    Prunella

Ripe purple plums, wildflowers, and cream. Prunella is way more floral than I was expecting! It starts out dominated by florals on me, smells like a fresh green meadow and wildflowers. Plum nornally amps on my skin, so I was suprised it stayed in the background, I didn't really notice it at first. After about 15 minutes the plum comes out and smallest hint of cream. Very pretty and fresh. Great for spring.

    Moonshine and Mist

I ordered this from the Lab, because I want to try all the scents with Magnolia in them. On me this white musk and sandalwood, perhaps some undefined florals in the background. I am not getting any of the Magnolia that I was looking for. This reminds me a little bit of how Zephyr smells on me, except without the lemon. It is a soft, white scent. It's nice but I don't like it enough to get a bigger bottle, I think that I would have liked it better if the sandalwood didn't amp on my skin.

    #20 Love Oil

#20 Love Oil was a frimp from the lab I have no idea what's in this but my guess would be jasmine, citrus and maybe something like anise. It's quite fresh and bright, perhaps with the potential to turn soapy. As it dries down I can detect some Magnolia, maybe. It's bit too strong for my taste, but I could imagine wearing it if I was in the right mood. A little of this goes a long way.

    Beautiful and Adored

Beautiful and Adored is not what I was expecting. On my skin it's rose musk and sweet redcurrants. It's strong and a little goes a long way. I was expecting a more subtle, softer floral scent but this is almost fruity. I like it, but I would probably only wear it for certain occasions, or when I feel like wearing a stronger scent.

    Pink Snowballs

Like other people have said Pink Snowballs smells very similar to Snow White and I can also smell the similarities to Alice too. It's sweeter than Snow White ... it's like Alice with snow! I put this on early in the morning before I went to work, and it lasted all day! I even got a compliment that I smelt nice and that was in the afternoon. So, it has really good staying power. I like Pink Snowballs, but I think that I prefer Snow White. Pink Snowballs has something in it, which has a tendency to turn sweet on my skin. This is much nicer on the dry down, the sweetness fades away. Overall though, I will use this alot and will definately re-order if it comes back for 2012 Yules!

    Nocturne

Nocturne is mostly violet on my skin, with a hint of Tuberose. It's a soft, natural floral. I like it because it's subtle and smells like a natural skin scent. Good for days when I feel like wearing a soft scent. It smells quite lotion-y though, and I was hoping for a bit more Lilac. I am going to keep the imp and test it a few more times before deciding if I want a bottle. It's a possible bottle purchase though.

    Black Lily

Black Lily definately fits its name! It's a dark, sophisticated scent. Starts out a bit sharp but that goes away quickly. My guess is that this has lily and something quite green in it. It smells almost woody on my skin. I like it, I think that it would be great for certain occasions, like at night or in a situation that calls for something sophisticated and classy. It's very grown up and a little perfumey.

    Body, Remember

This starts out with a strong blast of sugar cane on my skin. It settles down after a few minutes, and then I can smell the coconut and perhaps something floral in the background. It reminds me of a tropical island. It's probably a bit sweet to wear everyday but I think that it would be perfect in summer especially at the beach. I like the art-work, very cute

    Lampades

Lampades starts out with Lily and the ginger & spices. I could have sworn that there was Patchouli in this because that how it smells initially. After 10 minutes or so, this becomes all berry. A spicy berry - kind of like the dewberry scent they used to have at the Body Shop ... I like it but it kind of reminds me of a berry scented candle. I will test again to see how it goes a second time around.

    Dove's Heart

I tried Doves Heart before I went to bed and it is the perfect, calming sleep blend for me. It starts out a little strong - there is definately Lavender there and maybe Lily or Lily of the Valley it dries down to become a much softer floral blend, perhaps there is some lilac in here. I was worried that this would turn sharp on me, like lavender sometimes does but it's really lovely. It is a comforting scent like the description says. I'm not sure if I would wear this as a perfume, but its good as a sleep blend or for times when you are feeling a little sad.

    Aeval

Aeval is a soft floral on me. There is something in this which gives it a fresh, clean edge - perhaps the sage. Perfect for spring or a hot day. I'll be testing it again. I would consider getting a bottle because I like it quite alot.

    Oleander Honey

This is pure soap on my skin! It started out much sweeter, I could actually smell the honey, but after about 10 minutes it turned into soap. It's doesn't smell bad at all. Just very clean

    Dragon's Milk

I really wanted to get honeyed vanilla from Dragons Milk but all I get is Dragons Blood resin and it smells artifial and weird on me. I faintly get a little bit of honey in the background, the same kind of honey that's in O. I am still searching for a vanilla that works on me

    The Obsidian Widow

Obsidian Widow does not get off to a good start on my skin - it starts out as a bitter pinot noir, as it dries it becomes nicer. It turns into roses and wine, but there is still something bitter in the background. I think that it must be myrrh. It's quite nice, and definately a dark, sophisticated scent. Perfect to wear at night. The rose in this is really lovely and doesn't steal the show. Overall, I like it, but probably wont wear it that often because I can sometimes detect the bitter myrrh and how it combines with the wine in the background - but only if I put my nose up to my wrist, from a distance it smells like incense and roses.

    Tombstone

At first this is all cedar on me, after about an hour or so it turns into a dry, dusty vanilla with the cedar in the background. This is definately a unisex blend. Overall, I amp cedar and even after a few hours it smells too dusty and dry on me ... its probably alot nicer on someone else.

    Prague

Prague is a clean, soapy, floral on me. When I put this on tonight, someone who was about 3 metres away from me kept asking what's that smell? I said what smell? They said, where is that smell of shampoo coming from? I didn't say anything .... but I think it was Prague. That will give you an idea of it's throw and how it smells on me. It's quite nice ... but smells too much like shampoo or soap on me.

    Aunt Caroline's Joy Mojo

I think that Aunt Carolines Joy Mojo does work - it's certianly a bright, sweet scent. It starts out with bubblegum ... then as it dries I am sure that this is mixed with something floral like carnation or sweetpea. I wore this to work one day as a first test, it did make me feel a bit more uplifted. It lasts for ages but there is something in the very final dry down of this which is not so pleasant. I can't put my finger on what it is though - maybe something spicy, like ginger mixed with bubblegum ... starts out ok, and works to uplift my mood - but it doesn't stay this way.

    French Love

French Love is really hard to describe! It has the potential to smell like some kind of plastic or something artificial. It's mostly floral and spicy, at first it smells like some kind of cough medicine. I'm not sure what would cause that. I don't think French Love works on me at all, it smells too artifical for me. ETA: After keeping the imp for a few months, this smells much better. It smells alot warmer and it has lost it's plastic/medicinal edge.
  19. I find Helle's Belle the same way! I wore it when I was really nervous for a test that I had to do and it definately made me feel better. I think that its the Magnolia in it which makes it smell soft and creamy. For other comforting scents - Dana O Shee, White Rabbit, Queen of Hearts, Desdemona To cheer me up: Dana O'Shee again, Alice, High Strung Daisies

    Queen of Sheba

I was prepared to love Queen of Sheba - but I was a little disappointed. This is very almondy - not like almond essence but more like roasted almonds, with spices and honey drizzled over them. My skin normally amps honey, but with Queen of Sheba it is more of a background note. It's a bit foody for my tastes and fades very, very quickly. Pehaps, it will have more lasting power with aging.

    La Belle au Bois Dormant

La Belle au Bois Dormant starts out with sweet fruity pear and then something else which is a little sharp - perhaps this is tuberose? As it dries the sharpness fades a bit and it is all pear and roses - its soft and lovely. I wanted to smell the Magnolia in this, but it's overshadowed by the other notes. Overall, I like this and find it suitable as an everyday perfume, it's versatile and I think it can be worn at anytime throughout the day or year.

    Morgause

Morgause starts out with the night blooming flowers and purple fruits ... I'm sure that there is in plum in this, it reminds me of the plum in Blood Countess. It doesn't really change much, except as it dries the incense becomes more prominent and adds a kind of spiciness. It's has good throw, lasts for ages. It is quite perfume-y ... and seems perfect as a night-time or autumn scent. I like Morgause alot, I think that the imp might be enough for now. It will probably be a perfume I would wear for certain occasions.

    Lady in Speckled Pink Kimono

I am so happy that I brought a bottle of Lady in Speckled Pink Kimono unsniffed I love the vanilla orchid in this, it adds a soft vanilla undertone to the scent. For some reason, I could swear this had a hint of strawberry somewhere in it, but that could just be the sweetness of the peony. Overall, its pretty and understated ... very soft and pink. A perfect springtime scent, but I know that I'll be wearing it year round. I might even need a 2nd bottle.

    Blackbear Moon

I have tested this twice and it has smelt quite different each time. The first time it was very sweet honey & hazlenut, quite foody and not really my type of scent. Someone told me I smelt like maple syrup ... The second time I tested this, the scent was much more well rounded - I could actually smell a hint of pine and leaves, perhaps some berries there in the background. The hazlenut and honey are still there, but they are not stealing the show this time. Although hazlenut is still the most dominant note, the honey has settled down. I only get what I think must be fur from the very final dry down of this. Blackbear Moon is a very interesting scent, I can imagine wearing it winter. The hazlenut and honey are a little too foody on my skin, but they had settled alot the second time I tried it. It was much better the second time.

    Glasgow

Glasgow is a soft, pretty floral. It goes on a little tart at first, but that soon fades. I don't get much blackberry from this, but I'm sure it's in there somewhere and my untrained nose can't smell it. I mostly get a soft, simple, floral which I think must be the rosy heather. Glasgow is a light, natural scent on me, and not perfumey ... it blends into my skin really well. The only drawback that I have about this is that it fades within half an hour, perhaps because it is such a light scent. Edited to Add: Glasgow has really grown on me and I ended up ordering a bottle
