    Blood Kiss

The first ten minutes of this blend are pretty intense vetiver. But after that it turns into a beautiful blend of primarily cherry, sweet honey, vanilla and a hint of spice. I can't stop sniffing my wrist. Not something I'd wear to work, but something I'd definitely wear out on the town.

    Water Phoenix

Primarily Chinese musk and aquatic notes. It's a clean scent, a touch masculine. Not something I'll wear.

    The Peacock Queen

It's a very realistic rose scent, finally one that doesn't go sour on my skin. Usually I get 'old lady' doom from rose, but this is okay, not excellent, but it's not too bad.

    Candy Phoenix

Sweet, fruity, candy. I love this one, it's very bright and fresh smelling.

    The Black Temple Burlesque Troupe

This starts off with a rich, deep chocolate scent with a touch of black musk. It's pretty sexy! Then an hour later it's a light, powdery, barely there scent. It was nice while it lasted, but I much prefer Boomslang for my rich chocolate cravings.

    Habu

This is the surprise hit of the snake pit for me. Based on the description I almost passed this one over and now it's one of my favorites! sara is right, this is blend is so smooth. Habu does an excellent job of balancing out the sweeter elements of Snake Oil and the wood and musk notes. The bamboo, teak and snake oil are the main scents my nose is picking up, but they compliment each other very nicely. I'll definitely pick up a bottle of this.

    Voyeurs Among the Cherry Blossoms

For the first two hours or so this is pure vanilla musk. Since I'm a fan of both vanilla and musk, this really isn't a problem for me. Maybe a closer sniff will bring out the other elements. Any moss? Nope. How about cherry blossoms? Not a trace. Then after the first couple of hours the cherry blossoms start coming out, but I'm still primarily getting vanilla musk. Still no moss. Even though this blend isn't as complex as I was hoping it would be I'm still a fan. I'm not going to hunt down a bottle, but my imp will get plenty of love.

    Sticky Pillowcase

This is the smell of pink cotton candy to my nose. Lots of sugar and a hint of something 'pink' smelling. Good thing this blend is light on my skin or it would probably be overwhelming. The more I wear this, the more I like it. If it lasted longer on my skin I'd search for a bottle, but unfortunately after about 4-5 hours this is completely gone.

    Couple Consulting an Enpon

Orange tempered by sandalwood. I get no trace of mint from this at all. I like this blend enough to use the imp, but I won't seek a bottle out.

    Grand Guignol

This is a very rich, sweet, apricot blend. I get a touch of brandy at first, but that note quickly burns off leaving only the apricot. It's too sweet for my tastes.

    Bensiabel

Plum juice, lilac, leather, and a smattering of herbs. When first applied each of the notes listed are easily identifiable. The blend is pretty balanced and no one note dominates the scent. Shortly after application the leather becomes stronger while the plum and lilac settle into the background. Typically I adore the lab's leather and lilac blends and this is no exception, but for some reason the way these elements combine isn't doing much for me. Nice blend, but not awesome. I may keep the imp to test again later and see if it changes, but based on this test, I wouldn't purchase a bottle.

    Oblivion

Based on the description I didn't think I'd care for this blend at all. This starts off smelling very masculine, lots of dark musk and spice which combine to make this a very 'thick' scent. After a while the more dominant notes fade a touch and the saffron comes out adding just the right amount of sweet to balance the darker elements. This blend has huge throw and major staying power. I'll definitely use the imp and probably end up springing for a bottle once it's gone. I'm glad I took a chance on this one!

    Black Lily

This is gorgeous! It's a deep, creamy lily scent. I'm not sure what else is in this blend could be amber or some sort of musk, maybe a touch of vanilla. Whatever it is I want more.

    Santa Muerte

At first the vetiver is overwhelming, very heavy and dark. Fortunately this only lasts for about 10 minutes. The florals start to become more prevalent but I'm not getting any chrysanthemum, it's mostly rose. A touch old lady'ish for my tastes. This imp is going to swaps.

    Makhanitis

Each of the notes listed in this blend are easily identifiable to my nose. I'd say the dominant one is the plum, followed by sandalwood, burgundy wine and then a hint of champaca. For whatever reason this has a medicinal scent on my skin. It's reminiscent of cough syrup, sweet, with something bitter that I didn't expect. Interestingly, I only pick up on the medicinal smell when I directly sniff the skin where I applied the oil, otherwise it's unnoticeable. This one isn't for me.
  16. Starts off as a heavy citrus scent, nothing else is even registering to my nose. After a bit, the citrus starts to calm down and the tea begins to mellow the blend. I'm not really getting any other notes on this one. Strange. In the end, this blend just doesn't grab me.

    Bewitched

Not bad. Mostly sweet berry and a hint of greenery. I'm not getting much musk out of this blend. This isn't something I'd wear frequently, but I'll keep the imp.

    Odin

There's a lot of cedar in this blend. Dry, cedar and herbs. Once in a while I like smelling it, but this isn't something I'd wear. It's too masculine for my tastes.

    Rose Cross

    Dusty, old lady, rose. Yuck.
  20. Saya

    Spellbound

Perfectly enchanting! An irresistibly sexual, utterly rapturous blend of three roses, radiant amber, and sensual red musk. Thick red musk with a touch of rose. Not for me.

    Brisingamen

Usually blends with amber in them go powdery on my skin but this is an exception for me. The amber is the most dominant note, but it's almost a creamy scent. The carnation warms the scent up and makes this a warm, creamy, sweet blend. This is beautiful and sophisticated. I love it.

    Black Dahlia

Powdery, jasmine with a sour undertone to it. Not for me.

    Hypothermia

This starts off with a minty scent but after about an hour it smells like Snow White on my skin. A hint of mint remains, but not much.

    Mason & Jenkin's Port Jelly

I'm not getting any port scent from this at all. For me it starts off like Zombie Apocolypse except not as sweet. After a while it gets rather sharp on my skin. The poster who compared this to the scent of Swedish Fish is right on. It's Swedish Fish with a touch of something that just won't quit tickling my nose. I'm going to pass on this one.

    Gacela of the Dark Death

A very masculine blend. This has a ton of clove and a bit of pine. Starts out pretty intense and strong but then quickly fades to something less in your face. It's a very interesting scent, but not one I'd reach for. I'll pass on this one.
