    Tintagel

In the vial: very sweet, with a whiff of dragon's blood. Wet: berries and dragon's blood. Dry: Oh, cinnamon spiciness, yum. The leather never did come out, unfortunately. This scent was far sweeter than I expected. A nice scent, but it didn't knock my socks off.

    Sophia

In the vial: soft florals with a hint of musk and an underpinning of spice. Wet: Soft floral blend. I am not getting any musk or spice. Dry: After about thirty minutes the musk and spices come out to play. This scent is much lighter than I expected and has no throw. Pretty, but it doesn't rock my world.

    Count Dracula

In the vial: moss and stone, like from a sepulcher(I'm certain that I spelled that incorrectly) Wet: still moss and stone. Dry: OMG. Underneath the moss and stone there is hot pulsating life! This is certainly an intriguing scent!

    The Castle

I received a decant of this scent from a decant circle: In the vial: spicy and herbal Wet: dragon's blood Dry: For me this scent was overwhelmingly Dragon's Blood. If you are a fan of Drabon's Blood you will this scent.

    Dr. John Seward

I acquired an imp of this scent from a decant circle. In the vial: softly floral and sweet. Not what I was expecting. Wet: I am still trying to figure out why this blend is so sweet. And I am waiting for the ginger. Dry: I let this blend dry for over two hours and it mellowed into a sweet, slightly smokey blend. Pleasant, but it lacked the spiciness for which I'd hoped.

    The Carpathian Mountains

I acquired an imp of this from a decant circle. In the vial: fir, moss and mountain flowers. Wet: the moss is getting stronger. Dry: now a berry note is coming out to play. I like this scent, but not enough to purchase a big bottle. I suspect that this will be a lovely scent in the oil burner.

    The Winter of Our Discontent

In the bottle: nutmeg and myrrh. Dry not sweet like a craft store candle. Very nice. Wet: something floral this way comes. Dry: apparently rosewood smells like rose on me. Rose turns to power on me. Darned wonky chemistry. I think this oil would be gorgeous on someone who can wear rose and spices.

    Sol Invictus

In the bottle: sharply herbal and bitter Wet: floral with the bitter smell lurking underneath. Amber where art thou? Dry: soft floral and then powder. I did not get any golden goodness at all

    Halôa

In the bottle: this scent reminds me of a hot toddy. I'm a but scared of the buttery note. Wet:The buttery note vanished quickly and the myrrh starts to come out. Dry: Oh, my! This is my favorite Yule blend because it isn't pine-y or icy. It is luscious, warm and inviting.

    The Darkling Thrush

Amber and violets are two of my favorite notes, so I had very high hopes for this scent. In the bottle: cold and icy, but not sharp. Wet: soft mint Dry: still softly minty. The violet and amber never did come out to play.

    Pumpkin Queen

In the bottle: Oy! Buttered squash! I was actually afraid to try this on, but I smiffed some spicy goodness lurking beneath, so I decided to give it a try. Wet: The buttery note is fading (mercifully) and I am getting orange, cardamom and gingerific goodness. Dry: I am so happy that I tried this! It is lovely spicey orange goodness with amber for depth. It is actually not at all "foody" after about an hour. I may need to order another bottle

    The Brides of Dracula

Brides is a very pretty, soft floral blend, but it lacked the "wow" factor. I think I will find a loving home for my decant.

    R.M. Renfield

I received an decant of this from my lovely decantrix. In the vial: spicy, mossy and decidedly manly. Hooray for unhinged laboratory assistants, muhahaha! Wet: Very complex. The patchouli and moss are wonderful together. Dry: I love this scent. I think it is too masculine for me to wear out of the house, but I will keep my imp for sniffing purposes...and in my fantasy world I will use it to enable Eric Szmanda

    Trick #1

I received a decant of this scent as part of a swap with some lovely Forumites In the vial: musky, spicy, a bit of caramel and a hint of leather. Wet: this scent seems to have a dual personality; a layer of caramel and then the spicy muskiness of Smut. Dry: this scent is the love child of Smut and Creepy. Very interesting and I'm pleased to have had a chance to try it

    Wilhelmina Murray

I acquired my Wilhelmina through a decant circle because while I love myrrh, resin, sandalwood, and blackcurrant, rose and some other florals are deal breakers for me. In the vial: virginal blooms, including tea rose. Like a nosegay clutched by a blushing bride. Wet: a rose is a rose. Dry: still rose water. I keep waiting for the resin and myrrh to come out, but my skin is just amping the rose. Off to swaps.

    Carfax Abbey

In the vial: herbal and green yet grounded by something deeper. Wet: oh, my. This scent reminds me of a castle that I toured in April in Ireland years ago. Somehow the essence of ancient rough hewn stone is captured in this scent. Dry: a ribbon of incense gives depth the the herbal and other notes. I've tested this scent three times and it is gorgeous every time. I'm trying to decide if I should order one or two bottles!
  17. Alchemy21599

    Mantis

In the imp: green and herbal. Wet: green, herbal and a wee shot of amber. Very nice. Dry: The longer that I wear Mantis the more masculine it smells. It is too masculine for me, but Mantis is a delightful scent.
  18. Alchemy21599

    Depraved

In the vial: sweet and dirty, not in a good way. Wet: moist earth, cedar, and apricot. Dry: I almost didn't try this scent when I opened the imp, but I'm happy that I did. I would absolutely wear this clubbing when I want to be noticed. Grrr!
  19. Alchemy21599

    Frumious Bandersnatch

Bandersnatch musk, redolent of spicy carnations, wild plums and chrysanthemum. In the vial: clover honey with a touch of cinnamon. Wet: same as in the vial. Dry: Wow, this is really lovely! This imp has been in my "to review" stash for quite some time and I've been afraid to wear it since I couldn't imagine what Bandersnatch musk smelled like. As it turns out Bandersnatch musk is indeed a very nice scent! I shall enjoy my imp and I may need a 5 ml

    Mag Mell

In the vial: ginger and other herbs. Wet: oh, dear. Something is not playing nicely. Dry: This scent gets better the longer that I wear it. A delightful blend of ginger and herbs. Must acquire a big bottle on my next order.
  21. Alchemy21599

    Calliope

I received this scent as a frimp from the Lab In the vial: a lovely citrus blend. Wet: verbena! Dry: after about 2 hours the thyme came out to play. The presence of the thyme is not a bad thing to me since it is one of my favorite herbs. I will enjoy my imp and I may need to order a big bottle. This blend will be my scent of choice while I am working on my NaNoWriMo project
  22. Alchemy21599

    Urania

In the vial: floral with ozone. Very interesting. Wet: jasmine, musk, and ozone. Dry: alas the jasmine won. Off to swaps.
  23. Alchemy21599

    Lady MacBeth

I received a frimp from a lovely Forumite In the vial: boozy berries. Wet: still boozy berries. Dry: this blend reminds me very much of Chambord, which is my favorite liqueur. I will enjoy my imp and I may need to order a big bottle.
  24. Alchemy21599

    Kindly Moon

In the vial: fruity floral. Wet: very floral. Dry: This blend is beautiful once it dries down. All of the components blend together seamlessly. I will enjoy my decant and I may need to find a bottle.

    Treat #2

In the bottle: slightly tipsy buttercream. Wet: fig-a-licious goodness with the boozy buttercream. I had to restrain myself from licking it off my wrist. Dry: coconut macaroon lusciousness. Wow, this is more fabulous than I imagined. I luv coconut and it is really difficult to find coconut scents that stay true, but this one does.
