    Maiden

Let me preface this by saying that normally carnation turns rancid on my skin, which is why Alice broke my heart. Maiden, however, is stunning. The Evil Carnation reconciles itself with gentle rose and light tea to make a scent that's feminine, sweet, and spicy. I think this might be a big-bottle purcahse in the future, as I can easily see myself wearing this often, but we'll see how quickly I finish up my imp.

    Eat Me

Chewy white cakes and red currants. This is delicious, but I don't know how often I want to smell like a walking bakery, so one imp is enough for now!

    Ostara

Hmm...this is a verra diffucult scent to pinpoint, a morpher. Honey? Resins? Florals? A warm golden-yellow scent, this is what I'd imagine you'd get if you threw a handful of buttercups and daffodils into a pot, added a shot of frankincense and a liberal dousing of honey. Foody-but-not-foody. I like it, I just don't think I'll wear it that much, and for now, an imp is enough.

    Milk Moon 2005

Mmm, I'm *so* glad the Lab's milk note works on me, because I'm all about the creamy/comfort scents. And Milk Moon is just that. It encapsulates warmth and comfort with its milky, honeyed goodness. When I had my roommate sniff my wrist she remarked, "Smells just like my hazlenut latte Smencil." This is a very good scent. I love it, and need to hunt down more.

    Dragon's Milk

Mmmm, this is the scent that turned me on to BPAL in the first place, and it still remains my favorite. I hesitate to say it smells like maraschino cherries, because it really doesn't, but something (probably the bright red color of the oil) remindes me of that. It's a swirl of juicy red cherry goodness under warm dragon's blood, vanilla and honey. Absolutely gorgeous, a definite multiple 5mL purchase!
