Alethia Report post Posted February 13, 2025 Thoughts before testing: this was a frimp in my most recent order and I can’t believe I’ve never tried it before! I love peach and white musk so my hopes are high. Wet: kind of soapy and herbal, not as sweet as I was expecting. Dry down: this almost immediately morphs into this really beautiful soft, sweet peach that isn’t candyish or cloying. The white musk is also pretty present and I think is doing a lot to rein in the peach and keep it soft and pretty. Dry: absolutely love this. It’s soft and sweet without being cloying and the musk/bergamot keep it grounded. Verdict: Full bottle in my next order!
nikaida Report post Posted May 19 I love Fae! It's juicy and bright and fun. While wet, this reminds me Amos 4D peach gummies. The white musk keeps this feeling fresh and flirty. As it dries and the “peach gummy” features die back, the herbs bloom on my skin and make it feel like a totally different fragrance for somewhere between 10-30 minutes. But then the peach and white musk appear again, shimmery-sweet and oh so darling. It quickly becomes super fun and summery and fresh. Fae does warm up and become more complex throughout the final drydown phase, too, which is quite nice 🥰 This is one that I believe requires at least a few hours of wear before one can fully judge it, the morphing it does early on is pretty dramatic on my skin, and maybe it will be on yours too~
Assimbya Report post Posted July 14 I've been enjoying this recently in the summer heat - it has a bright, tart-sweet quality which cuts through the dense, still air of summer very pleasantly. Definitely sharp, citric peach-bergamot at first, with the fuzzy astringency of bpal's white musk note; the chypre notes keep it feeling like a perfume rather than fruity candy, and I'd agree that there's a shimmery, lucent quality which feels appropriate to its name. On drydown the fruity note calm and get more of nutty-floral-powdery heliotrope, dusted with peach and musk. This is fun and very pleasant; I'm glad to have ended up with a frimp of it, though I don't think it's enough me to warrant a bottle.
