    Shattered

Smells like some sort of mint mixed with alcohol (the champagne note i guess?). Shattered, atleast to my nose, can be an almost masculine scent but totally wearable. The overall scent when worn is sharp, alcohol in a good Swank sort of way, and, sometimes, I can smell like it has a bit of ozone in it. I also don't smell any of the aquatic stuff mentioned in other reviews, which is good as anything labeled aquatics normally sets off my allergies. In short, I love it, I'm happy to have gotten a bottle from a forumite!

    Envy

I had been looking forward to Envy as I am a big mint fan. In the bottle it smelled like an awesome mint with a slightly alcohol (mouthwashy?) smell but I didn't mind that at all. I thought it smelled GREAT! When I applied it, it smelled the exact same for about 10 minutes and after finally drying down, it was some faintly floral, grandma's guest soap kind of thing going on. Then about 30 minutes down the line, it was all soap. I grabbed the husband to test it on his chemistry and while the mint stayed longer, his wrist eventually turned into the dreaded soap scent, too. Unfortunately I will be taking this off of my list of 5ml's I want to buy. Bah!

    House of Night

This oil wet smells just like liquid smoke, pine needles and dirt to me. When it dries, the smoke leaves, which is disappointing because it smells great with that woodsy piney scent mixed in. It then proceeds to go very herbal/medicinal on me and I start to feel like I probably smell like one giant dried out herb. I want it but I'm not going to get it, I have enough bottles I just sniff as it is

    Hearth

When I first apply it, it is all cherry pipe smoke as the person who sold it to me described it as. As it begins to dry, it gets more leathery and cherry starts to smell candied. I liked the original wet scent, the knock you down cherry pipe smoke smell and when the leather came out, it didn't bug me at all but the candied cherry smell kind of makes my head hurt when I smell it. I can only describe it as having a metallic edge to the scent. Somehow the act of smelling it kind of makes me not feel good. Sigh. So Hearth is a no go for me.

    Dragon's Milk

In the bottle, I thought it smelled terrible. I don't think the Ars Draconis line is for me but I thought I'd try Dragon's Milk due to all the sweet involved. Man this was everything I had hoped it would be. On my skin it smells like candied cherries (not sickeningly like what I got when I put on The Red Queen), cooked sugar?, vanilla and I can smell a faint nutty smell. So, Dragon's Milk is a definite yes!

    Juke Joint

In the bottle, it's all crushed mint and bourbon. I applied it and about 5 minutes after, it started to smell a lot like crushed up weeds and grass mixed in with booze. Now about 30 minutes later? It smells like bourbon, cut grass, a hint of sugar and mint behind all of it. Not bad just strange, I think I'm getting the grass smell and it's what someone referred to as almost medicinal in this thread. I'm definitely adding it to the list of needed 5mls.

    Spooky

When I sniffed it in the bottle I about died, it smelled just like Girl Scout cookies, the Thin Mints! On my skin, Spooky rocks! It literally smelled like someone had crushed up Thin Mints, home-made sugar cookies and doused the whole thing in coconut shavings after I had applied it to my arms. I didn't get any of the alcohol scent, just cookies and trust me, I don't mind. This is definitely an awesome foodie scent, I would highly recommend.

    Ice Queen

What I envisioned something named Ice Queen would smell like and the reality was a little bit different. I still went ahead and got a bottle off of Ebay just to give it a shot. The sniff out of the bottle was green, musky and slightly aquatic. I am not a fan of aquatics but it was all reminscent of melting ice somehow. I applied to my arms and it almost instantly it turned into strange melon tinged with ozone and had a soapy smell to it in the background. I resisted the urge to wash it off immediately and stuck with it. An hour later, still melon soap so I sadly washed the last little bit off. Stupid body chemistry.

    Grog

Grog is heavenly. I got in a trade and my next order will definitely include a 5ml. Smells completely boozy butterscotchy in the bottle and on me and the same again on drydown. If you're a foody scent person, then I'd definitely suggest this! I wish it lasted longer but it seems nothing has staying power in the Texas heat. And on a side note, I spilled some on the husband and he smelled divine for 2.5 seconds, then he began to promptly smell like MULCH.
  10. I looked but I didn't see this. If it's mentioned can someone point me to the post... I really, really like Frost Moon. Although I plan on getting as much of it as I can when I have the money, is there anything similar? With a lot of mint, perferably?

    Decanted...tarted up...

I'm a new BPALer but I always have to buy more of anything than I ever need so all my purchases are 5mls. I also bought like 20 imp containers incase there is something I hate, I can put in a new fresh unused bottle for someone else to enjoy!
