    Jamaican Bellflower

This is definitely a rich and sultry scent, but not as heady as the description might sound! I get mostly a mix of sweet tropical white florals in the opening - not-punchy tuberose and a tame jasmine with a teeny hit of bell pepper greenery (à la certain dead leaves), which complements the floral notes super well. As this dries down, a soft orange blossom note takes the forefront, with the other flowers taking a supporting role. I feel like this and the other floral fragrance (Night-Scented Orchid) from the Hurricane Melissa relief release both fell under the radar, but I would highly recommend trying this if you're looking for a rich but not overwhelming tropical white floral scent.

    Night-Scented Orchid

I agree with ShadowEtienne that this is a wonderful jasmine perfume! This starts out as a tame, moderately humid sweet jasmine that goes quite indolic about 20 minutes in (moth balls galore!!) then comes back to its senses shortly afterwards, retaining a bit of funk at the very edges. The description mentions a breath of citrus and it's pretty accurate - I find this sweet and almost fruity, but not explicitly zesty. On me this was pretty low projection and strength, very subtle but quite lovely. I get a bit of a mainstream vibe from this one but because it's so soft, it's not screechy and headache inducing as some mainstream-y perfumes can be. I feel like this and the other floral fragrance (Jamaican Bellflower) from the Hurricane Melissa relief release both fell under the radar, but I would highly recommend trying this if you're looking for a soft but well-balanced jasmine.

    Lavender Prickly Pear Shaved Ice

Wow, I just realized I've posted my praises for Lavender Prickly Pear Shaved Ice everywhere but here 👀I don't get a lot of outright lavender from this one, but the prickly pear ends up smelling like a chilled honeydew and the lavender gives it a minty feel. This is an excellent green melon + mint salad, very refreshing, uplifting, and summer-y! I can see it going plastic/artificial for some folks - on me, it toed the line of fake melon & realistic melon, and I think the minty note helped it stay realistic enough

    Snakes in the Berry Sonker

I also get a lot of sour, almost mineralic (Flintstone vitamins, anyone?) berry in the drydown, with minimal Snake Oil, vanilla, or molasses ? It's a shame because in the bottle, this was a yummy cooked berry jam

    Peach Sticky Rice

I'll be the only outlier here and say that this is super toasty to me, even after a bit of rest ? This smells like dry roasted rice with a syrupy lightly poached peach. Not a lot of coconut to my nose

    Cake Pop Wreath

This opens with a strong! Boxed yellow cake note, highly processed and artificial (and super nostalgic for me). As it dries, however, the lemon and olive oil do a lot of work to tame the cake mix and it turns into a lightly lemony yogurt cake batter, to me -- raw, unbaked, kinda flour-y. It's like smelling a cake get unbaked! Very soft and short-lived

    Marble Wreath

This was tested with the smidge of oil left in a freebie sniffie -- very fresh and cool! The coldness makes this read vaguely masc cologne-y to me, but it's like a 3.8 on a 5 point scale (where femme = 1, neutral = 3, masc = 5), but I don't think this would be out of place on anyone regardless of their gender identity. This feels like if they made a masc flanker for Theodosius, the Legerdemain (Earl Grey tea leaves, a white fougere, jasmine leaf, pearlescent white musk, and vanilla bean.)! I'm glad i got to try this because the notes sounded very appealing, but this is a bit more cologne-y than I expected. As others have mentioned, I don't get much smokiness as well.

Pink Moon: Ylang Ylang and White Musk

This is predominantly ylang ylang on me -- lush, tropical, heady, a little bit stinky yellow floral. This is somehow simultaneously harsh and soft to my nose, which I attribute to my partial anosmia to floral notes (perhaps the white musk is rounding the harsher edges of the ylang ylang?) Edit: Tried this with Pink Moon 2024 and it's pretty fun! The ylang ylang + strawberry combine to make a tropical fruity vibe that you can't quite pin on a specific fruit - strawberry in one whiff, orange in the next, and mango-y when you're not paying attention.

    Pink Moon 2024

I was hoping to get Strawberry Nequik like many other reviewers but unfortunately all I got was an intense strawberry hard candy ? No creaminess here!

Pink Moon: Sugar Crystals and Mandarin

Uncannily similar to orange Skittles. Not a super realistic citrus imo, but it hits a certain spot ?

    Die Wunderblume

No reviews yet? Well, here goes... I'll preface this with the caveat that I'm likely anosmic to the white florals in this mix because I get no flowers here! This is like one of the duets from earlier in the year (Wolf Moon: Grass & Moonlit Dew) with a vegetal layer on top -- blue ocean-y potpourri with something akin to raw carrot. The veggies and potpourri burn out after a bit and you get left with a puddle of (albeit, refreshing) river water. This was much more aquatic than I expected!

    Women of Leisure

This is my favorite of this year's Lupers! Interestingly, I get a certain minty coolness in the opening, despite the listed notes, but this dissipates somewhat quickly. The red currant and honey combine to an almost-mainstream fruity sweetness, but the coconut milk really keeps it in check with a creamy smoothness. The coconut milk isn't coconut-y to my nose, but is instead a neutral milkiness. Comfy and snuggly without the usual "fall" or "winter" snuggly vibes if that makes sense! The only thing keeping me from immediately FS-ing this is that after a few hours, this turns a bit waxy on my skin.

Wolf Moon: Grass & Moonlit Dew

I got a decant of this for the grass and like Biocarbons, got ocean potpourri instead ? This is a perfume-y reimagining of that potpourri note and pleasant enough, though it remained dewy for most of my wear.

Hair Loosened and Soiled in Mid Orgies

Must be the tamest orgy ever because this smells like high end baby oil — a little powdery, a little soapy, and overall very clean. I think this is a decent "your skin but better" scent, but it's not for me. As an aside, this is the most viscous of all my Luper samples!

    The Thirst of Unbearable Things

The lavender note is the only thing i smell in the vial, but it literally disappears seconds after I apply this! What's left is an unremarkable plantiness and subtle sweetness from an underripe fig and some cedar wood shavings. Low/medium throw and not nearly as titillating as the poem that inspired this fragrance
