    Schrodinger's Cat

When I first got my bottle of this in January, it was really zingy and bright. All I could really smell was citrus, with a bit of mint on the drydown. It was good, though - very fresh and sweet. Now that it's a bit more aged, it's still very citrussy at first, but I can definitely smell the other notes. The lavender is apparent and the mint is smoother, which I interpret as the chocolate note. I like it, it's so fun. It reminds me of sweets, but not in a sickly or foody way.

    Monster Bait: Bloody Mary

I got a bottle of this off ebay, so it's pretty well aged. I need to be careful with it, as it apparently has a really strong throw (I have a pretty poor sense of smell, particularly when it comes to myself). At first, it's very sweet, almost like bubblegum. Then it mellows, the powdered sugar comes out, and it's juicy, soft and a bit darker than when wet. As long as I apply it sparingly, it's very good.

    Eat Me

This stays very true to its description and I don't think it morphs much on me. I'm not sure how Beth manages to make a perfume that smells warm and fluffy, but that's what Eat Me smells like. It's not overly foody though, in the sense that someone would say 'what's baking?' if you wore it. It's one of my favourites, very reliable for when I don't know what else to wear.

    Ladon

This is a very sweet apple scent. There's something quite honey-ish about it on my skin. It's not a stuffy or dusty floral, just light and fresh. Lovely.

    White Rabbit

When I was working in an office over the summer, I would always make the tea for everyone, since I didn't want to be seen as the good-for-nothing student. I'd always open up the tin of teabags and just inhale it, because I loved the smell. White Rabbit is like that, but spicier and sweetened. It's very warm and comforting.

    O

So far, this is my go-to scent. I know it smells good on me and it's sexy and sweet, but not overpowering. I really recommend letting it age for a while. It's nice new, but it really mellows with age, and the amber comes out more. Gorgeous.

    Samhain

Review for the 08 version: There probably isn't much I can say about Samhain that hasn't been said before, but I'll add my two cents. On me, it's very much red apple and pumpkin, and little else. Maybe a little hint of something a bit dirtier or smokier in the background, but nothing prominent. I like it a lot, and I'll work my way through my decant, and maybe pick it up next year if it comes back. I'm interested to see how it will age.

    Gunpowder

I wasn't particularly excited about this one, but it turned out to be very nice on me. Sadly I then spilled half my decant. It's sugary and oaty, and the carrot was very apparent to me. There is something about it that does remind me of going horseriding in the past. It's kind of like a carrot cake sitting on a haybale. Very comforting.

    Sugar Skull

Review for the 08 version: This is very pretty. It's a lot sexier than the description might suggest. I can't really smell the fruit, or pick out notes - I just get a general sweetness, but not candy like Sticky Pillowcase. I'd say that Sugar Skull is SP's sophisticated big sister.

    Fearful Pleasure

The first few times I wore this, I thought it was incredibly sweet, and a little too perfume-y for my tastes. I've just put it on again now to review, and while it's wet I'm getting something very sharp and unpleasant that I hadn't noticed before. I can smell apples, but they're fighting with something else. Possibly smoke. It actually reminds me a little of vinegar, or something pickled at least. Hmm. As it's dried, it seems to have settled. I can now smell apples and orange peel. It's quite nice. I'm not dying for a bottle of it, and I see where the candle comparisons have come from, but I'll use the imp.

    Sticky Pillowcase

I really like this. It's not too sweet, to me, and I don't really get the fizziness that others have mentioned. Being Scottish I've never tried candy corn, but I'd guess that's the main scent I get from it - it reminds me a little of caramel popcorn, but without the plastic scent that that sometimes has. It's quite smooth and clean, maybe because of the 'lint' background. It also lasts well on me. Definitely bottleworthy. My boyfriend complimented me on it when I wore it, and he's usually oblivious to my bpal, so it's a winner there too.

    Xanthe, The Weeping Clown

Xanthe, when I first got it, smelled mostly of orange peel, with a little sweetness (probably the apple blossom or spun sugar) to counter the bitterness. I loved it then, and I think I love it even more now, though it's evolved into something completely different. Now, it's much smoother, very fruity and sweet, but not cloying, and is one of my go-to scents. Beautiful.

    Green Tree Viper

I never got a lot of mint from this at first - mainly just bergamot, which was nice but nothing special. I've since tried it again this week, and I love it. It's only been aged for a few months, but there is such a difference. I can smell the mint now, and the Snake Oil (I assume, I've never tried it though) just gives it this underlying, sexy sweetness. So beautiful. Great staying power too.

    Thirteen (13): June 2008

I really love this. In the bottle, it smells of dry cocoa with a slightly medicinal tinge, odd but not unpleasant. Wet, and for the first few hours, it's a gorgeous, spicy chocolate. It eventually morphs and smells of apples to me, but not fresh apples - it's more like a sweet, foody, spicy apple pie filling. It's never sickening, despite the foodiness. Beautiful.
