FAll SW questions

What are everyone's favorite Halloween-y/Autumn-y/spooky movies? Are there any you don't own but would like to? We always end up watching Rocky horror on halloween, even if we plan on watching something else. With the big debate on the english or american version. I Would Love to get a hold of a copy of Hocus pocus. I go aroudn singing "amock amock, we're running amock"   Are roasted pumpkin seeds and home made chex mix the best fall snack foods, or what? I have to say it wouldn't be bad but never had it   Nuts? mostly   Black Boxes? OH HELL YEAH   what kinda socks ar you wearing tonight? I wish I can't FIND any   Do you like socks? Blankets? Wrist warmers? Arm warmers? Headband? Shawl? Or what kind of knitted thing would you love the most? ANYTHING knitted in soft baby safe yarn would be GREAT and loved if not fought over   How do you feel about ghost stories? Do you like to tell the old tales around a campfire? Read true accounts on the web way past your bedtime? Do you like to pick up a good anthology of Poe stories on a blustery day? Or is all that too scary for you? NO scary stuff for me. Hubby likes his arm attached   Does anyone in here wear a lot of dangly earrings or collect pendants of all kinds?? How about hair clips or pony tail band things? Oh man I wear hair sticks but they have to be LONG and thick. But i do have a stick that can have dangles on the end. i love new shinnies for it.   I know someone already asked about tea and coffee, but I want to know what other hot beverages everyone likes for fall? i like apple teas   Any Gamers here? What kind? Board games? RPG? Miniature? MMORPG? WoW for the win   Mulling spices? yes please we have a local meadery and they just CALL for mulling spices   Imagine that you're given a shoebox-sized time capsule, and you are asked to put any number of items in the box that symbolize who you are. You can go the hard way or the soft way but i think we end up in about the same place   For the tea and coffee drinkers: Opinion on tea- and/or coffee-related accessories/etc? Actually I NEED snarky coffee cups, My favorite at the moment is a Fan Girl warning one that a past witch got me that I have literally taken away from other when they go to use it.   Do sounds make you happy? What ambient noises make you smile? well the only noise i Know i go out of my way to hear is rain on a tin roof. Oh gods do i love that one.   what bpal scent have you never tried but always wanted to? what scent have you tried and loved, and haven't been able to get more of and why? Oh the lost chance that Was Hellhound on My Trail. the story of an imp loved , then washed. Another Imp acquired and used up.   Could you use a 'travel' imp case? How many should it hold? yes, I like having one that i can just pick up and take with me. although those imp tend to get trashed do to well life happening   Do you mind receiving used (in good condition, of course) CDs or DVDs? Nope, for anime i ahve a cost point anymore. if its over that point i can't get it. I HATE budgets. SO used dvds of stuff is fine with me.   To my witch i will keep this up to date if i can!

I would like to admit right now that i plan on talking to you. I hope you have found this blog at some point and so i am not TALKING to myself.   I fell into something in etsy today. i DIDN'T know they had fabrics. I happen to have s SLIGHT addiction to bright colored fabrics. My main problem is i can never figure out how to DO something with them. it has been my intention for YEARS to find someone that will explain a way to use my fabric horde. I am a magpie as you will see from what i put in the amazon list tonight. The problem is I want two things from a quilt. I want it to be pretty and i want to SLEEP under it. these are rather Mutually non sequators to each other. I am sure i could MAKE the top of a quilt, but i have NO IDea On how to go about backing and filling it.   Sooo it has always been this thing i will do. I have 25 YEARS worth of jeans to be made into something and three drawers full of the brightest and funess cottons.   So there witchie an idea sorta.

Okay in typical SW fashion i have now stumbled upon the weird and fascinating Fyrinnae cosmetics. I LOVE this concept but i have NO idea where i would get started OR how to do it. BUT Witchy i would LOVE some samples of this!!although i would need their pixie epoxy to keep it on with. Or a make up base of some sort as i am soooo not up on make up stuffage.   so far the one i WANT the most is Daemon’s Tail as it sound FABULOUS! not sure i have anywhere to ACTUALLY where it but i would SURE try it out and wear it around the house. I also love the names and colors of Rapunzel had extensions, Oberon, and shinkirou.   As always this is just an idea of my color choices and ideas.

CATCHING up

What is your holy grail "I'd kill to just have one drop in an imp" bpal scent? humm i dont really have one as my favorite scent is hellhound an i have two bottles   Are there any existing Weenies that you have your eye on, but haven't gotten around to getting i admit it i have a decant order coming to me!!   if you wear earrings, do you have pierced ears? oh yeah i have them but i have to wear posts although i love cool ones of those. Like the ones with little rocks and things     9/19   You are meeting up with someone on a casual lunch/early afternoon thing. This person is someone you want to impress/look good for (for whatever reason, not necessarily romantic, and not necessarily for business either). What would you look like, given the contents of your wardrobe/etc? I would be in one of my newest tops and my good unholey jeans   You are to be let loose in a clothing store of your choice, to pick a full outfit, down to the shoes, the accessories, etc. and things would be altered to fit you if needed. What store would that be, and what would you look like? Unfortunately they havnt made expando rays yet I would love to be set loose in coldwater creek but they next have the sizes big enough for me   You open a box from the post office to reveal the 3 things you want most right now. What are they? I actually love them, but i am afraid of getting them torn   Looking at the warehouse, I notice that our lovely Greenwoodtree is able to do chart readings and/or forecasts at a very reasonable rate. Catch up and crazyness

9/30/19   do you have a favourite saying or quote? Actions have consequences    How do you feel about spicy foods, and where on the Scoville scale do you hit your limit? I can go up to about 2500 then I need dairy

  How do you feel about coloring books, especially those pertaining to a personal interest or fandom? I like coloring books and what I don't the girls Do   10/1/19   A few questions have been asked about knitted items--are crocheted equivalents acceptable?  (crocheted fingerless gloves, shawls, etc.)   Any fiber issues?  I cant do itchy things. Soft and fluffy is great.   About the Weenies: please list what you've bought or are definitely purchasing for yourself *as well as* what you would like to possibly receive from someone else!  I got all I wanted, I have NO patience   Dear Witchee, are you at all boozy?  Anywhere between hard cider to straight whisk(e)y?  And any interest in the "unusual" stuff? (unusual as in non-mainstream, local craft ciders or meads, regional fruit wines, experiments from local distilleries, etc) I am boozy I like things sweet and Smooth. I love fruit wine and funky liquors     10/2/19     Nail Polish: Do you need or want some?  If so, what colors and brands are you interested in?  Don't need any, I don't seem to have the energy   Does anyone else do nail wraps? i like them but it also falls in the energy problems   What about postcards? I make light-weight hairfalls, doll-style, using a variety of fun stuff, like ribbons, lace and soft batting. Paintbox Soapworks: Interested in anything from her? oh I LOVE her stuff i am on tender hooks to see what she does for christmas. Of what she has out now i would love more bars of things like Heima,Mrs Ada, White cotton Sheets and Autumn leaves. I have actually due to the FAMILY gone through a WHOLE bar of bluebird in lilacs this month, which is INSANE!   ThinkGeek: anything interesting to you on there? Made a wishlist it can be looked up with my email supposedly   What's one thing you want, right now, that you're having difficulty finding? sleep?   are there any e-tailers you're desperately wanting to try? if so, any specific items/scents/etc? I have LOTS of things if you look at my lists you will see them     9/23 Lip balm - tube or tin? tube   Would you like to receive a journal or sketchbook? How about other pretty paper goods like post-its, notepads, bookmarks, letter paper/envelopes? humm not sure what i would do with it but i have always wanted the post its that have sticky onthe whole back   Are you interested in audiobooks? If so, any specific titles? I love the ones for the Miles series by Bujold but that is about it   Bar soaps with some scrubby bits, yes or no? Humm no problem for me   Do you need any small electronic gadgets like flash drives and the like? Oh gods i would KILL for a reliable flash drive, hubby keeps washing them on us   Would you like a pair of knitted socks? oh YEAH and if you ahve fun with it i will ADORE them. but please can it be soft stuff not evil itchy wool   Do you have any use for knitted dishcloths, facecloths, etc, especially if they were fandom related? i would try them and see of the girls would use them   Do you subscribe to any sample boxes, and if so, which ones? Would you like to receive some samples? (perfume, eco/"green," skin care, hair, music downloads, cosmetics, soap...) i wish but so far no     do you have a problem with nudes???Male or Female? umm i actually dont see much about people being naked but i dont mind them if they are pretty   People ask a lot of questions about dogs and cats, but I know a lot of forumites have rodent pets. How would you feel about hammocks or toys for your rats/hamsters/gerbils/etc.? NO rodents       9/21   My Little Pony... Cute or meh? my girls are ALL about them   I realize that we had a similar question in the ?aire, but I need you Witchee-s to list at least 5 items, each ranging $20 and under from Amazon.com or Walmart.com. i am sorry i am not taking the time to do this one   My new job is at a consignment store where we have all kinds of designer brands for very reasonable prices. Are there designer clothes/purses/sunglasses that you desire/love? (Give some indication as to your "style" as well. For example, do you like bohemian-style frocks in lavender? Crossbody purses in black? Sunglasses that are round and bug-like?) I love old style oakly sunglasses but so not what i think fits now   In the meantime, let me know what you like to do on the Internet to kill time. Flash games? What are your daily websites/blog visits, or favorite YouTube videos? i admit it i play howrse and read online comics such as sinfest and devils panties. I used to read digger but sadly she finished that   And what are your favourite characters from your fandoms? oh Man- I love so man I love Ren from skip beat (WHY WHY wont they give me legal dvds of this anime), I LOVE LOVE Sai from Hikaru no Go. Fai from Tsubasa, and cant resist Tezuka and Atobe from PoT! I have the art books for Saiyuki and well I can go on and on and on

But what i really USE And need more of are pippettes. I use those for getting my oils into anything i might mix up from conditioners to massage oils. Blooddrop is a thing I should havn't looked at

So I looked at the Blood Drop update. never having been to that site I was a little like a kid in the candy story but I think i tamed it back. As with anything these would be the things that i liked and was interested in please dont think you have to do anything.

So first thing i saw were the bath truffles. Apple wood and rum sound so nice. Ghostly and Late Summer were also nice

Then i hit bathing oils a personal love of mine. Apple Cider doughnut, Jord, Sjofn

Bubble bars well Appple cider doughnut, Rubies and Emeralds, Soft Falling, Nightly

the perfumes I want to have a sample of were Eerie Dearie, My other Car is a broom, Santa meurte.

Now Chamber sprays sound particularly delicious apples and Bees (okay this sounds good enough to Roll in), Skol and Hato

her hair oils sound very rich so Aragon and macadamia, Cider Doughnut, and Apples and bees

that is about all i found well beside some of the corsets that i wanted to bring home.

Arcana Halloween update

Okay I came across a review of the Arcana weenies. And some of them Sound so GOOD. I want Samples SO many samples. It is the apple really I am a sucker for apple scents   ones I REALLy want as as follows-   Apples Crave Red Musk - this is a rhinestone housewife exclusive so i doubt anyone can get sample but it souds like apples of LOVE and MUST   Apples Crave Terror - really really curious if this smell like it sounds     one i want to sniff but am not dying for   Sabbath Eve - this sounds kind fo like Hellhound which i my Go to scent Nererids - Apples again Marble Flowers - it sounds like a grown up scent for people to wear when having to be adults     So there in case you wondered

Would you like anything from Lush? things from Lush I LOVE to try from the Halloween Collection. Nightwing shower jelly looks like a hoot. Ihad hoped they would bring back Ghost which is my favorite shower gel from them ever but alas no they brought iNa lord OF stinky. i wouldnt turn down a sample of the Comforter either Do you prefer hand-made or store-bought?
