    Greige Dragon

After wearing this today, I was curious about what I wrote in September. Apparently I did not. But I found my notes from reddit: It's as lovely as I hoped and I think it will still get lovelier with more rest. This was super freshly made according to Puddin' so think with more maturation it's going to settle much more into the oatmeal wool, and tea aspects. Right now I'm getting some fuzzy baking spices on top of a bowl of milky oatmeal with a teeny drizzle of surprise maple syrup. Five months later- I was right! It's so freaking snuggly. Now I can find all of the listed notes if I really sniff around, but it really just feels and smells like wearing a fuzzy beige cardigan, while eating some oatmeal cookies and a weak cuppa, with a sandalwood candle in the other room. Longevity - off the charts. 12 hours later with a pretty conservative one finger on the top bloop, it's waned maybe by 20%.

Beaver Moon: Coconut Cream & Guava

Same experience as @doomsday_disco. Really yummy juicy guava during the wet phase but it eventually concedes to the coconut cream. Which is pretty but ideally if I'm going to FS, I want it in equal measure for the whole wear.

Beaver Moon: Lime Blossom & Amber Sugar

Really really pretty. My experience is most in line with @doomsday_disco with candied lime and deep amber. Strangely addicting and has that little something special that makes me realize I don't have anything like it. Very likely full bottle candidate.

Beaver Moon: Green Tea & Cookie Dough

I wish I got what either of the other reviews did. I really am perplexed sniffing this one. I can't actually name what I'm smelling. It smells nice but if I didn't know it was green tea and cookie dough, I'd never pick either of those notes. Ok mayyybe I'd eventually get to a jasmine green tea but even then it's a watercolor of that tea. I'm not turned off by this and didn't feel the need to scrub, I just couldn't say what it was doing for me in any which way.

    London Fog Cream Pie

With the announcement that this is joining the Activism scents, now's the perfect time to review this... because it's so dang good and everyone can snatch it up. It's bergamot cream, Earl grey floof filling, a drizzle of vanilla syrup. It's perfect. However - I get no pie-ness. But that might be a me problem, I never get any pie quality from the Lab's pie scents. It's also quite strong with only a light slather with my little imp wand.

Sich Aufstützender Weiblicher Akt Mit Langem Haar

I have no clue what happened because I got 0% of these beautiful notes. It's 100% strong soap on me. Kind of a fancier dove bar.

    Blackberry Cream Cheese Sufganiyot

Jammy blackberry filling only, sadly no pastry

Eviscerated With No. 7 Crochet Hook

Upvoting @VioletChaos. Very well put. But while I really like how it smells and enjoy sniffing, it's not something I think I can wear all day without succumbing to a headache from the perfumey aspect.

    Strawberry Cotton Candy Sufganiyot

Twizzlers. Is that the worst thing? Definitely not. But that's all I got.

    Christmas Lustre

Alas, the allspice is too much for me. Allspice and clove are migraine notes for me, but I can see the beauty in this, just from far away. Very amber forward on me.

    Edward Bear

I don't have enough in my felties to try this, but I bet layered with Lines Written by a Bear...would be absolutely banging. This is gorgeous. Buttery, warm in the amber sense, vanilla without being Vanilla. My brain tells me that this lives too close to Lines Written in my satisfaction of the scents, so I'll pick one to FS. Right now this is winning

Lines Written by a Bear of Very Little Brain

What @wilhelmscream said. How is this both warm and cool? Beautiful and light.

    Brown Sugar Vanilla Latte

I'm so sad, I just got caramelized dark honey. Why??

    LE TITS NOW

What @LavenderCoffee said! It's really pretty and does that fizzy thing that BPAL is so good at creating

Coffee Beans, Caramel, and Golden Amber

I'm also getting whatever odd background note that @ND¢is getting. Maybe it is kinda balsamic? I don't think it's patchouli but I can't quite put my finger on it. The wet stage was roasted beans and caramel but dry I'm just getting this off note behind a little haze of amber.

    Gloomily, Gloomily

I can't improve upon everyone else's reviews. It's truly grey, pale purple, barest pink, soft and swirly, melancholy and lovely. It reminds me of Equivalent No 314, without the creaminess of that scent.

    Let Them Eat Cake

So far I'm only getting a very mild kind of nutty buttercream. I love the scent of angel food cake but I'm sadly missing that entirely. There's a vague sheen in there that's got to be the lipgloss but this is so far a rare puzzling one on me- pleasant but entirely missing the promised notes. Maybe it needs more time to morph.

    Pomegranate and Pistachio Cream

The pomegranate dominates the pistachio about 60/40, but I can detect it's certainly more creamy pistachio than nutty/floral. The pom starts pretty juicy but mellows with the cream over time. Nice but not sure I need more than my decant

    Almond Blossoms

Marzipan-y almond-y goodness. I don't get any cherry notes, just creamy sweet almond. I love it. Sadly only 3-4 hours of wear time.

    Unclench

I'm surprised by often I reach for this when I have a migraine. It's nice and bracing but not overwhelming and truly helps lessen the pain (you know, on top of my fancy RX meds). The main downside is longevity; this doesn't last more than an hour. Which is typically totally fine with me- I'm usually putting it on before a nap or bed to soothe myself. But today I ended up just packing it with me to work because I knew I'd need it all day.

    Seule

Beautiful golden amber skin musk. Occasionally a twist of sweet lemon cream. It's absolutely the inspiration art in a bottle.

    Wild Sweet Pea

@Geminirubyslippers got it right. A slow blink or happiness in a bottle. It's absolutely stunning, blended impeccably. Backup worthy (eventually)

    La Dame Aux Pamplemousses

If you are even remotely interested in this scent, just buy it. It's so beautiful and fluffy and juicy and whimsical. It's everything the rest of the reviews say and more. A perfect marshmallow sprinkled with fresh grapefruit zest.

    Raspberry Punch with Cake Crumbs

This one really displays the artistry of what The Lab can do. Yes, I get gin especially in the early stages, but I get more than gin- I get the components of the gin, like the botanicals. And they are somehow definitely different than the elderflower. It's just a really fun, light, intoxicating little number. The cake crumbs come out to play later in the dry down (and with them the lightest lemon drizzle on top). A winner.

    Spumoni

I get all of the "flavors" in equal measure. Extra delightful layered over pistachio body lotion. Not too cloying or overpowering, soft enough for a summer wear.
