I get a syrupy resinous saffron on wet, that definitely dries to a drier, woodier resin saffron. Medium throw and wear length.

I experienced this like a thought tornado. Envision the scene in Wizard of Oz, where Dorothy's house is just swept up, and she watches everything from the window.
