    Purple Spotted Swallowtail

This reminds me to Minamoto and the Earth Spider and the GC RPG scent Evil. I get the castorerum musk, clove, hints of lime and plum. It's dark, delicious, musky. It may end up being too strong and dark for me, but its a wonderful scent.

    Io

Cranberry, blackberry and mango. UFFF. This is fruity sexy delicious.

    Brahmin

Caraway seed, ginger and black pepper. This one is spicy, masculine woodsy. It really does end up smelling like nutmeg on me as well.

    Blue Morpho

I mainly get the pikake, violet and amber. I was hoping for more geranium and orchid. I get some honeysuckle, esp. on wet which adds to the sweetness of the blend. Pretty, floral, summery.

    Pussy

Musky honey. I get honey and tonka, with a dash of saffron. Swirls of orange blossom on the drydown. It's brown, fuzzy, playful and sexy.

    Paladin v3

Soft brown leather, touch of metal and a ton of smoke! I am not a fan of leather, but it is nicely behaved in this one. Very masculine.

    Chaotic

I really enjoy this blend. It's got a good musky base, loads of heliotrope and enough of a spicy kick to keep things interesting. I am not sure how well this will play with Gnome, but I can see it being a good counterpart to Evil. I will experiment later on and report...

    Worm Moon 2011

Worm Moon 2011 is very wearable, esp. compared to Worm Moon 2008. It's got dirt, but its a damp earthy foresty kind of dirt, and woods and green plant smells, one which I think is tomato leaf and a tinge of florals. I found it pleasant and wearable, but sort of unremarkable which is nice since the connotation of Worm Moon makes it sound like it could be unpleasant. So if you like dirt but don't want to smell like dirt, give this a whirl. It's more of the scent of having been in a garden where there is *gasp* some dirt.

    Gnome

Oh Gnome, you were made for me. You are sharp ginger, with a great big fizzy kick from the sasparilla, slightly woody undertones and a metallic gleam. You sort of remind me to PP416 prototype and Polynesian Pop. And I really like you. I am not sure how well you play with Evil, but I am going to find out.

    300F v1

Light resins, tea and whiffs of citrus cologne and tobacco. It's got a faint trace of musk, and something that goes almost soapy on me. This reminds me to the Committee of 300.

    XCDW5

So on wet, this one had a giant slap of cucumber. Hurrah! It's a very green, aquatic blend. However, as it dries, the cucumber disappears and I'm left with an aquatic white floral. I think there may also be some white pepper in here. Boo.

    RPG Combos

Evil Half-Elf Definitely pitches the evil into the more masculine side, making it muskier yet slightly sweeter. It comes off as more 'sophisticated'. Neutral Half-Elf Sweeter, white musk, slightly citrusy bouquet. It's an interesting, very urbane mix. Again, I feel like half-elf is masculine on me, but this one because of the sweetness in neutral ends up in a more gender-neutral category.

    RPG Combos

Halfing Ranger Ranger's woodiness tempers the foodiness in Halfling quite well. The foodiness brings sweetness to Ranger's wood and musk. I think some Evil layered on this would be awesome. Which is what I'm going to do next. Elf Ranger Elf's musk combined with Ranger's musk and woods ends up bringing up the leather aspects in Ranger, esp. on my skin. It smells very masculine actually, with a touch of honey. It's like a sophisticated men's cologne. Later... Evil Halfing Ranger I feel that this is a very well rounded combination - the smokiness of evil, the hint of toothy foodiness from halfling, and it is weighted down by the woodsiness of ranger. Definitely in the darker scent category. Good Elf Ranger The good overlay definitely amps up the musks in all three blends, and honey. It doesn't go as powdery as good by itself, and I feel like the ranger again, weighs down the blend quite a bit. I don't think in general good is a scent element that I enjoy. This will probably be updated with the combination of evil + elf and evil + halfing. Since, well, I love evil.

    RPG Combos

Yes, I'm still human... Good Ranger Good brings a pervading sweetness to Ranger, and I get more of the musk coming out on this one. Evil Ranger I think Evil and Ranger are a good pairing, if somewhat masculine. The smokiness of Evil plays well with the woodsy Ranger base, and I get more of the plum in Evil coming out. Fierce.

    Plague Doctor v13

Green herbs, balsam, amber and spices. On wet, the green herbs and spices are the most prominent part and then as it dries the balsam and amber come out. It's earthy, green/resinous, and very well blended. Sadly, it is not for me.

    Elf v4

Well, damn. I didn't actually expect to like this. I wasn't crazy for either Antique Lace or XCDL13. HELL. So yes, to echo everyone this is the floral, Madagascar vanilla. With an extra jolt of sugar. Damn, I wish that the released Elf was THIS good. Sadly however, medium to no throw on me and absolutely no wear length. Because if it did stick around, I think I'd have to organize a bank heist or something. Feloniously good.

    PRC12

Sweet cola overlay but that disappears quickly. What I really get is woody sandalwood, rich cardamom and a bit of honey. Yes, I can see how people think of it in the Fledgling Raptor Moon/Panther Moon vein, but it kinda reminds me to Dancing Koi.

    Moon of Horses

Grapes, red wine and flowers. I find this to be very sweet, floral, and very wearable. Feminine and kinda outdoorsy.

    Dwarf

Bright metal (not so much ozone, just straight up metal) and leather. And rocks. Definitely smelling like rocks. Very manly.

    RPG Combos

I sneer at conventions. Most of the classes didn't appeal to me, wheras most of the alignments did... so, Lawful + Evil I get a very smoky oak. However, as it dries the rhubarb peeks out and brings a lot of sweetness to it. On the final drydown, its more of rhubarb + chamomile, on top of a oak base. Slightly masculine. I found this very intriguing, although it lacked something. Lawful + Neutral Again, for me neutral is a cantaloupe sweet musk and that was very prominent on wet. As it dried, the sweetness became less aggressive but still prevalent and I got more chamomile and powderiness. I think I might try race combos next. Because for me, this makes me think of MUNCHKIN. And I'm totally a half breed when I can. Can't wait until I get my gnome imp though!

    Chellah v4

Chellah v4 reminds me a lot to Penny Dreadful. It has a rich loamy note, mixed in with a heady woman's spicy cologne. I think it may have some jasmine in it...

    Ennui v42

Ennui v42 is a very manly, woodsy scent. I get a lot of vetiver (on wet, its almost like smoky bacon) which thankfully recedes and there's definitely some myrrh and dark woods (and yes, it may be mahogany. I agree with Penance that this smells alot like original Capricorn (except on me I get this amazing grapefruit pith from Capricorn which don't ask me WHY it just does).

    Cohen v. California

Cohen for me starts out a little strong with the black tea, but then it mellows out with the honey, apricot and saffron coming out as it starts to dry. I get a whiff of ginger which makes it slightly spicy. It alot of ways it does remind me to Miller vs. California in the mishmash of dissonant notes. I think the black tea in this one is a stand in for the leather of Miller, apricot instead of berries, and the ginger combined with the other notes is oddly reminiscent to the paper bag note in Miller.

    Thirteen (13): May 2011

I get a good bit of patchouli and sandalwood to this blend. In fact, on wet it almost has a heavy slap of what I thought was lemon verbena. As it dries, the patchouli and sandalwood seem to standout the most against with a hint of cacao. Too stinky for me.

    Redoul Honey

Blackberries and honey. Although I have to say its more like a blackberry leaf and honey. I sort of really like this but wonder if I can pull off the sweetness of the honey. I do love me some blackberries though...
