Baba Yaga: Wet: Very, very fruity.. some sort of citrus? I'm not sure I agree with the pineapple consensus, but it smells like some sort of tropical fruit. Drydown: Incense? But not the heavy, resinous incense I've accustomed to smelling in BPAL scents. It's very light, mildly spicy. Longterm wear: This scent has me stumped. I'll have to try it a second time before deciding if it's a keeper.

New Orleans: Hm. I didn't really get a lot of jasmine out of New Orleans.. not like I expected. It's there, but it's not predominant. What I smell is mostly honeysuckle and a touch of lemon. The spicy tone didn't come out for a good 20 minutes or thereabouts. I really like the way it mellows out with the spice.. it's a nice addition. I don't know if I'd wear this regularly, but I really like New Orleans.

Wanda: Upon application, Wanda doesn't smell like merlot to me.. she smells like beer. Then leather, then cigarette smoke. Then the thought hits me: Oh my god. Beth managed to put my mother in a bottle of perfume. GAAAH.

Unseelie: At first, Unseelie went on quite floral.. but after a bit of time, the smell of it turned into a faint resin scent, resembling amber. Very odd. Not a scent I'm fond of at all, actually, so I passed this one on.

Gluttony: Gluttony, as others have said, is very, very strong. The smell, though, made me want to eat my wrist! It's absolutely delicious. I like the smell of it.. spices, buttercream, the smell of a happy dessert-baking kitchen. But it's not one I'd wear as a personal fragrance. I may look into getting an oil burner for the kitchen.. this one would be great for that.

Hellfire: Hellfire smells just like smoke and leather to me.. the smell of a club after-hours, or the way my husband's leather jacket smells after a night out dancing. It's a familliar smell, but not one I'd wear as a personal fragrance.

Nosferatu: I wasn't really sure if I'd like Nosferatu or not. I received it as a freebie in a swap some time ago. The best way I can describe it on my skin, though, is greens, wine, and Pine-Sol. Not a pleasant experience.

Eos: Eos is a very light floral.. the jasmine is delicate, and the buttercup and honeysuckle compliment it well. As Andrabell said, it's a perfect springtime/Easter scent.

Samhain: Oh, I could've loved you, Samhain. But my body chemistry hates me and made this into nothing but smoke and baby powder. Ahh well. Back to the drawing board.

Ingenue: Ingenue surprised me. I was expecting it to be seriously rose, and had completely forgotten about the violets. Every other violet scent I've tried has been horrible with my body chemistry.. until now. It's a beautiful blend of violets and roses. Gorgeous.

Black Phoenix: Hmm, I thought I reviewed this one already. Wet: Cherry/almond.. very similar to amaretto. Drydown: I completely lose the cherry/almond smell and this turns to a combination of baby powder and amber. Yech! Long-term wear: Highly doubtful. I don't enjoy this scent whatsoever. My body chemistry just ruins it.

Pumpkin King: I have to agree with Penance: this is what I expected Jack to smell like. Jack is much stronger and much more of a Butter-Rum scent than Pumpkin King is. Pumpkin King reminds me of baking pumpkin bread loaves in my grandmother's kitchen. It's spicy and warm and makes me think of autumn. Please, oh please, Beth.. release this one.

Dragon's Blood: Having purchased other Dragon's Blood scents in the past (usually candles), I was pretty sure I'd know what to expect from this. I was dead wrong. Beth's version of Dragon's Blood is very sweet, slightly berry with hints of resin. It's a very, very nice blend, and I like it quite a bit.

Djinn: Wet: Ashes, fire. This smells a lot like Brimstone to me. Drydown: This smells like my great-grandmother's home. After she passed away, there was a small fire. Djinn smells like her house when we went in to salvage what was left. After a while, this turned to some sort of resin/incense scent.. It's not Amber, perhaps Myrrh? Long-term wear: That was an odd, old memory to resurface, all because of a scent. I'm a bit mindboggled by this. I seriously doubt I'd wear this often, but it definitely took me for a ride down memory lane.

Danube: Wet: Whoa.. serious aquatic smell. I also smell something that could possibly be a tinge of ozone, but I always seem to smell that with aquatics. Drydown: Like many others here, I also got that "grapefruit" smell for a bit. The scent then settled down into a beautiful blend of floral + water. Most people think of Danube as being blue, but I think of it as being green. I'm not sure why. Long-term wear: I don't yet know if this will be a big bottle scent or not. It's lovely, though. I keep coming back to my wrist to sniff and ponder. I'll continue to use the imp, and decide then if it's my thing.

Catherine: Wet: Super-uber perfume smell. Like whoa. Drydown: Hello, citrussy rose! Whew! This one is strong. Long-term wear: Catherine morphed into a very strong rose scent, leaving the rosemary and orange blossom behind. It reminded me a bit of the rose in Rose Red, but only faintly.

Carnivale: Wet: Carnivale had promise. It came on all sticky-sweet, full of berries and cotton candy. Drydown: Uhoh. Amber. I'd forgotten this one had amber in it. My skin amplifies amber above all other smells. Some people might find that pleasant, but I don't. Long-term wear: My skin ate most of Carnivale, and left me with the amber that it didn't want. Sadly, not for me.

Havisham: Wet: Strong floral. I don't smell the roses that others do.. I get a crisp, white lily. Heavily lily. It reminds me of a stronger lily than what I smelled in Grandmother of Ghosts, but somewhat similar. Drydown: Still very white floral, moderately strong. It almost smells like there might be just the faintest of touch of ozone in this scent. Long-term wear: I don't generally wear florals, but I might make an exception for this one. I'm betting that it would go wonderfully into bath salts, so I might give that a try.

King of Spades: Wet: Wow. This is some sort of amazing blend of vanilla and spiced plum. This is gorgeous. Drydown: I'm still getting a very spicy plum smell.. a hint of smoke, perhaps? I'm not picking up on the coconut that everyone else has. In a sense, this scent reminds me vaguely of Blood Countess. Long-term wear: If I can get my hands on a big bottle of this, I will be thrilled. This is a gorgeous scent that I'd love to wear often. It totally surprised me.. I was expecting a much more woodsy smell with this, but my skin thinks otherwise.

All Night Long: Wet: Ooh, cinnamon. Cinnamon and.. musk? Longterm wear: Sadly, this turned into cinnamon baby powder, and I noticed no other effects. :/

Akuma: Wet: Raspberry and... what is that? Drydown: Slightly raspberry, slightly blood orange. If the neroli is in here, it's hiding. Longterm wear: The general consensus is that I smell like Pez.

Black Pearl: Wet: Coconut! Drydown: Coconut and white musk. Smells slightly reminiscent of Chaste Moon. Longterm wear: My husband and I both love this. It's a definite winner!

Storm Moon: Wet: HELLO, OZONE! Drydown/long-term wear: I agree with Magikfanfic, rain/dryer sheets smell. It's not a scent I'd wear personally, but I bet it'd make a great bath bomb.

Rose Red: Really, I should've known better. I like roses in person, but hate the smell of them in any other form. Rose Red smelled like pesticide to me. I had to take it off within an hour of application. I suppose roses just aren't my thing.

Fiery Command: Wet: Definite white floral. Quite surprising, as I was expecting something a bit more.. hrm. Perhaps warm, or red. Drydown: .. castille soap, as white florals tend to do with me. Long-term wear: Sadly, no. White florals are great in my garden, bad on my skin.
