    Western Diamondback

Bottle: Sweet and sensual creamy vanilla and leather. Wet: Delicious leather. I am simply sinking into this warm and comfy scent. This stays wet for a long time on me. Dry: Lingering warm and worn leather with a slight hint of spicey sage. It's warming and alluring, almost lulling you into a false sense of security as the sage snaps you out of the haze and reminds you of that bite underneath. I adore this scent. It's not as aggressive as I thought it was going to be. Being an avid reptile keeper and hobbyist this scent embodies how I feel about snakes as the beautiful and misunderstood creatures they are. The lingering leather is fabulous, it's a scent I fall asleep to at night. I am soooo glad I ordered a 5ml of this straight away, and I was even frimped 3 of the other snakes.

    Envy

Bottle: The stench of jealousy embodied in earthy herbal mint. Wet: A pop of lime and a dash of lavender, but the medicinal herbals still overpower this scent. Dry: Stinging herbs and paradoxical lavender. I wish lavender was not in this scent. Overall this scent makes me feel uneasy. I don't want to be wearing it, it's dangerous and all wrong. Which is exactly how it is supposed to work, but it's not something I enjoy.

    Fae

Bottle: Bursting with sweet ripe peaches. I like this in the bottle already and this is my first try of peachy BPAL. Wet: Heavenly fruit. The peaches are ripening under my nose. It's like sweet nectar good enough to drink. Dry: The scent has become a little more subtle but it stays true to the bottle. I don't get the musk notes which I am glad of as sometimes they make my head hurt. This scent whisks me away to a magical land where pixies prance around the rims of tiny peach mushrooms. It's a lightheated scent and wonderfully dreamy. I may need a bottle

    Archangel Winter

Bottle: Sweet cucumber (am I the only one that gets this?) Wet: More cucumber and I am positive there is rose or lilly in there somewhere. Dry: I am not getting the wintery darkness I wanted. Just florals and cucumber. I am slightly devistated to say the least. I simply can't seem to write poetic or worthwhile reviews for scents I don't understand. I wish there was an ingredients list... Overall this scent just drowns me in green vegetable jucies smothered in piercing florals.

    Kuang Shi

Bust out the dzang dzi! This scent honors the zombies of Chinese lore. Mandarin orange, white musk, mango, and white sandalwood. Bottle: Aggressive musky over ripe fruits. Wet: A dizzy whirl of spicy orange Dry: A drizzel of sandalwood shavings over juicy mango slices blended with orange zest. Another throat hurter. It's too sharp and musky for me. This is an overly pleasant scent with a hint of something slightly sinister.

    Wicked

Bottle: Sickly over powering "old lady" florals. Wet: Sharp cruel rose... Deep red rose at that dripping with sour jasmine. I couldn't let this dry on me. My throat hurt and I felt physically sick. I was drowning in a pool of rose petals and there was no end in sight.

    The Death of Autumn

Bottle: An array of decomposing plants... not florals. Rotting roots and over ripe vegetables. Wet: Damn you chrysanthemum (my other confirmed nemesis). You floated to the surface, overpowered my senses, caught the back of my throat and made me want to vomit. Thanks a lot. Dry: Smokey stinging florals. I wanted the clove and dead leaves to pop but alas that spice is no where to be found. Death of autumn does exactly what it says on the bottle... It smells of decomposing greenery. The last of the summer plants shrivelling and a snap of overpowering late blossoms. I wanted it to be colder and spicy but it was earthy and gloomy. Shove me in a coffin, smother this on me and leave me to rot...

    Chimera

Bottle: Sweet geeky cinnamon... it's not got that snap of dry cinnamon. Wet: Snapadoodledo! The cinnamon has matured into a firey red she devil with the power to my my senses melt. Sensual honey gently reins back that wild fire, making my skin smell good enough to lick in the knowledge I won't get burnt. Dry: Woa... I have simply melted into this scent. It's sexy, snappy, firey yet it keeps it's innocence. Unfortunatley my skin absolutly soaks up cinnamon after about an hour leaving a teasing hint of that fire I lust after. There is a little cinny she devil on my shoulder begging me to reapply and I will most deffinatley obey her.

    Santo Domingo

Bottle: Sweet tobacco smoke dancing on a pool of boozy dark spirits. Wet: I am surrounded by wafting gentlemens tobacco. It's crisp and burnt... Dry: The scent of white blossoms, their petals dripping with sticky sweet booze. The tobacco is less prominant but it's still not as sweet as I would like it to be. I smell ever so slightly of smokey soap... and thats not good.

    Penthus

Bottle: Withered funeral flowers drowning in a sea of salt. Wet: The white roses slowly float to the surface and become the dominant note as opposed to the sicky salt. Dry: Still prodominantly a rose scent, which doesn't work on me. I am extremely picky about florals and this scent confirmed that rose is my nemisis. The aquatic salt is still lingering in the background and it stings my senses. I feel like I am drowning in a paradoxical river of dying florals sprinkled with the tears of a grieving widow...

    Red Lantern

Bottle: Absolutly vile sickly sweet musky caramel. wet: The hints of tobacco and coconut come out to play, however caramel is still the dominant note. It's much less sickly and I don't want to wash it off immediatley. Dry: The spices and tobacco run riot. Yet again I have had to suffer through 2 stages of vomit inducing sniffing to get a gorgeous sultry rich scent. The caramel won't go away but it is overpowered by the other notes. I'm wafting away on a tobacco opium trip... Hypnotic and sensual. I like this, but not enough to wear it everyday or even consider buying a 5ml (even if I could find one)

    Earth Rat

Bottle: God awful sickly melony sweetness Wet: The mellon has died down a little, but not much. The plum blossom starts to float to the surface. Dry: Dominant note is still the melon. It completely steals the show and doesn't really allow for the other notes to come through. Three things spring to mind - Vanilla melon blossom. It's ok, but it doesn't have the oomph I look for in BPAL. Edit: something slightly wonderful happened after about an hour... The melon died and I am left with gorgeous deep plumy blood notes. I wish I didn't have to travel through the valley of the shadow of the melon to get here. I always have to go through the vile stages to get something I love... why oh why did you make me so upset Mr Rat? I wanted to love you straight away... But I guess we can be friends, if only through the love of an imp.

    Jazz Funeral

In the bottle: Sickly dark spirits with a hint of soaking moss On, wet: The sickliness is gone (whoo) and here come the whipsy light floral notes. The earthy backnote is there, and I don't like it much... Drydown: Sweet boozy wonderfulness. The florals compliment this scent very well as they balance out the deep earthy notes. It wouldn't be the same or complete without the moss and dirt but I am so glad they are not the prominant notes. In the bottle I hate this scent, but on me I simply adore this scent, I need a 5ml. Which goes to show, don't knock it till you've tried it Edit: I never thought I'd love smelly like a dirty boozy lass, but I am ever so slightly in heaven with this scent. "ain't no sunshine" by Bill Whithers compliments this scent to perfection.
