From 1/27 - 2/3, Tedwin, the BPAL Customer Service Demon, and Elizabeth will be in Orlando for INATS East. When emailing customer service during this time, you will receive an immediate reply from the BPAL Autoresponder Demon. Email replies from a human will be slower, but will not cease. All pressing emails pertaining to order-related questions will be addressed as quickly as possible by Brian, Elizabeth's partner and the Brain behind BPAL's mechanics, and Anthony, the Lab's resident Jester and House Manager.
