in the bottle: citrus and florals wet on skin: strong fresh florals... a bit of lime underneath dry on skin: pure dominant florals... no more citrus

in the bottle: I don't know what the dragon's blood note smells like on it's own. but this is very strong funky musk in the bottle. wet on skin: ...it honestly smells like old ladies. very floraly with some musk. It kinda reminds me of the smell of mothballs... dry on skin: old ladies.... this is way too strong for me, and not a smell i like, at all.

For the 09 version in the imp: creamy soft florals wet on skin: this smells like a lush product... OMG it smells like snowcake!!! dry on skin: very creamy... I don't know if it's vanilla/almond that's giving me the snowcake comparison, but this is yummy!

in the imp: creamy chocolate and nuts. wet on skin: milky chocolate that smells a bit funky. The nuts are a lot stronger and there is a bit of caramel. dry on skin: burnt caramel and chocolate... not much of a fan of this one.

in the imp: white musk and sweet peaches wet on skin: VERY strong! Very strong peaches and a alcohol note. dry on skin: much more softer and pleasant. very light peaches and soft musk. I'll be passing this one to my mom, who *loves* white musk.

in the imp: very strong chocolate and vanilla, and a woodsy note wet on skin: i'm getting pure cocoa and vanilla... if I take a deep whiff there is a little bit of the sandalwood, but it's mostly masked by all that cocoa! dry on skin: I'm still getting cocoa and vanilla. This reminds me of a less spicey boomslang!

warm, buttery cookie. There's a lot of GC's that have similiar smells to this. It smells mostly like sugared butter. It's not as strong as the butter note in Drink Me, but it's there. Very sweet, as it dries, it smells a bit more like burnt cookies with cinnamon. Becomes much more creamy on the drydown, and loses the butter note (thank goodness!) All i'm getting now is warm cookies and spices.

I've heard comparissons that this one smells like dougnuts. It is very foody, and does almost remind me of those brown, sugar coated mini doughnuts you buy at fairs! Spicey honey and doughnuts. Yuuumm!

in the bottle: booze and cherry.. ugh, this smells a little like cherry cough syrup! wet on skin: very sweet cherry, no more of that cough syrup! This smells like a sweet tart! Very sugary and sweet. dry on skin: Still sweet, but the booze comes out a little more now that it's dried.

Has anyone since found any scents similiar to Burt's Bees? I've heard Stinky and Werepuppy smell similiar to the Buttermilk lotion, and Winter Nights Enlarge has been compared to the milk & honey lotion... I've never tried Winter Nights, but i'd love more recs for blends similiar to the Milk & Honey lotion!

in the imp: chocolate and snake oil! wet on skin: smells very strongly of hot chocolate. dry on skin: as it dries down, the spices and vanilla of snake oil become a little more dominant. this smells delicious! Spicey, warm, chocolate.

in the imp: very light spices and vanilla wet on skin: This is a very light scent. I can see why many people like this! it's a lot sweeter now while wet, but I can't quite pick out the individual notes. It just smells light and comforting. dry on skin: even lighter. This is a great scent if you don't like strong bpals, but not so good if you like ones with a good throw. I still get the vanilla, but it's very soft. I don't get any of the incense, either.

in the bottle: smells like preserved strawberries. overally sweet, juicy, yuuum. wet on skin: sugar and strawberries. VERY sweet! dry on skin: strawberries and more strawberries! Ok, now that it's dried down, I get a little of a grassy note, and it smells like like artifical strawberries. Think strawberry picking.. I'm so glad I tracked a bottle of this down. I have a feeling this will be my summer time scent

in the bottle: This smells like sugary grape soda to my nose! wet on skin: I get the grape, plum, and a tiny bit of florals. Mostly it just smells like fizzy grape soda. dry on skin: I get a little bit more of the sweet pea and vanilla now that it's dried down... still smells overall like grape soda though!

This smells like a mixture of shower gel and soap. There are some green notes and hint of floral... but overall all I get is dishsoap!

In the imp: pure red apples!!! wet on skin: Oh god!!! This is a softer version of creepy on me! all i'm getting is the red apples. I am in love with this. dry on skin: still yummy apple goodness.. I NEED a full bottle!!!

in the bottle: buttery toast with jam wet on skin: the butter smell is still present, and the fruits have faded quite a bit. the butter note is so overpowering I can no longer smell the fruit! dry on skin: Still buttered toast. I get little, if any fruity at all...

In the bottle: sweet honey at first, then i get whiffs of something that is a mix of cherry/maripan/baby powder. huh? Wet on skin: sweet cherries and honey. Still getting a powdery note, which I'm guessing is from the amber. Dry on skin: dries down to soft honey and amber. it's very soft, I would use this before bed time for sure.

In the imp: dark in color, guessing that's due to the aging of the vanilla note. smells like creamy angel food cake! Wet on skin: mhmm.. more cake! It really does smell like angel food cake to my nose. It's very sweet, but not artifically foody. It smells like a kitchen filled with the aroma of freshy baked cake. Dry on skin: Still lots of cake! I smell a little vanilla now, too, which is fine by me.

in the imp: sweet milk and honey... with alcohol wet on skin: OH! More honey... it's soft, light and sweet. Not as sweet as I was expecting, almost a tad soapy on me. dry on skin: still honey goodness with a touch of soap. It's yummy soap, though. I'll wait and let this age and see how it does.

Just keep watching the sales thread or you can check out the LJ comms. They are considered to be somewhat "rare" bottles, so most users usualy just want to swap them here. On LJ, you'll see high prices just like eBAY...

In the imp: spices, vanilla and lots of booze wet on skin: spicey booze. I smell something musky, too dry on skin: MUCH more vanilla, thank goodness!! I love the way this dries down.. it IS very dark and sexy... i'll have to give my boyfriend a whiff later and see what he thinks.

In the imp: sweet plum and grape wine. Wet on skin: Oh yum.. red wine and candied fruits. This does remind me a lot of a jollyrancher. If Purple had a smell, this would be it. Dry on skin: amaretto comes out. It isn't as boozy and I assumed it might be, I rather like it! It does have an somewhat artifical fruit smell, though, which not everyone may like.

In the bottle: Tropical! I get the banana, coconut, and pineapple being the strongest. there are some underlying spicey yet sweet notes as well. Wet on skin: Smells like fruit snacks! Dry on skin: Dries down to a soft fruity scent. Not as strong as initially.
