This is really well blended, and I'm not sure I'm picking out the notes very well. I get a gentle, pretty lilac/lavender, with some lily behind it. It's very heady.

This smells very fresh, and exactly like a field of clover. It reminds me a bit of the sharp green smell in Rose Red. It's slightly sweet, but I'm not sure I can pick out any carnation or rose. Overall, a very nice spring scent.

In the bottle: sweet, sweet vanilla icing. on skin: mellows out into an unfortunate artificial vanilla scent. not unpleasant, but not what I want to smell like either. ETA: on second try, I'm getting the wintergreen lifesavers smell. Is that the saffron? I seem to be amping it like crazy. I actually like the mint better than the vanilla I was getting before, but it's a bit strong. I wonder if aging will tone it down any.

I get a very sharp lavender from this. After a bit, the narcissus (I think?) is coming out and giving me a headache. off to the swaps.

In Bottle: minty- fruit. lime? Wet: Fruit (papaya!), and cool cucumber. Dry: no fruit anymore. just cucumber and a hint of musk. Not very strong throw, but gorgeous all the same!

This is a very soft, light scent. It does smell a bit sweet like vanilla, but I'm also getting cold stone or minerals. Unfortunately something in it is giving me a headache, like the smell of the cement stuff (or fluoride?) at the dentists office. weird.

Wet: sharp, green (?) scent. Dry: Green tea. Or at least the same smell as the green tea candle I had years ago. I don't know what peony smells like, so I can't identify it very well. I think there's a hint of floral, but overall it's very light and clean.

Wet: Peppery. I've never tried anything with pepper, but that is definitely it. huh. Dry: Tea! I get a creamy, honey-sweet tea scent. It reminds me a bit of Dorian, but less musky. After a while, the milk and honey goes away and I'm left with a nice clean tea scent. I didn't think it was anything special at first, but this is definitely growing on me.

This smells exactly like rich, gooey fruitcake. It's cake, sweet fruits, almond and a hint of booze. Yum!

When I first put this on, it was immediate love. I can't pick out which note I was smelling (um lily? poppy? narcissus? all three?), but damn, it smelled sexy and sweet and elegant. I can see the comparison to "old lady" scent and traditional florals, but to me it smells gorgeous. It fades away after an hour or two, but I think it's defintely a keeper. ETA: After further testing, I think it's the narcissus that smells so good. The lily hangs around in the background, and after a few hours it turns slightly soapy.

wet: smooth milk chocolate dry: dry, dusty cocoa powder. oh! now it smells more like coffee. I like the cocoa stage a bit better, but this is still delicious.

This smells fruity, or rather, more like a very tart citrus. It's pretty overpowering. Actually, it smells exactly like sweet tarts candy. I'm not getting too much booze from this. . . .

2007 Wow! This is a rose fresh cut from the bush, very sharp smelling. I like it, and I keep sniffing at my wrist because it's so good, but I'm not sure I want to smell like a fresh cut rose. . .

Snow White 2007 In bottle: plastic smell, and coconut (almond ?). Wet: still getting plastic. Dry: wow! now I smell a soft, creamy vanilla and coconut/almond. . .and something fresh (mint? snow?). verdict: I wasn't so sure about this, but I love it! Definitely getting another bottle.
