Black Clove Candle

Recommended Posts

Smoky Maluku clove and a hint of aged patchouli.

Strong, beautiful clove, filled out with a touch of patchouli. Seriously, this is all about the clove, which is what I'd hoped. I'm not patchouli's fan, but it blends well here. I love this candle.

This is a GORGEOUS candle. I agree, VERY much clove, with just a bit of the patchouli. LOVE this, I need to order at least one backup because I know I'm going to use this a lot!

I've been through three or four of this candle already. When they popped up on Etsy recently I bought two; that was just under a month ago and I've burned through one of them. It is the PERFECT kitchen smell, and I light it as soon as I walk into my home. I smell pure clove, with maybe a hint of background, but the background doesn't smell specifically like patch or anything else. This candle also goes amazingly well with several other Halloweenies. I'm still getting tiny uses out of the last of my beloved Pumpkin Tart candle, and I hoarded Dead Leaves and Desolation because OMGBESTSCENTEVER, and when I burn either of those at the same time as Black Clove, the combinations are incredible. BRB going light all of my 2012 'weenies. :P

The most delicious, dark, pure clove candle I've ever smelled. The patch is barely there, and I'm not sure which is grounding which. I absolutely love it. Dark, rich, velvety-soft and stunningly spicy. It's hard for me ever to imagine a better scent for my home, and I would bathe in this as well, if I could.

Every time I burn this, I sigh release and go into my happy place. It helps me both let go of my stresses and makes me feel free and alive. My productivity always skyrockets when I have this going.
