If your talking about Polo in the green bottle ... it's nothing like Scarecrow. So your guy is right, it's not a match. I haven't come across anything that smells like Polo in the BPAL line. ETA: I agree with Apple tho ... have him try Oblivion. It's really nice and bet he would like it. The one I tried was green in color.

I have yet to try anything in the BPAL line that smells like BB Beach (of which I own in perfume & lotion) and I have tried alot. ETA: (From the Now Smell This Blog) ... Bobbi Brown launched her Beach fragrance in 2002, and it has been a best seller for the brand since then. The notes include summery sand, jasmine, sea spray, dianthus dune flower, neroli petals, mandarin and driftwood. Bobbi Brown Beach isn't a tropical sort of beach fragrance, like J Lo's Miami Glow or Matthew Williamson's eponymous scent; it smells like an Atlantic beach vacation (East Coast of the US, to be more exact): a bit of fresh sea air, a bit of salt water, and the very synthetic smell of sunscreen. The opening is a wee bit sharp, and rather reminiscent of some of the sunscreen sprays that have suddenly become popular at my own local pool this summer, but it settles nicely. I have seen the smell compared to Coppertone, and it does have something rather Coppertone-ish about it, but it isn't the dead ringer for Coppertone.

A bottle of this has been on my wishlist since 2006 when I joined and The lovely Cheshirecat sent me a decant in a recent swap and I just can't thank her enough. It's pretty long lasting on me and I'm glad about that because this decant is gonna have to last until I can find a bottle. Best damn cherry pipe tobacco ever! My grandfather used to smoke cherry pipe tobacco when I was a kid and I always loved the smell! Still do.

this! This is the best winter scent I have found so far. It's pine, tad minty and a bit berry on me and has this cold feeling. It's a much softer version of Snow Bunny. Actually it's like a cross between Snow Bunny and Cloister Graveyard in the Snow (I think it's the same mint). I'm soooo glad I found this bottle and it was a heck of a deal.

Received frimp from a lovely forum member. I had posted a ISO for this and so glad I got the frimp before buying. The banana lasted like 40 seconds before it went *poof* All that's left is graveyard. I'll just stick with my Graveyard Dirt.

Smutty Mango! It was nice but I swapped my bottle off. I prefer just plain ol' Smut.

I totally agree with sookster's review. This smells just like Arcana's Sugar Solstice.

I'm curious, is there anything that smells like Snow Angel? Someone mentioned Phantasm but that's about it.

I agree with you totally ... that is so un-cool. However I have to say that it is very generous of you to allow someone if they ask you and give you credit. When I sold on eBay (which has been forever and a day ago) I always wanted to use my own pic of the actual item so people can see exactly what they are getting. I just felt it was in both parties best interest.

Did the lab change the labels for all GC's or are these just some new one's you are talking about?

Thanks Twlight ... I love your gallery!! Aw, how cute! I loved the label for Hungry Ghost Moon and kept it for awhile but I didn't like the scent. So it finally went to a more loving home. Have to learn to let them go ... no matter how cute the labels are.

Well the Reindeer reminds me of Gingerbread Poppit with a kick. I did not like GP but the Reindeer from Uranus is pretty darn good. It's a keeper, for now anyway. (All three of the DD 's that I bought remind me of other blends by BPAL but with a added kick).

Floating Brain is kin to Beaver Moon 07. So if you liked BM 07 you'll like this.

Mine is dark too - Sorry but that Reindeer looks like a dinosaur. (from that picture anyway) ETA: I got my bottle yesterday and it's also very dark.
