Oh wow. Warm, milky egg nogg in the bottle. Creamy, sweet and faintly spiced on my wrists. This makes me want to snuggle under many blankets. I sigh with delicious goodness filling my brain.

Comforting Plush Companion

So warm and soft, just like the stuffed animals this is named after. In the bottle it is sweet but not overpoweringly so. The honey is the dominant note sniffed in the bottle. Then when I apply the oil, it smells very similar to what Bilquis smells like on me: musky honey almond, yet there is the spicy fruit mixed in that is the sugar plums. Dry its all musky vanilla with the plummyness, no more honey. This definately going to be one of those oils that is sought after as the months progress from everyone that missed out on the Inquisition for various reasons. Soooo yummy! -
My Inquisitions came today! I couldnt fit everything into this photo, but these are what the bottles look like

100% this. I am obsessed with this right now. So good. Seriously. Need actual bottle ASAP. -
I was gifted this by Gingiemay and I am eternally grateful. I have been on the hunt for this for awhile now and she gave me an imp of it. Midnight Kiss is everything I thought it would be. It's musky, sexy, dark and chocolatey. I think my eyes rolled around a bit when I first sniffed it. I can smell the wine note but only a tiny bit when I first put it on. It's gorgeous and I am going to go through the imp fast. The search for a bottle will continue. Update: bottle obtained thanks to Ishtar smells even better straight out if the bottle!

The label art on the bottle is adorable! Sniffing the sprayer, I get the leather mixed with some sort of cool, fresh note. Sprayed it's crisp, snowey pine and leather. My nose can't detect dirt but to me this is what I think Narnia smelled like when Lucy came out of the wardrobe into it for the first time. It lingers all over my house and I can't wait till this mixes in with the smell of our Christmas tree we are getting tomorrow.

When I first got this bottle over the summer it was all vanilla and molasses. Now that some months have passed, it has mellowed and is now the warmest combo of dirt, vanilla and molasses. I really can't pick out the patchouli, perhaps that is what is giving it the dirt edge. Lawn Gnome reminds me of playing in my mom's garden when i was a kid, happily shoving my face into the dirt and inevitably eating some of it. I've got a little over half a bottle now after decanting some for a friend and I am going to try to preserve it as much as possible. Which is going to be almost impossible since this stuff is ULTIMATE slather worthy love!

I wore Drink Me. I thought it most appropriate given the turkey note

In honor of Twilight:New Moon coming out today and that I am going to the midnight show here, I broke out this imp. I was worried about the lavender because it is definately the predominant smell in the imp, but on me its pretty much all honeysuckle with a tinge of the jasmine. The word glowey is a good one for this. Its good in the scent locket too.

Damn, I can't believe I have never done a review for this! Last year BRC was my first two bottle purchase I ever did. My husband gave me one for Christmas and then ordered a backup. I will never regret that as this is one of the smells that I get MAJOR compliments on and that makesme supremely happy when I wear it. In the bottle: cinnamon butterscotch, I smell a little bit of rum but not much. Wet: Spicy scotchy yums, I think the comparison to butter rum lifesavers was a good one. Dry: this never morphs on me, it stays the same as it did when first applied. So fabulous. This definately evokes childhood Christmas memories for me. Plus, put it in an oil diffuser and you house will smell like warm cinnamon melted butterscotch for hours. :love!:

Dude. Cream of wheat with brown sugar melted into it. That's exactly what this smells like to me.

I can't believe I never did a review for this! I love love love peach and this is a yummy peach for sure. Sweet, creamy, like the perfect ripe peach in summer. Mixes really well with the gardenia and vanilla, I get zero neroli from this. Which isfine with me because I typically don't like neroli. It's nice to wear this in the dead of winter because it gives me hope for warmer days.

I have wanted to try this for a long time, but I kept getting other bottles first instead. Recently I procured a bottle of Gluttony and yesterday was my first try with it. I don't smell dark chocolate in this at all, or any chocolate for that matter. What I do smell in the bottle is toffee, caramel and nuts. Same when I put it on. Dry it is rich and lingering. I also put this in my locket for extra effect. A co-worker told me I smelled like baked goods case I am a foody scent addict. I love Gluttony.

All I am going to say about this one (because I will not wear leather stuff) is that it smells exactly like walking into a leather store. Perhaps when my husband puts this on I will put his review in here for him. Me and the leather personally are not friends.

In the bottle: definately patchouli and cold things. Smells softly sweet a bit as well, I am guessing thats the herbs.. Wet on skin: forgive me for saying this but it smells like weed. The illegal kind. Like when I was little and used to go in my dads office and it would smell this way. Drier on skin: now this is going back to the soft sweetness. This is very complex. I do like it very much though probably will be good in my locket too.

In bottle: cake and buttercream frosting for sure!!! Oh how I loved this the moment I opened the bottle.... Wet on skin: the buttercream fades fast on me and then comes the cake. The rich, not too sweet cake. The Dorian gives it the little extra something special. Dry on skin: still super cakey, but smells the tiniest bit medicinal, that's what S.O. Does on me, I never get the doc constantine. I love this x a million! I am so glad I bought two bottles.

Follow me Boy kinda smells like a rich lady. I mean the prostitutes did use it after all Morocco always seems to work too for enabling. I would check out Poisioned Apple as well.

I pm'd you! check your box -
I love this scent so much! I am glad my instincts were correct. As soon as I saw the notes "birch" and "immortelle" I was like, MINE!!! I immediatley applied this to my wrist when I came home this afternoon (the box came today) and I was in instant heaven. It is a soft smell but has amazing staying power! its been over 4 hours and it still smells great. I can definately pick put the white amber and pale musk, even a little of the jasmine. The birch was there upon application but faded a bit. No ylang ylang though. Ooh its so good. I used to have this perfume from the company and it was called Spell. They dont make it anymore and I rationed that stuff out hardcore but in the end I used the last drop and was very sad. But The Girl smells almost exactly like it, just minus the alcohol!! a major win. The Girl rules. I think I might need a backup bottle.

Suck It.....smelled so good in the bottle, like cherry lollipops. On my skin, the cherry is subtle. I dont get any of the booze fortunately, but now it smells like dollar store candy. I am not sure how I feel about this, it may need to sit in my makeshift BPAL box for awhile before I try it again. The label is great though!

Being in love with Fearful Pleasure from last year, I have been actively seeking a bottle of L' Autunno for a while as I thought it sounded like it might be a similar smell. Well I was a teeny bit right but so glad I was wrong too. Whereas Fearful Pleasure is the best Sweet Hot Apple Cider smell ever IMO, L'Autunno is the cider, the smoke coming out of someone's chimney on a chill fall night and the earthiness of patchouli to ground it. When I first put it on it was SPICY! must've been the myrrh, patchouli and Indian musk all at once. Now, 1/2 an hour later, it is sweet and smoky without the spice. LOVE LOVE LOVE this. I will have to try to ration my precious bottle

This is my 4th attempt at writing a review for this, my computer kept crashing previously! Thanks to the amazing GingieMay for letting my and my co-worker sniff and then test this! In the bottle I found it to definately smell hot. Hot and spicy, like the spice in Velvet Bandito. Then I put it on and all I could smell was...Snake Oil. However it does have a long lasting smell power and decent throw. Not sure why all I could smell was Snake Oil. My co-worker loves this though and she is pretty particular. Now I am on the hunt for some for her... Again thanks GingieMay!!! you are the greatest!
