Delicacies didn't smell very appealing. As i'm pulling the bubble wrap out I decide to smell it, and this bottle smells really nice, so I try it, and then put in in bubble wrap and seal it in a package. My goodness, it smells wonderful! It's strawberry sponge cake.. with this layer of something a little .... grey over it, I think that's the grey sponge cake they were talking about. It really smells good, and it's not one of those foody scents that goes away quickly either! 6 hours later it's a little faded, not strawberry sponge cakey anymore, rather reminding me a lot of Beaver Moon 07, strawberry and sugar being very light on my skin. But I just mailed the package.......... *sigh* Just means i'm going back sometime this month to Dark Delicacies.

Autumn Moon of the Mirror Stand

Honey, quince, vanilla, white cognac, Spanish mandarin, and golden tobacco. This started out reminding me of Peach Moon, a soft ripe fruit, but as it dried down, the fruit became less promient, but the softness continued. It's like......... as i'm smelling it, all my worries go away. It's like i'm being wrapped in a lovely blanket. And it's long lasting.....been going for 6 hours strong!
  20. After these things, surveying the entrances of the north, above the mountains, I perceived seven mountains replete with pure nard, odoriferous trees, cinnamon and papyrus. From there I passed on above the summits of those mountains to some distance eastwards, and went over the Erythraean sea. And when I was advanced far beyond it, I passed along above the angel Zateel, and arrived at the garden of righteousness. In this garden I beheld, among other trees, some which were numerous and large, and which flourished there. Their fragrance was agreeable and powerful, and their appearance both varied and elegant. The tree of knowledge also was there, of which if any one eats, he becomes endowed with great wisdom. It was like a species of the tamarind tree, bearing fruit which resembled grapes extremely fine; and its fragrance extended to a considerable distance. I exclaimed, How beautiful is this tree, and how delightful is its appearance! Then holy Raphael, an angel who was with me, answered and said, This is the tree of knowledge, of which your ancient father and your aged mother ate, who were before you; and who, obtaining knowledge, their eyes being opened, and knowing themselves to be naked, were expelled from the garden. Whiffs of cinnamon bark, almond, and spikenard surround a perfect fruit, whose scent is akin to a tamarind, with the grace of a fine grape, as warm and rich as a fresh fig, glistening red like pomegranate seeds, and as crisp as an apple. I tried this on at the lab, and I was feeling uncertain about it working cause it's that time of the month, but I sometimes have luck with scents that still work on me, so I gave it a shot. It smelled great in the bottle, so I tried it on. Fruity yum! I kept smelling it, afraid it would disappear. At a certain point I was afraid it had disappeared, so I was asking the ladies at will call to smell me. Cake was the response I got from two girls, and I was like....... CAKE? I was smelling myself and I was getting fruits, so I asked two more ladies what they thought, and they both couldn't smell anything. I was feeling flabbergasted, so I asked a few more ladies their response, and I got cake again. I didn't smell the cake, I was smelling fruit, and I still smell fruit three hours later, but I am getting some of the sugary cakey smell....... this stuff is really nice! There were other girls there who were getting different fruit smells and even one getting woods from it, I recommend giving a try!

    Golletes

A circular pastry glazed with pink sugar that symbolizes the sweetness of life and the certainty of death. OMG num. I put this on, and then wandered around, and it was the strongest thing on my arm. Really pink and happy, it sat on my skin for two hours with a strong scent before it started to wane, and then took quite a few more hours to fade. It reminds me a lot of the pink scent from I fell in love with a floating brain, but Golletes is sweeter. Sugar rush, here I come!

    Champagne and Roses

Champagne and roses. All rightly, no one else has taken the reviewing plunge so i'm going for it. In the bottle, it SMELLS like champagne and roses, literally. A sharp whiff of champagne and an undertone of roses. On my skin however, it's a little strange. The rose starts flirting with turning soap on me, then decided not to, then decided maybe, then decides to, then doesn't. The champagne stays strong during this........ i've had it on for around two hours and the champagne is still going, but by now the rose is gone. I was kinda expecting that, rose and me don't have a good relationship, it either burns me or turns soap, with the odd exception of knave of hearts, fresh knave of hearts for some reason goes straight pretty rose on me. I will give them props for the champagne formulation, it is rather nice. The only other champagne scent i've tried (at least I think it's champagne) is bon vivant, and that goes kinda wierd strawberry, with no champagne in it. So, if you're a rose person, I would definetly recommend trying to get your paws on some of this. It is unfortunately, not for me. - Side edit........ the champagne note lasts forever! I put it on at 6 last night and it's still there! It's 9 in the morning now!

    Rosy Maple

ROSY MAPLE Lemon blossom, vanilla bean, huckleberry, sweet pea, rose sugar, acai berry, and candyfloss. This was really sweet and nice. When I was first sniffing it...... I was thinking to myself.....what does this remind me of? After a bit, it hit me, this kept reminding me of the honeyed peach note in Josie. Even though there isn't honey or peach in it. It has this really ripe fruit note that stayed strong for a long while. Definitely a keeper.

    Pet Magah Bird

Every kid wants a pet magah bird! A prism of scent, an explosion of multi-colored feathers: blood orange, black plum, sugar cane, guava, frangipani, coconut, pimento berry, violet, caramel, and pear. This smelled good at the lab, so I dabbed a little bit on. I sniffed it a little bit later and was like........whoa.....sugar overload, not quite sugar of death, but a little close to it, so I was like...oh well, probably not for me. Then I sniffed it again after a few hours, and it's very ........ dusty sugar fruit. HUH? I think this one is a morpher. Little birdy likes running all over your skin chemistry and doing unexpected things. I will definitely need to try this again, and pay attention to how it morphs.

    Hispaniola

HISPANIOLA Brilliant in thy grand hemisphere The marshaled host of Heaven appear, Whence evening’s star, unclouded and serene, Emits afar her sparkling rays Where e’er the nightly traveller strays, And on his pathway sheds her silvery sheen. Though silent when all creatures shun The fierce blaze of the mid-day sun, Myriads of insects walk abroad at night; And when cool dews from Heaven descend, The air with gladsome voices rend, And hail the star-bright beams of milder light. Bay rum, coconut, wild olive, avocado, bitterwood, sugar cane syrup, muskwood, Creolean pine, lime rind, cacao, and West Indian cedar. Um. Wow. So, I just spritzed it on some clothes to see what it was like.........and O.M.G. It's rather......... sea salty and sugar and rum...............*blink blink* .................*swoon* I usually go for the foody stuff, but I need to find me a man to put this on. So many of Jack Sparrows escapades could be explained if he smelled like this. The only bad part about it is the clothes I spritzed it on are my fuzzy hot pink sleeping pants, that are covered in smiling polar bears wearing pink and purple bows.
