Hiking, camping, anything out-of-doors and woodsy, horseback riding, photography, painting, soccer, collecting, percussion, and history.

I also enjoy meticulously researching historical or literary topics and reading. I like to find things and I like to learn which is why I enjoy research so much. I have a BA, but I want to go back to school already, the trick is trying to decide what to study next.

That's all very vague but I promise the more I am here the more detailed I will be.

BPAL

  • Favorite Scents
I don't know yet! Well, as far as BPAL goes. In non-perfume speak, I like the smell of trees, dirt, of fresh cut grass and the rain - which are all very hard to pin down. I like to be outdoors, so I prefer smelling like the outdoors. I'm looking for "woodsy" oils, anything that can pair with the smell of coffee well (I work in a coffee shop, I'd LOVE something that makes me not smell like coffee), and oils that remind you of a horse barn - hay, sweat, leather, and saddle soap.

About Me

I'm new here, and I hope you're ok with that. I'm a twenty-something nine-to-fiver in DC who moved here mostly on a whim. I'm into history and the arts and sometimes the two of them paired together. I'm hoping to find a BPAL scent that works well to cover or mask the scent of coffee I come home with everyday, and maybe some local (or not-so-local) friends as well. If you'd like to get to know me better just message me, I'm pretty open!
